Nos encantaría quedarse en el Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa y sinceramente no optaríamos por quedarse en otro lugar cuando estamos aquí. La casa de la ciudad es un lugar perfecto para nosotros. El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y tiene un ambiente tan relajado. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los más cercanos y los más cercanos. Ram, Marie, Luke, Nathan, Chris, Marie, Jason, Dan, ana, faouzi, Abby, Emma, Angel son sólo unos nombres a mencionar, y Phil el chef fue 10/10 especialmente porque tenemos alergenes pero cada uno de ellos va más allá y más allá. Nos quedamos felizes y esperamos que regresemos. También teníamos una chica bonita llamada Chloe que estaba cuidando casa y ella se aseguró de que teníamos todo lo que necesitamos. Este lugar merece ser valorado mucho más alto porque es realmente una joya. Gracias a toda la equipo por hacer cada estancia tan especial para nosotros

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

We have stayed here several times and fed back to managers about the poor state of the tables & chairs in the breakfast area. Although my feedback (with photos) was not acknowledged, on our last visit just before xmas, we noticed the badly stained and chipped tables had been replaced or refurbished, and the badly stained and dirty seating had been cleaned and/or replaced, so that it now feels comfortable to sit on them. So I'm pleased my feedback may have contributed to these much needed changes. However the window frames in our room were in a terrible state, covered in black mould and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Not a healthy presence to have anywhere. So hopefully this review will be seen by the right person/people and acted upon.

An excellent city centre venue that was a former coaching inn with a spooky history! Thankfully the present owners Greene King have kept its rustic aesthetic behind the scenes going up to the rooms. Room was more than adequate for the 2 days we stayed, perhaps the first time have seen a hotel tv capable of receiving a signal! The dark furniture was really pleasant. All the colleagues proved conversational and friendly.

The Boot Inn is an old traditional pub and the location is very quiet. I couldn't fault our stay. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was good, and the room facilities (tea, coffee and biscuits) were also good. The meal we had was excellent as was the breakfast. One small thing is that, having had a long, hot drive, I was looking forward to a nice pint of bitter, but they only had a citrus hop brew that I'm not keen on. I could have had Guinness though. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! Would I tat there again? Absolutely!

A beautiful location with stunning views. The hotel interior was a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary. Our room was right at the top of the building and, although very small, it was well designed and very clean. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. We had dinner in the bar, which was tasty and arrived quickly and hot! All in all, The Cottage in the Woods is a perfect place for a quiet break with a little luxury. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing value, excellent amenities- the jacuzzi was fabulous! Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make the stay a good one. Food in the bar and restaurant was of excellent quality. Lots to choose from at breakfast - will definitely go again
