We arrived at 1:30 pm at the front desk of the hotel with my American friends. I booked all the hotel rooms, all paid sometime in Oct. ‘24. The front desk told us we had No rooms . I asked why? I dhowed them the confirmation, your e mail to me…all proof. They told me No payment from you was received by the hotel. I said why would that happened? They said they do not know. And told us flatly that they cannot contact you , the responsibility of contacting ang solving our problem is on me. I said, be reasonable. Trip.com  whatever it is , is your partner in this. I cannot be the victim of whatevrr stupidity that happened. I m paid thats all. Its good a young man intervened and helped solve the problem. I was so furious i would like to kick the desk.  Sfter a long stand off, finally it was found out that you did not make any payment to JPark.  A company like yours, which does not pay, and hotel like JPark which i feel only think of their interest , the result is a victim like me, innocent yet delayed for hours in our use of the hotel room we paid for in advance. I almost turned violent because of what you did. My American and filipino friends could not believe what they are witnessing and experiencing. They can observe my frustration and embarrassment. Finally at a few minutes before 4:00 pm , we got our room. I will never deal with Trip. Com again and will not visit JPark again.  This is Dr Alfredo Valera

I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work. Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required). The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied. Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow. Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

Mixed Experience at Maribago Blue Waters Maribago Blue Waters has always held a special place in our hearts, as we’ve loved coming here since we were kids. However, during our recent stay, we noticed some areas that could use improvement. While the more expensive rooms are definitely worth the price, the deluxe rooms at 7k don’t quite live up to expectations. They feel outdated, like they haven’t been updated in 20 years. The restaurant and spa are also quite pricey, especially the spa, which felt a bit too expensive for what it offers. During weekends, the resort can get pretty crowded, likely due to the number of walk-in guests. However, the staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. One highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, offering a great variety from local Filipino favorites to international dishes. We especially loved the guy selling ”taho”—it brought back some wonderful childhood memories! While we still have a soft spot for Maribago Blue Waters, it feels like some things need improvement to live up to the resort’s reputation.

La experiencia fue excepcional y el servicio fue secundario a ningún otro. La comida era más deliciosa que la de las comidas, y no podía esperar a más platos en el futuro. Queremos dar un reconocimiento especial al Chef Ri, ella nos ha comprobado para asegurarnos de que nos disfrutamos de la comida, una cosa rara y mucho apreciado. Reconocimiento especial, así como a nuestro servidor Michael, fue arriba y más allá para hacer nuestra visita memorable y fue uno de los más atentos que he visto, ofreció la más alta calidad de servicio y otros en el futuro tendrán un tiempo difícil para ajustar su Gracias por todo lo que ha hecho para hacer nuestra cena uno que no olvidaremos.

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

Muy bueno venir con la familia. Bueno, si hablamos de instalaciones comparadas con el precio, no creo que sea más apropiado. Creo que es la mejor relación calidad-precio. El precio del desayuno y del servicio de habitaciones no está mal y la calidad es tan buena como el precio. hacer La ubicación es incómoda, pero cuesta unos 400 pesos con Grab. Reservé este hotel con mi hija de 11 años para tener mi estancia de cumpleaños. El hotel era muy nuevo y los diseños son modernos. El check-in fue muy suave con muy amables agentes de la oficina frontal. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. La habitación era muy pequeña para una habitación doble. El desayuno buffet estaba en el lado medio, los platos calientes no se mantuvieron calientes y las opciones fueron muy limitadas. El hotel está muy cerca (me refiero a la distancia de caminar) a 7/11 Commodities, restaurantes de buena calidad cerca , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc ... Me encanta el ambiente de la comunidad ... su como una pequeña ciudad dentro de una pequeña comunidad. No que no me gustase mucho, pero fue algo que no me gustaba mucho ... su piscina del hotel que parece un desastre y no se mantuvo limpio en el momento en que fui a visitar la zona. Ubicación increíble al lado del centro comercial Ayala con entrada directa a The Terraces. Todo el personal fue cálido y amable e incluso el personal de limpieza (Albhey) dejó un mensaje de agradecimiento escrito a mano por elegir hospedarse en el hotel. El desayuno fue excelente, con una amplia selección de comidas frías y calientes. Definitivamente recomendado.

