バイキング形式の朝食は総合的に満足しました。 私は元々高知市出身者で今回は落ち合う親戚の都合でSC上、旗日を挟んだ宿泊でしたが高知のロケーションからして御社の宿泊料金は少し高めに設定されていたのが残念でした。最近、高知もHが増え出してきているみたいですが強気設定の宿泊料金はニーズからして長続きはしないと思いますが.......

Clean and nice rooms. Friendly staff. Great location close to Kochi train station a 13 min walk to the AEON mall. Awesome if u stay on a Sunday they have a great Sunday Market only 13mins walk also. Fresh local produce, nice food and local crafts being sold. Definitely worth a visit if u are there Sunday.

La habitación tenía pocas comodidades, pero estaba limpia. El baño era compartido y las mantas eran muy cómodas. Está a 8-10 minutos a pie de la estación de Nakamura; hay que cruzar un puente peatonal para salir de la estación. Hay grandes supermercados y muchos restaurantes cerca. Siempre le pido prestada la bicicleta a la abuela Ling para ir a comer y de compras.

When we first arrived the front desk told us that we reserved a smoking room. In the trip.com booking it does not say so though. The front desk said all similar rooms for non-smoking were booked out. We went up to the room but it smelled so bad that we asked agin for a different room showing them the booking. According to the hotel the booking was not directly forward to them by trip.com but by a different service therefore it varied from our actual booking. They were nice enough to give us a different room which was non-smoking. Unfortunately the room still smelled strange - at least no smoke smell. Additionally there was almost no hot water coming out from the tap. In the photo the hot water was fully turned on. Another issue was the parking. The one night stay fee was 1000 Yen (not for 24h). We checked out at 11 a.m. but decided to eat lunch in town and leave the car at the hotel parking. We took out the car at 2 pm and had to pay an additional fee of 1200 yen.

Great stay at Bright Park hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location is good. Kochi castle is about 10 minute walk away and there are plenty is restaurants nearby. There is no laundry service on site, but there is a 24 laundrette 2 minute walk away where you can wash your clothes for ¥300. Would stay again

Definitely NOT A 5 star hotel quality and service. When we arrived, we were not greeted at the door, we had quite a few luggages but none of the staff even insisted on helping. The rooms felt small, nothing interesting with the interior (to be honest, it felt just like a better version of a business hotel), no bathtub in the rooms just a plastic shower room. Another thing I noticed is due to having only two elevators, I often encountered to full elevators especially during busy hours when people go to the public bath on the 5th floor. We also had to pay 1000 yen per night extra for parking which I find it absurd. The staff were not very attentive and all looked kinda like students. Overall, this hotel should not be ranked 5 stars. I will not go back.

El hotel en la costa, el paisaje de primera clase es incontestable. La habitación está limpia y el personal del hotel es inesperadamente amable. Si no quieres ir al siguiente lugar, vivirá más de una noche. Una fuerte promoción.

Персонал очень гостеприимный и воспитанный. Завтрак, это пригоршня риса, стакан сока, ещё что-то, толку никакого. Очень маленькая ванная комната. В туалете можно застрять. Стекло в окне комнаты матовое, ничего не видно. Кому это пришло в голову ??? Ощущение, ка -к будто спишь в капсуле, а не в отеле. Окна фактически нет. Доплатил, 500 Йен, переехал в прекрасный отель на другой стороне реки, на карте видно.
