Absolutely magnificent hotel! Staff were very helpful, tending to any and every need. Rooms are clean and spacious. And big plus point is that it is connected to the Annapoorna restaurant, a must visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Can't wait to be back.

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

El hotel y la habitación, puramente en las normas indias, buena ubicación para visitar templos, el personal fue amigable, permitió salir de la maleta cuando dejé la habitación y fui a ver los templos de nuevo. Cerca de las tiendas y paradas de autobús. Recomendar.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

Good service at the breakfast and clean room service at front desk could be better especially one of the lady manager could improve on her attitude . Good location easy access to the oto transport

Simple hotel with basic necessities covered. The decor of the hotel features vintage Bollywood posters and the hotel used to be a film set. Comfortable and aesthetic, with lots of international restaurants nearby. Infront of the hotel there is also lots of shopping opportunities available! Nice and affordable!

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to Friends, Couples and Family.

El servicio de recepción fue muy bueno, pero el negocio fue muy malo. Al hotel, no dejes que entienda el check in temprano, la recepción pide el precio, ve al restaurante a comprar el desayuno, el precio del restaurante no es el mismo que el precio que da la recepción. Cuando hice el check out, quería usar el auto del hotel para ir al aeropuerto. Le pregunté a la recepción por un precio. Pensé que era un poco más caro que Ola. Estuvo bien. Dije que había comido bien y lo pedí. Después de regresar, cambié la recepción. El precio ha cambiado. Es más caro que Ola. Doblado. Early Check In, el hotel comenzó a exigir estrictamente que no se puede registrar temprano, debe ser a las 2 pm, después de la comunicación, comprender impotente, luego salir a almorzar, regresar a las 12 del mediodía, descubrió que el hotel incluso le dio otro par de pareja blanca se registra, pero también proporciona una toalla y bebida de bienvenida. No tenía esto en absoluto cuando me registré. Lo anterior muestra que la gestión del hotel es muy confusa. Los guardias de seguridad se saludaron con entusiasmo. El hotel es un hotel muy bueno - a veces en la India 4-cases no puede disfrutar de habitaciones tan espaciosas y limpias (hay un mini-luxo). Al mismo tiempo, más de un precio asequible. Está situado en 5-7 minutos a pie del templo de Brahadisvar. Sólo un wi-fi débil está fuera del lado negativo. Me gustaría ver algo de carne - al menos salsajes de pollo ...))