Location is great - has a great beach front and has easy access to the main road, near restaurants and airport as well. Service is excellent, staffs are well-trained and friendly. The hotel has various pools with a pool bar each, and it is great that the beach side pool is open til midnight. Amenities are okay. Bfast buffet is great - have a wide variety of food. They also have a dinner buffet at a discounted rate for hotel guests. Early check-in was not available during my time because there’s a lot of guests. But overall, still a great stay.

As the regular patron for this hotel due to their close proximity to the port area and mybus that service toward airport and close to SM mall, few changes has been notices, if your 2 person and had a breakfast you need both to go down in person can no longer pack 1 portion for your sleeping companion that lady in the restaurant is very unpolite. Check in process still not very fast and easy limited house cleaner as it take too long before can clean. They request 1000 pesos for deposit. this hotel has been very crowded now, kids running outside the room and screaming. The bed is good firm comfortable and soft pillows, spacious room bidet in the bathroom, the food is not very appeticing but a few selection.

I had a good stay here with my friend. The staffs are very accommodating and approachable. Room is very neat and cozy. It is near to famous places in Cebu. The breakfast buffet is very delicious!! 😋

El hotel más barato que pude encontrar. Estaba en 15 días. Las habitaciones estaban en el cuarto piso agradable y limpia. Digo habitaciones porque a media distancia nuestra unidad de aire acondicionado se nos relocalizó (gratuito) a otra habitación. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de Ayala y el área general es segura y fácil de navegar/de encontrar transporte en forma de jeep o autobús. El hotel de 5 estrellas no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero es un negocio por su precio(15 euros por noche) cualquiera sería estúpido pasar. No hemos gustado su cocina ni hemos visitado el gimnasio.

This hotel is definitely one of the best in the city center, conveniently close to all establishments.”

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones aceptables para lo que hay en la zona, habitación amplia y baño normal (la alcachofa casi rota que el agua salía por los lados). Cama algo blanda aceptable. Las fotos de la web distan de la realidad (fotos de servicios antiguos como lo amenities y el agua) Si quieres un café (instantáneo) te cobran x7 el precio La ubicación es buena si quieres coger un ferry, está a 1,5km andando

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

No me sentía bienvenido en absoluto, alguien buscó mis maletas antes de entrar al hotel, mi inspección me hizo sentir desagradable también, un gran sonrisa pero pedir depósito y bombardearme con una tonelada de reglas, la habitación era ruidosa y no limpia, mucha polvo, Incluso algunos chips de patata en el mueble ... La ubicación es buena, pero hay un casino, pero eso es, demasiado caro.

While the more expensive rooms are definitely worth the price, the deluxe rooms at 7k don’t quite live up to expectations. They feel outdated, like they haven’t been updated in 20 years. The restaurant and spa are also quite pricey, especially the spa, which felt a bit too expensive for what it offers. During weekends, the resort can get pretty crowded, likely due to the number of walk-in guests. However, the staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. One highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, offering a great variety from local Filipino favorites to international dishes. We especially loved the guy selling ”taho”—it brought back some wonderful childhood memories! While we still have a soft spot for Maribago Blue Waters, it feels like some things need improvement to live up to the resort’s reputation.

It's a quiet place so if you like to have a vacation with family I think this place is perfect. They have a bar though to sip and unwind facing to the beach it's such a great ambiance. They also have restaurant with a classy and elegant vibe. What I like is the hotel is really clean and modern their staff is very polite and hospitable. With the food hmm I like the breakfast than dinner both are buffet. The time we went there they have a Zumba in the pool and I find it cute seeing guest doing Zumba together.

Great place to stay with your loved ones. Staff are friendly and accomodating plus they are always smiling. The Salt Restaurant made us feel like they are always there to attend to our needs. We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.
