Overall good. I was told that our booked room is full. So we were given other ‘upgraded’ room, but  the distance is quite far from the amenities. We found the floor underneath the bed was dirty and dusty.

The hotel is definitely the best in Cameron. You need to spend time staying in the room and relax, staff are welcoming and they remember your room while servicing you. Something added to my exp is that, they even gav my friend the surprise birthday wishes during breakfast time( we had birthday celebration dinner a day before this,the staff ask when’s the actual date and he remember it and giv a surprise when my friend ordered the pancake) added a candle and wishes on the plate. Impressive service. But the hotel should really upgrade their TV/in room entertainment, kinda boring if you solely rely on the tv show.

Excelente servicio del personal de The Kasturi desde el momento en que nos registramos en el complejo hasta que nos marchamos. Todo el personal fue cortés, eficiente e hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera tranquila y agradable. Nuestra habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, era muy espaciosa y tenía bocadillos y bebidas gratuitos en la habitación para los huéspedes. Nos encantó la bañera y la ducha y la cama era súper cómoda. El desayuno era bueno y delicioso. Lo único que lamento es que la playa sea un poco difícil de acceder, ya que tengo entendido que tuvieron que poner muros de piedra debido a las inundaciones en el pasado. ¡Definitivamente vendría otra vez!

My stay at 1001 Nights is excellent! The hotel is new, toom is spacious with balcony & super amazing view. Most of the time we have fog outside the balcony and it is so refreshing to breathe fresh & clean air from our room at level 39. Bed & pillow are super comfortable. The indoor pool is heated so we can fully enjoy the swimming experience. Downstairs got 7E with full of food choices, also got paid shuttle (rm9 one way per pax) to & fro SkyAvenue Mall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Had a lovely stay at Colmar Tropicale. The French village atmosphere is charming and makes for a relaxing getaway, especially with the cool weather and beautiful scenery. It’s a great place for taking photos and enjoying a slow-paced break. The room was comfortable, and there were plenty of nearby attractions like the Japanese Village and Rabbit Park. Food options are a little limited and can be on the pricey side, but overall it was a pleasant experience and worth visiting for a short family escape.

Excelente servicio del amable equipo del hotel. ¡Fueron muy amables y serviciales! La habitación con vista al mar era agradable y estaba limpia. Hay una gran variedad de cocinas para desayunar, y me encanta que incluyeran una variedad de kuihs malasios, ¡lo cual me trae un toque de nostalgia! El servicio de habitaciones es un poco caro, pero vale la pena. La playa y la piscina también están limpias. En general, una estancia muy agradable y relajante.

This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed two nights and the place was great for the money we paid. The check in process is simple and quick but need to contact them earlier to set the check in process. The room is big and comes with a nice mountain view. Will book this place again next time if the price is still maintain low.

This hotel really amaze me. This one bed room suite come with 2 washroom, one with bath tub. And also come with 2 TV, 1 in room, 1 in living room. The room is clean, complimentary drinks in fridge. All the staff in the hotel are so welcoming and polite. The breakfast choices are good too. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool, it’s clean. Thanks for the great hospitality.
