The location is great and the rooms are wide and comfortable One of the worst reception staff i have ever dealt with You may have a room with almost no view as attached or city view They refused to offer me a city view as in my booking till i complained to trip.com and they helped me a lot and offered me a city view on the next day and i found a plenty of city view rooms available they are just keeping it empty or for people paying a lot not through booking apps

The least that can be said is that it was creative in every detail, from the crew to the smallest detail. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is very clean,the staff are accomodating,the location is very accessible to piblic transpo..just 2 mins straight walk to Riyadh metro.with less than 5 mins walk to park and King Fahad library.it was a great experience staying at Mira Buss.Hotel.thank you.

He estado en la cama de las niñas durante 3 noches. Ella me asigna una cama superior porque las camas inferiores estaban ocupadas. Al llegar tarde, almacenaron una llave para mí en la recepción. Cuando quería conseguirla no había ninguna llave para mi habitación y el ataúd específico. También no pude llegar a alguien a través de WhatsApp. Entonces fui a comprar y cuando volví conocí a un tipo que trabaja allí. Fue tan amable y me ayudó a conseguir una llave con un apagador de seguridad. Gracias a él pude despachar mi cosas y cerrar mis valores. En la habitación estaban otras tres chicas. Dos de ellas parecen vivir allí durante semanas. No estoy seguro de por qué viven allí en lugar de un apartamento ... La habitación era agradable, pero podría ser más limpia. Especialmente el baño dentro de la habitación podría ser más limpia. Prefiero también baños más grandes donde más personas pueden estar listos. El hotel está situado cerca del nuevo metro y necesita unos 15 minutos a pie.

La habitación era muy pequeña, en el estilo típico de Ibis, que era muy bien. La mujer en funciones no parecía bienvenida ni dispuesta a ayudar. Me pidió que esperara durante el check-in sin explicar la razón, y su expresión facial parecía desafortunada durante toda la interacción. En mi opinión, sería mejor apropiada para un papel de retorno que de frente, ya que no representa el nivel de servicio que se espera en la recepción.

Muy buen hotel y muy agradable. El personal fue excelente y muy amable. Pero el precio es un poco elevado para ese tipo de habitaciones.

The hotel is amazing. I only have some points if they improve it , they will be the best. 1- air conditioning system is not up to expectations where the ac turns of completely once it reach to the selected temperature, it is better to keep the fan running. 2- the small fridge is annoying and close to bed. 3- corridor music is loud sometimes and disturbing on the morning.. hint not all visitors would like to hear music especially morning time. 4- Parking exit damages the low height cars from bottom..
