Stayed for one night only but wouldn't have minded staying longer. Room is well-lit, small but comfy and definitely fine for one person. Breakfast was pretty good and had a good variety of options, just a bit crowded (understandably so because I think all bookings include breakfast by default). Luggage storage is free but not super secure; the front desk locks the storage room but then you place and take your own bags from inside, so there's nothing stopping someone else from taking your bag. Location - need to take a bus to the train station; also not much in the immediate vicinity.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente a pocos pasos de la estación central, lo que hizo que se acercara muy conveniente. El hotel ofrece toallas grises, que me parecía inappropriada; toallas blancas suelen dar un mejor sentido de limpieza. La habitación no se había limpiado completamente, los vasos de bebida que habíamos usado no se habían sustituido, y algunas pinturas visibles que habíamos hecho accidentalmente no se habían limpiado. Además, el hierro en la habitación se desplomó el poder en ambas ocasiones que intentamos usarlo, lo que fue bastante frustrante. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas, y el hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas.

Este hotel está situado en el centro de Gotemburgo. Muy caminante y cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes. La zona está ocupada con mucha gente y tránsito, un poco el hotel está en general tranquilo. El desayuno es bueno con una variedad de artículos, pero puede ser repetitivo para una estancia más larga, ya que los artículos de comida son los mismos cada día. El hotel es muy bueno y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad.

Buena ubicación frente a la estación central.desayuno muy bueno y variado en un salón súper agradable.ls habitación silenciosa con vistas y cómoda hasta con un planchero y su plancha. Lo único que eche en falta..cremas de manos o body milk que osea un cuatro estrellas me hubiera gustado.otrs cosa ..la piscina también super..y te dan toallas de cortesía del hotel para ello. En general un 20 ..sin duda para repetir

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Caminable a casi todas las atracciones. El personal del hotel es útil. La habitación es suficientemente espaciosa con las instalaciones necesarias. La atmósfera del bar en el piso del lobby es agradable.

La recepción es muy buena. En general, también es limpia. Es una cama de doble cama superior, pero no puedo cargar el teléfono inteligente antes de dormir (no lo sé), porque no encontré un asiento en la cama. Utilizo un portapapeles para mujeres, pero es difícil cerrar el portapapeles, y si no lo cerro con cuidado, creo que incluso sin un portapapeles electrónicos podríamos ponerlo. Yo estaba reservado el día anterior, pero me alegro mucho del precio y del clima de personal.

Amazing hotel, the room was lovely with great decor. The most comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in, Spa was absolutely worth the hype clean and the food portion was extremely filling and breakfast options were great too.

We arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant. We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday. The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests. In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg. Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.

Really nice hotel in a great and convenient location, spacious room. However booked for 4 people, received confirmation from trip that the booking was made for 2 adults 2 children upon check in only 2 adults and 1 child on the hotel booking. Hotel receptionist argued no solution offered, we had to put 2 single beds together so could be used by 3 people. Lobby bathroom not able to be accessed after checkout as its keycard controlled- be careful if you wait a while for onward travel etc.
