La habitación era de buen tamaño y las camas cómodas. El servicio de limpieza era eficiente, con toallas limpias y agua embotellada a diario. El desayuno ofrecía una buena variedad de comida, y el personal, muy atento, reponía los productos rápidamente. Desafortunadamente, había numerosas moscas alrededor del comedor y sobre la comida destapada, lo que empañó considerablemente la experiencia. El servicio de habitaciones era generalmente aceptable, aunque la calidad no se correspondía con los precios. Me pareció caro para lo que ofrecían y no cumplió con mis expectativas para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. El servicio de transporte gratuito a la playa fue una ventaja muy apreciada. Por desgracia, mi impresión positiva del hotel cambió drásticamente a mitad de nuestra estancia. Poco después de que el servicio de habitaciones nos trajera la comida, recibí una llamada pidiéndome que fuera a recepción. Me informaron de que, dado que la factura del servicio de habitaciones ascendía a casi 100 libras, debía pagarla inmediatamente, ya que me consideraban un huésped de ”alto riesgo”. Me pareció sorprendente e inapropiado, sobre todo porque ya había pagado el alojamiento completo antes de llegar. Cuando intenté pagar con tarjeta, me informaron dos veces que el pago había fallado. Me pidieron que usara otra tarjeta, lo cual hice. Al regresar a mi habitación para comer mi comida, que ya estaba fría, revisé mi aplicación bancaria para entender por qué supuestamente había fallado la primera tarjeta. Para mi sorpresa, descubrí que los tres intentos de pago se habían procesado, lo que significaba que me habían cobrado tres veces. Regresé inmediatamente a recepción y mostré al personal las transacciones en mi aplicación bancaria. A pesar de la evidencia, inicialmente me dijeron que los pagos no se habían realizado, que estaba equivocado y que todo se corregiría automáticamente una vez que cuadraran las cuentas al final del día. El reembolso no se produjo. Al día siguiente, regresé a recepción con la misma evidencia. El personal se disculpó y reconoció que, efectivamente, me habían cobrado varias veces, asegurándome que se procesaría un reembolso. Sin embargo, me dijeron repetidamente que el asunto lo gestionaría el departamento de contabilidad y que la devolución de mi dinero podría tardar hasta 21 días. Al hacer el check-out hoy, cuatro días después de que se realizaran los cargos duplicados, aún no había recibido el reembolso prometido ni la confirmación por escrito que había solicitado repetidamente. Para intentar resolver el asunto de forma privada antes de irme, también envié un mensaje cortés por WhatsApp al hotel explicando mis inquietudes y solicitando ayuda. No obtuve respuesta. Lo más preocupante de todo es que, durante el proceso de check-out, el mismo empleado de recepción intentó cobrarme de nuevo la misma factura del servicio de habitaciones que ya había pagado y que había provocado los cargos duplicados. Si no hubiera estado atento, fácilmente me habrían cobrado otra vez. Si hubiera viajado con un presupuesto ajustado, tener cientos de libras retenidas por el error del hotel podría haber afectado seriamente el resto de mi viaje. Lo que más me decepcionó no fue que se produjera un error —los errores ocurren en cualquier negocio— sino la falta de urgencia, responsabilidad y comunicación para resolverlo. En general, hubo aspectos del hotel que disfrutamos mucho. El personal de recepción fue amable, el servicio de limpieza fue eficiente y el personal del desayuno trabajó con diligencia. Lamentablemente, la gestión de este problema financiero empañó por completo los aspectos positivos. Conservo capturas de pantalla de las transacciones duplicadas, mis extractos bancarios y mis comunicaciones con el hotel. Esta reseña refleja fielmente mi experiencia. Si recibo mi reembolso poco después de mi partida, con gusto actualizaré esta reseña. Sin embargo, basándome en mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar este hotel hasta que mejore tanto sus procedimientos de pago como la atención al cliente.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Este hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Está cerca de la Puerta de Adriano y cerca del mar. Hace muchísimo calor aquí. Pero curiosamente el alojamiento es tranquilo, así que tuve una estancia realmente cómoda.

El hotel tiene una ubicación y una vista muy bonita, la cena en el bistro de la noche, el agua de desintoxicación y el mar gratis en la playa de la mañana.

Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter. Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!

Ubicación conveniente del hotel: Aparte de Migros 5M, desde él es el autobús de Havas al aeropuerto, al mar cerca, puede caminar en el embarque y en el parque. El hotel en sí se ve incómodo, no había agua caliente en absoluto, el desayuno es muy modesto, las toallas se ven viejas.
