Hoteles con parking en Kalimantan Oriental, Indonesia

La primera vez que tomé mi familia para unas vacaciones, también recibí una recomendación de amigos,Así que reservamos este hotel,Desafortunadamente, la ubicación está muy lejos del centro de la ciudad,Así que sí,qué quieres reservar a través de Internet, Pero para la limpieza y el desayuno, se garantiza que no se decepciona, es sólo que hay algunas malas comunicaciones como la existencia de la habitación que he reservado diferentes pisos, y las instalaciones de piscina ”la palabra” sólo se pueden utilizar si usamos trajes de baño, ****vale la que veo ayer, muchos padres acompañan a sus hijos sin sus baños adecuados, así que si puedes ver la piscina, es más humanizado ser capaz de actuar y dirigir. recepcionista y otros empleados que son amables, creeme que el negocio del hotel se levantará con usted para implementar un excelente servicio, gracias por el banquete de una noche, si hay una oportunidad más tarde, definitivamente volveremos

Hotel was tired and staff are inexperienced in the hospitality industry. Room: stayed on 8th floor. Pillows had strong sweat smell and looked like they havent been changed in a while. Room decor was pretty basic with basic laminate flooring. In the bathroom there was complimentary shower gel and shampoo but when the bottles were pressed, it was very watery and seemed like the staff had simply topped it up with regular water. Room internet was also extremely poor and I gave up after half an hour of trying. Breakfast was a big spread but not of high quality. The bubur was lumpy. Fried chicken was tasteless (possibly indicating being frozen for some time) and the chefs cooking the indomie simply threw the noodle cake into a half filled water bath and did not stir or monitor the cooking resulting in half cooked indomie. Breakfast section also smelled like a massive cigarette factory as there were smoking sections. Upside: Great location as part of a mall development. There is a comfortable lounge in the lobby conducive to meetings and afternoon catchups. Staff at the lobby lounge were very pleasant and efficient and went out of their way to clear our cups quickly and take new orders. Always smiling. This hotel is a very stark contrast to the mercure semarang where we spent the previous night.

Compared to other hotels in Balikpapan, Ibis is very affordable. Nevertheless, this hotel offers good amenities, such as a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. However, the shower cabin is too small. You can barely move around in it. I also miss a refrigerator. The Indonesian breakfast is excellent. Many Westerners stay in this hotel, but strangely enough, the breakfast is geared exclusively towards Indonesians. For Westerners, there's only cheap white bread with sweeteners like jam and chocolate spread. I miss good-quality wheat bread, rolls, cheese, and sliced meat. Strangely enough, the hotel isn't geared towards Western tourists at all. FO doesn't know where to rent motor cycles and they don't have any information about tourist attractions. They foist overpriced excursions with a guide and car on every tourist. Dear Ibis personnel, please understand that many Western tourists want to rent motor cycles and find their way to excursions via Google Maps. In short, Ibis management, do some research on Western tourists, provide brochures with excursions to FO, and make sure FO has information about motor cycles and car rentals. In summary, Ibis is a fine hotel for a reasonable price, but unfortunately not sufficiently focused on Western tourists.

The hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however,  the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

一人旅のために利用しました。とても綺麗でACもありました。モスクの目の前にあるので、そのため値段が安いかなと思いますが、もう少し高い値段でも泊まれるくらい良いホテルでした、

We had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

Room is ok, enough for 1 person. Exactly like picture single room for 1 person.. cleaning team did a good job... room floor was clean, clean bed sheet and smell good towel 👍 but amenities was very limited. No hair dryer. Front counter service staff were friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast was all right. Still have varieties to choose.. Location wise was good. Thank you. Overall is 7 out of 10.

Check in at 3 pm and the room not ready yet, asked to wait for uncertainty. At room , 0 towels in the room. And called housekeeping but sent within 1 hours.

La estancia es buena. La ubicación es buena, al lado de la tienda y hay un enlace al centro comercial. La piscina de baño se ha chocado cuando se inició el check-in. La limpieza está bien, puede ser mejor. El cone de aire no está frío en la habitación debido a la instalación. El desayuno es tan bueno, por debajo de la expectativa de nuestro hotel 4-star. El canal de televisión también es limitado.

Apartemen sesuai dengan Buget menengah, lokasi jauh dari mall dan tempat makan, kebersihan lumayan sebab apartemen yg sudah cukup lama usianya dan masih butuh pemeliharaan lagi, termasuk fasilitas perlu ditingkatkan serta Pelayanan yg masih kurang Maksimal.
