刘刘La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en el centro de la ciudad de Shullington, el estacionamiento está en la planta superior, hay que ir a una colina, el costo de estacionamiento es de 15 monedas por día. La decoración interior es un poco antigua y antigua, tiene un sentido histórico. La deficiencia es que la recepción se cerró (debía estar a las 7:00), diciendo que me envió un correo, en realidad no lo encontró. O bien, el joven higiénico limpió la higiene, me ayudó a contactar, abrió la caja de latas para obtener la caja de latas.

MM_PorschaI stayed at Boulcott Suites for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — plenty of eateries nearby (many Asian options), a New World supermarket just around the corner, and Cuba Street all within walking distance. For those driving, private parking is available at NZD 29 per night, though it does need to be booked in advance by calling ahead.
The room itself was well-equipped, with nearly everything listed on their website provided. Amenities included tea, coffee, hot chocolate, an infusion tea selection, a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, clothing rack, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. There’s also a convenient kitchenette with a stove and full set of utilities if you’d like to prepare meals. Do note that some basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and bottled water aren’t supplied. I just drank the tap water, which seemed perfectly fine.
On the downside, I felt the room was a little dusty, which took away slightly from the otherwise good presentation. I had also requested a baby cot during booking and was told it would be included, but it never arrived in the room. It wasn’t a big issue for me personally since the bed was large enough to co-sleep with my baby, but it’s worth mentioning for others who might rely on that service.
All in all, Boulcott Suites is a convenient and comfortable choice in the heart of Wellington, with great amenities and an ideal location. With a little more attention to detail on housekeeping and guest requests, it would be close to perfect.

BBJBMDAn excellent choice in Wellington. Plenty of restaurants down the street a block from hotel. Fruit and small grocery across the street from front door. 500 meters from Cuba street and lots of eclectic shops. Excellent value , room was large and nice. Love the staff there. IQ of staff was higher than mine.

The lift & room was just a little bit older around the edges, but still very good! The bed was heavenly-soft & lovely, we just wish we'd had time to rest & relax more than one night in Wellington!

UUsuario invitadoSeriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t open until 6am”
No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.
Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.
No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.
$45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

ZZorpaReally conveniently located hotel and good sized room. Really lovely helpful, staff on reception. I had booked an interior room with no window so was pleasantly surprised to have a ceiling skylight. Unfortunately the surfaces and amenities (kettle, glasses, spoons) were covered in dust. I thought it might be a ventilation issue as the high window probably doesnt open, but when I ran my finger over the desk it was a thick layer so not sure it had been cleaned for a while. I was only staying one night so didn't bother complaining but did start wheezing in the night so wish I had said something. Easily fixed for future guests with proper dusting!

UUsuario invitadoI rung ahead of time to check regarding parking and spoke to a friendly staff member by the name of Hunter who explained where entrance was and how to access car parking. We were impressed with size of the room and the facilities. Great location and didn't seem to hear much street noise. Room was nice and clean only thing noticeable was some scuff marks on walls and having a couch instead of 2 armchairs would have been perfect. Would highly recommend staying here, we had a great experience and commend Hunter on such great customer service

SShiela EsmoladaI have enjoyed my stay in Richmond Hotel. The staff is very accomodating. I have arrived past the check-in period and still managed to check-in through the help of Dinah😊, even left some fresh milk in the fridge. I really appreciate it coz I was so hungry and tired after a long bus journey😊.
I also loved the bed, it aids with my sore body after a 12hr bus journey.
