Sin duda volveremos para futuros viajes de trabajo o vacaciones familiares. Ya se lo he recomendado a mis amigos, ¡es un lugar fantástico para ir con niños y relajarse!

This was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience! We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness. The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

Resort muy estricto con el máximo de huéspedes para la capacidad de la habitación. Así que asegúrese de cumplir con los requisitos ya. Pero el proceso de registro es muy diferente al de otro resort. Es como si estuvieras comprando un bolso Chanel y esperando al asesor de ventas. El vestíbulo de registro está en el área de estacionamiento, por lo que controlarán la entrada y salida de los huéspedes y también el automóvil. La villa es tan única y espaciosa. Perfecto para unas vacaciones. Sin embargo, el restaurante no es un concepto de buffet donde puedes tomar cualquier cantidad de plato o lo que quieras para mezclar y combinar la comida. Pero el personal del restaurante es muy bueno en la etiqueta. La playa también es buena, pero no sabe nadar. Muy relajado disfruta del sonido de las olas.

We stayed here for a relaxing weekend getaway and had a lovely experience. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. Highly recommended for couples looking for a short escape.

We had a lovely family staycation at Colmar Tropicale and really enjoyed our time there. The surroundings were beautiful and made for a relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you to the team for upgrading our room and surprising my husband with a complimentary birthday dessert. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made his birthday extra special, and we truly appreciated it. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom cleanliness, as it wasn't quite up to the standard we expected. Other than that, we had a great stay and created wonderful memories with our family. We'd definitely consider coming back again.

La habitación es agradable, la cama tiene magneto en mi, apenas puede ir al desayuno. ¡El desayuno es maravilloso! Me quedé 2 noches, las variedades bfast, desde la cocina india, bfast occidental, placeres locales, a la cocina china. El primer día de llegada, nos asentamos en el café del hotel. ¡Su satay es sabroso, los peces y los chips también son buenos! A una distancia de caminar puede encontrar la familia mart, Starbucks, McD, KFC y algunos restaurantes. Uno de los destacados, el restaurante mexicano de la familia mexicana, The Barns, debe probar!

This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

La primera opción para viajes familiares, el servicio del hotel es de primera clase y el servicio de recogida y devolución está disponible. Este hotel es realmente sorprendente. Esta suite de una cama viene con 2 lavanderías, una con baño. Y también viene con 2 TV, 1 en habitación, 1 en sala de estar. La habitación es limpia, bebidas complimentarias en nevera. Todo el personal del hotel es tan bienvenido y amable. Las opciones de desayuno también son buenas. Mis niños disfrutaron de jugar en la piscina, es limpio. Gracias por la gran hospitalidad.
