Clean and nice rooms. Friendly staff. Great location close to Kochi train station a 13 min walk to the AEON mall. Awesome if u stay on a Sunday they have a great Sunday Market only 13mins walk also. Fresh local produce, nice food and local crafts being sold. Definitely worth a visit if u are there Sunday.

Comfort Hotel Kochi became our 12th hotel on this journey, and honestly, it was one of the most pleasant surprises so far. We checked in earlier today, and the location immediately scored big points — it is just a comfortable 5-minute walk from Kochi Station, making arrival very easy. The hotel itself feels brand new, and that freshness really shows. The lobby is slightly more spacious than other Comfort Hotels we have stayed at in Japan, which made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth even though it was done via a machine, and there was a friendly staff member nearby who stepped in to help and speed up the process when needed — a small touch, but very much appreciated. We were assigned a room on the highest floor, and to our surprise, this turned out to be the biggest standard double room we have ever stayed in across all Comfort Hotels in other cities. The room felt new, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The entrance area was spacious enough to fully open our large luggage without playing Tetris — always a win. The bed was comfortable, and while two pillows were already provided, I was able to get additional ones easily. There was a proper desk and chair, making it comfortable to sit down and work. The TV felt modern as well, with YouTube available, which was a nice bonus after a long day out. Even the bathroom was more spacious than expected, adding to the overall comfort. What made the stay even better was the free breakfast included for both nights of our stay, which always adds great value. On top of that, the streetcar station is also within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore Kochi without any hassle. Overall, Comfort Hotel Kochi exceeded our expectations — modern, comfortable, spacious, and well-located. It was a solid and satisfying stay that made us glad we chose it.

When we first arrived the front desk told us that we reserved a smoking room. In the trip.com booking it does not say so though. The front desk said all similar rooms for non-smoking were booked out. We went up to the room but it smelled so bad that we asked agin for a different room showing them the booking. According to the hotel the booking was not directly forward to them by trip.com but by a different service therefore it varied from our actual booking. They were nice enough to give us a different room which was non-smoking. Unfortunately the room still smelled strange - at least no smoke smell. Additionally there was almost no hot water coming out from the tap. In the photo the hot water was fully turned on. Another issue was the parking. The one night stay fee was 1000 Yen (not for 24h). We checked out at 11 a.m. but decided to eat lunch in town and leave the car at the hotel parking. We took out the car at 2 pm and had to pay an additional fee of 1200 yen.

Great stay at Bright Park hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location is good. Kochi castle is about 10 minute walk away and there are plenty is restaurants nearby. There is no laundry service on site, but there is a 24 laundrette 2 minute walk away where you can wash your clothes for ¥300. Would stay again

No hay nada que puedas hacer en el hotel, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer en el hotel. Las habitaciones se sentían pequeñas, nada interesante con el interior (para ser honesto, se sentía como una mejor versión de un hotel de negocios), no hay baño en las habitaciones sólo una ducha de plástico. Otra cosa que me di cuenta es que sólo tenía dos ascensores, a menudo me encontré con los ascensores completos, especialmente durante horas ocupadas cuando la gente va al baño público en el piso 5. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable.

¡Genial! ¡La vista a la playa es increíble! La habitación también era muy nueva y bonita, bastante grande y bien equipada. También hay un baño termal gratuito. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez.

Персонал очень гостеприимный и воспитанный. Завтрак, это пригоршня риса, стакан сока, ещё что-то, толку никакого. Очень маленькая ванная комната. В туалете можно застрять. Стекло в окне комнаты матовое, ничего не видно. Кому это пришло в голову ??? Ощущение, ка -к будто спишь в капсуле, а не в отеле. Окна фактически нет. Доплатил, 500 Йен, переехал в прекрасный отель на другой стороне реки, на карте видно.
