The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our request, truly elevating the hospitality experience. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a newly refurbished 2-bedroom suite, having the extra space made our stay so much more comfortable. Huge thanks to the front desk for the unexpected surprise—their hospitality is truly top-tier. Just one small improvement - the spotlights at the street make the rooms too bright for sleep. I would suggest the hotel management to consider to install thicker black out curtains.

En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especialmente el ambiente y la hospitalidad. Cons / Áreas para la mejora: 1. La presión del agua fue muy lenta, especialmente para el ducha. El hotel está en una situación de gran calidad, pero no es un hotel de gran calidad. 3. Nos encontramos con un pequeño grupo de polvo en el suelo. Aunque era menor, ya que nos quedamos con un toddler 2-year-old, planteó preocupaciones porque los niños tienden a poner cosas en su boca. 4. Debe haber un mejor control de monos salvajes, especialmente en el área de estacionamiento. Pros / Qué apreciamos: 1. Excelente recuperación de servicio Olvidé desactivar la señal “No molesta” pero informó al escritorio delantero para limpiar la habitación. El personal de mantenimiento de la casa llamó primero a pedir permiso antes de entrar, lo que muestra profesionalismo y verdaderos estándares de servicio 5-star. 2. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very calming truly breathtaking. 3. La playa es muy limpia y convenientemente situada justo al lado del hotel. 4. Grandes piscinas (dos piscinas disponibles), por lo que nunca se sentía llena. 5. El personal era muy amable, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Conclusiones: La ubicación, las instalaciones y el personal excelentes de Hyatt Regency Kuantan ofrecen un gran potencial.

We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

Este es nuestro hotel favorito en Cherating, amamos la playa aquí con la mejor vista y sentimientos tan tranquilos. Lo que se puede mejorar es sólo la amistad del personal. Conozco este hotel reservado principalmente por la Empresa o el Gobierno para su programa o cualquier cosa. Nos esperan más. Pero nosotros como invitados pagadores podemos esperar más y hacernos caer en casa al permanecer aquí. Pero aún me encanta quedarme aquí y la próxima LaVilla. Espero que algo pueda crecer y volver aquí en el futuro. Y el cherating podría volver a ser los mejores lugares turísticos

The apartment was very clean and well managed by the operator. Apartment is still new and spacious. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only issue that we faced was the jacuzzi at the balcony. My child was waiting to enjoy it but it wasn't working. It can't heat the water, thus the water was too cold for my child. Operator was very responsive, brought the technician to try to fix but unfortunately, it can't be fixed. One more thing to note is that it took us about 20min, slight uphill walk to reach Sky Avenue. Overall its a nice stay, operator was very responsive.

The homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.

”Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality” I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royale Chulan Cherating for a short staycation, and it was exactly the refreshment I needed. The View: The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the sight of the sound of the waves right from the suite was incredibly peaceful. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The Service: The staff truly made the difference. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with such genuine warmth. The Vibe: The villas has a unique architectural charm that feels authentic and serene. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained.

The bed were comfy. Room was clean. Somehow, the Internet connection was weak inside the room. Connection was good at lobby and breakfast area. The shuttle from hotel to first world is Rm 8 per person per way. Only 13 seats inside the van. Try check grab fares for few times maybe 5 ~10 minutes interval, the fare could be huge different ( may as low as rm5 per car , or as high as rm25 per car during my stay - saturday around 6pm )

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.
