Comfort Hotel Kochi became our 12th hotel on this journey, and honestly, it was one of the most pleasant surprises so far. We checked in earlier today, and the location immediately scored big points — it is just a comfortable 5-minute walk from Kochi Station, making arrival very easy. The hotel itself feels brand new, and that freshness really shows. The lobby is slightly more spacious than other Comfort Hotels we have stayed at in Japan, which made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth even though it was done via a machine, and there was a friendly staff member nearby who stepped in to help and speed up the process when needed — a small touch, but very much appreciated. We were assigned a room on the highest floor, and to our surprise, this turned out to be the biggest standard double room we have ever stayed in across all Comfort Hotels in other cities. The room felt new, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The entrance area was spacious enough to fully open our large luggage without playing Tetris — always a win. The bed was comfortable, and while two pillows were already provided, I was able to get additional ones easily. There was a proper desk and chair, making it comfortable to sit down and work. The TV felt modern as well, with YouTube available, which was a nice bonus after a long day out. Even the bathroom was more spacious than expected, adding to the overall comfort. What made the stay even better was the free breakfast included for both nights of our stay, which always adds great value. On top of that, the streetcar station is also within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore Kochi without any hassle. Overall, Comfort Hotel Kochi exceeded our expectations — modern, comfortable, spacious, and well-located. It was a solid and satisfying stay that made us glad we chose it.

去年も宿泊させていただきました。 今年も泊まりたいと思えるような滞在だったので こちらにしました。去年に比べてもお食事のレベルが上がってたように思います。かつおのたたき美味しかったです。 また、朝食も取りやすい配置になっていて 混雑しにくいように工夫あり 良かったです。また高知県に行くときは、こちらを選びたいと思います

El hotel está muy bien conocido, pero tiene mucho encanto. El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentran 2 estrellas. 1) Las ventanas pueden abrirse completamente para permitir grandes cantidades de viento (no las pequeñas aberturas habituales). 2) El personal del hotel es tan generoso y amable, nos permitieron entrar pronto y salir tarde sin cargo alguno. 3) El hotel está situado en el corazón de todos los bares (hay cabinas de trabajadores que se quedan alrededor de la zona en la noche y se encuentra muy animado) 4) Es un hotel agradable sin frijoles (por lo tanto, trae su propio champú y condicionador si estás loco por él). Para gestionar sus expectativas, observe lo siguiente: 1) Es un antiguo establecimiento, por lo que no espere que todo sea nuevo o encajado. 2) Debido a la ubicación, puede oír mucho ruido de calle si abre las ventanas a la noche. En general, un hotel muy bonito y encantador, gestionado por personas que tienen los intereses de sus huéspedes.

The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful. I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me. The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door. There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC. I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.

This is a great little hotel. It was so unassuming that I was pleasantly surprised by the service, comfort and quality of my stay here. I half expected only an average place, but from the moment I entered the lobby and was greeted by the warmest, friendliest reception, I was totally happy. He quickly checked me in, and upon my enquiry on suitable local restaurants he informed me they have free curry right now, along with bottomless drinks (hot and cold, tea, coffee, juice and soft drinks), it was perfect, just want I needed after a long day. He also helped with parking as their hotel lotcwas full. The room was basic, but it was all clean and worked well, the bed was comfy and shower had good pressure and hot water, heaven. Breakfast the next day was also lovely, a good mix of Asian and western. I was chuffed and would gladly stay here again. the hotel room is nice , best shower even in Japan. but the sink is too low, good size for the child , too low for an adult the hotel has swimming pool, the pool is belong to the gym , normally require the membership ,but you just need to show the counter that you are staying in the hotel they will let you in. if you dont have the swimming suit, they have the swimming suit to borrow which was nice . they don't really speak English, that was a little tough to communicate. they have laundry machine at 3rd floor to use. the breakfast was acceptable , if you are foreigner, like western food , they have croissant, chocolate bread, salad, bacon. it was a good stay.

酒店對出有一條河及2條橋，望住條河已心擴神怡。 大浴場的露天部分可望到條河，晚上有機會睇到星星，好享受。 晚市定食，有素食選擇，當然要提早一星期以上通知，感謝廚師們的特別準備，好好食😋 唔夠飽還有一碗免費拉面作宵夜，好彩是素食，白色芝麻湯底，又濃又係好好食😋 最驚喜是前台服務，check in and check out 都好好服務，特別是渡邉小姐 Miss. Watanabe ，佢用我哋唔識的日文與其他酒店溝通，幫手找返失物，再寄到另一間酒店俾我。非常感謝她🙏

La ubicación es conveniente, cerca de la estación y de las tiendas de conveniencia. Me gusta la habitación porque tiene espacio adicional para el equipaje. El desayuno buffet era bueno. Visitamos en temporada de primavera. El aire acondicionado y la calefacción son centralizados y los huéspedes no pueden ajustar la temperatura dentro de la habitación.
