The location is great and the rooms are wide and comfortable One of the worst reception staff i have ever dealt with You may have a room with almost no view as attached or city view They refused to offer me a city view as in my booking till i complained to trip.com and they helped me a lot and offered me a city view on the next day and i found a plenty of city view rooms available they are just keeping it empty or for people paying a lot not through booking apps

Rooms are very large and clean and truthfully nicely decorated! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture and the premises. Yes the hotel building looks small and the reception area is small but, everything is of premium quality with modern design. It is also designed very practically, with the restaurant on one side of the reception and Costa serving cafe on the other side. Room design/cleanliness and breakfast premises and variety are the two top important things for my travels. Cantonal gets 10/10 for both, in its class. Staff politeness and responsiveness are the second important criteria and Cantonal gets 10/10 for that, too. I don't recommend hotels easily but I can recommend Cantonal with confidence.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great hostel right in the center of Riyadh, which makes everything super accessible to shops, restaurants, and transportation are all just a short walk away. The common kitchen is really convenient, and I love that they offer free drinking water, coffee, and tea anytime. One thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses, as they’re starting to look a bit old. Replacing them would make the stay even more comfortable. Special mention to Paul, the supervisor - extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely smart. I even dreaming about hiring him someday to help me build a hostel empire in Europe and the Philippines because he’s really that good at what he does! Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could be improved. Would definitely stay again!

La habitación es vieja y cara. Está ubicada en el casco antiguo, con un entorno pobre. Hay muchos mercados grandes, por lo que es ideal para quienes realizan estudios de mercado. La dirección del hotel no coincide con la dirección de la calle en la guía. Cuando vi el precio y la dirección incorrecta, pensé que me estaba quedando en el hotel equivocado.

Clean though building is old. Staffs are good specially the receptionist. . What i have requested were fulfilled.

La habitación era muy pequeña, en el estilo típico de Ibis, que era muy bien. La mujer en funciones no parecía bienvenida ni dispuesta a ayudar. Me pidió que esperara durante el check-in sin explicar la razón, y su expresión facial parecía desafortunada durante toda la interacción. En mi opinión, sería mejor apropiada para un papel de retorno que de frente, ya que no representa el nivel de servicio que se espera en la recepción.

Instalaciones: Las instalaciones y el equipamiento son buenos, relativamente nuevos y bastante agradables. Limpieza: La limpieza es bastante satisfactoria; los hoteles Hilton ofrecen garantía de calidad. Ambiente: El ambiente interior es muy agradable, ¡y el restaurante es excelente! Servicio: El servicio es bueno; el personal de recepción le ayudará con su equipaje.

Arabia Saudita tiene muchos hoteles locales limpios y de calidad. Sin embargo, este hotel no solo está limpio y ordenado, sino que también cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, incluyendo piscina y gimnasio. Recomiendo este hotel tanto para familias como para personas solas. Gracias.
