This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. A Delightful Stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan! I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel for my second stay, and I must say, it was just as delightful as the first time! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces from the staff, who made the check-in process incredibly fast and efficient, definitely a great way to start any stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such stunning scenery truly enhanced my experience, making every moment feel special. What really stands out about this hotel is its exceptional staff. Their kindness and willingness to assist made me feel right at home! It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and strive to provide a memorable experience. Overall, my stay was nothing short of superb, and I can't wait to return for a third time. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located accommodation with friendly service and incredible views, look no further—you’ve found the perfect place! Highly recommend!

Overall good hotel, the interior of the room needs some serious refurbishment especially for their carpet and tv. Due to monkeys, we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast quite good, just lack on the drink variety. Only juice and coffee is offered.

1001 Hotel Genting – Under the Same Umbrella as Wyndham 1001 Hotel is located next to the Wyndham Hotel in Genting, and both seem to be under the same management. They share the same parking area, which is quite narrow and limited, so parking can be a bit challenging during peak times. The room itself is big and spacious — definitely better than First World Hotel if you’re comparing comfort and space. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, something like fungus or that “new building” chemical smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The most disappointing part happened on the day we checked out. While taking a shower, the water suddenly turned extremely hot. I was stuck in the bathroom for almost 30 minutes waiting for it to cool down. It was really unsafe and frustrating. On a positive note, the check-out process was smooth and fast, and parking validation was simple and convenient. Overall, it’s a spacious hotel with potential, but maintenance and room quality need serious improvement before I’d consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Cameron Highland Resort. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight – everything is freshly cooked to order from the menu, so the food came hot and delicious. Truly a delightful experience, and we will definitely visit again!

The room is clean and well kept. Scenery from the balcony is superb and it’s very cooling the whole day. Service is prompt and instruction given to collect and return keys is clear. As it quite new, some amenities are not ready and not all shops are opened. Connectivity to genting outdoor theme park or Chin Swee Cave temple are very convenient as it’s connected via the walking bridge with mostly escalators. It would be nice if shuttle bus is provided to the places of interest as old folks will had a harder time walking up or down the bridge.

Very bad service & waited for for almost 40 mins to check in. The whole hotel block has water distribution for 1 hour on the 2nd day without giving prior notice to the customers

The homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The resort has everything you need — meal options are buffet, grill, BBQ, and fried dishes with excellent wok hei. It also offers a spa, dive centre, mini mart, and an activity centre that arranges snorkeling, trekking, kayaking, and more. Right in front of the resort is a clean, beautiful beach, and Tomok Island is just a short walk away for snorkeling.

Location is far from Sky Avenue, the casinos and theme park. The road leading to the hotel is rather secluded. Car park is also located at another building far from the hotel. This place is managed by two management offices, rather confusing when we request for utensils. Ion Delemen management manages the car park and the building whilst hotel services of Yanne is managed by another operator. Kudos must be given to the staff at Yanne. Both Ariff and Debbie seem to be the only staff managing day and night shift during the period of my stay. They have provided 6-star hospitality services to us even though they are shorthanded managing front office to bell attendant services. They maintained their cool and calm demeanour dealing with flustered patrons even at peak season. Such dedicated staff, kudos to them!
