Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y nos recibieron con mucho cariño. El personal es muy amable y los masajes son excelentes. El desayuno está bien (he probado mejores en Filipinas), pero aun así está delicioso. Lo que no entiendo bien es por qué las puertas del baño se abren hacia adentro. Es tan pequeño que es difícil llegar al baño.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound. The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust. Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing. One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

Era un hotel bastante agradable, pero el personal de recepción fue un poco impredecible: no fue tan amable a la llegada, pero fue agradable algunos días. El desayuno era fantástico, aunque el restaurante estaba demasiado frío para cenar cómodamente, pero el personal era muy agradable. La habitación era perfecta, excepto por los mosquitos. La sala recreativa era buena aquí, con mesa de billar, tenis de mesa, computadora, sala de estar, televisión y espacio de trabajo para negocios. Mientras estábamos allí, la piscina se puso verde y no estaba muy limpia. La otra cosa que no se mencionó ni se mostró en ninguna parte fue la vista al mar, una gran mancha de tierra desde el hotel hasta el mar. A la zona de la piscina le vendría bien un poco de sombra. Está en una buena ubicación para ir a la ciudad a comer, etc. Tuk Tuk es barato. Pero tiene un olor extraño/tipo agua estancada, probablemente porque estaba al lado de algún tipo de río.

Me gusta mucho este hotel. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos allí. Volveríamos encantados. Es muy fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad y al puerto; siempre hay triciclos disponibles en el hotel. Cuesta 40 pesos por persona. Lamentablemente, no hay ninguna tienda cerca donde se puedan comprar cosas pequeñas (galletas, limonada, cerveza, etc.). Los desayunos cuestan 500 pesos y hay una buena selección. La comida del restaurante es de 4 estrellas. No me gustaron mucho las ensaladas. Reservamos las excursiones a través del hotel. Es muy práctico que te recojan y te dejen directamente en el hotel. El pago se realiza después de la excursión, lo que significa que puedes cancelarla si hace mal tiempo.

I recommend this hotel! The staff is very nice; they let us check-in early to have a rest because we slept at the Airport last night due to the flight being canceled. The room is clean, as well as the bathroom, and I love it when it has a hairdryer. I also love how nice the interior of the hotel is, as well as the breakfast buffet, which is so good. And what I love the most is their swimming pool. I can relax the whole day with books on it. Lastly, when we check-out, there is a free shuttle service, and the staff is very nice to help us book it. I will book this again for sure!

We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future.

El hotel es muy bueno y puede cumplir con los estándares nacionales de cuatro estrellas. Vale la pena recomendarlo y volveremos la próxima vez. El precio es aproximadamente el mismo. Sin embargo, no hay verduras para el desayuno, lo cual es una lástima. Demasiada carne, jaja, fácil engordar, nada de leche caliente. Es un poco lamentable para mí perder peso.

It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and it truly felt like a luxury escape. 7. Incredible Amenities: The resort offers so many fantastic amenities! We had the choice of three swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the gorgeous views. The water park was a big hit with our son, who had an absolute blast. There’s also a massage center, which was wonderfully relaxing, and a lovely canopy area for tour inquiries and bookings. Whether you’re into golf, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying a delicious dinner by the water, there’s something for everyone here. 8. Dinner with Fire Dance: Dining at the resort’s beachfront restaurant was a magical experience. Not only did we enjoy fantastic meals, but we were also treated to a mesmerizing fire dance performance as we dined. It added such a special touch to the evening. 9. Fantastic Staff: Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Kent, Arvin, and Susan, especially, were always so humble, kind, and smiling, even when we had late-night requests for dinner or drinks. Their hospitality truly made us feel like family. 10. Overall Experience: We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The resort’s incredible service, beautiful facilities, and welcoming staff made this one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Reservamos el hotel por 2 noches, porque está cerca del aeropuerto Robinson Mall y Puerto Princesa para la salida temprana. La habitación está como se muestra. La cama no es especialmente suave, pero las hojas están limpias. La habitación es lo suficientemente espaciosa para tener 2 maletas abiertas. Baño con buenas duchas de tamaño, buena presión de agua y cabeza de ducha de lluvia.
