La habitación estaba completamente equipada con todo lo necesario y la limpieza era excelente. The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

The rooms are impressively spacious, incredibly neat, and clean, providing a great environment to relax. The food was delicious, but what really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. He was always present with a smiling face and went above and beyond by personally checking in on me and offering custom dishes outside of the standard buffet menu. Service was amazing from start to finish. Communication is quick and all staff are happy to make themselves known to guests. All staff are happy to help even management. They have an incredible way of making guests feel welcomed. Three meals served throughout the day buffet style which is a great addition. Great location right on the lagoon with great views and plenty of restaurants nearby and stores within walking distance. The room was much bigger than I anticipated with a lot of space. Based on my experience I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Ai-Royal and Suite Aga in Ikorodu, Lagos. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcome. The room was neat, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the attention to detail in their service. The facilities were in good condition, and the atmosphere was both safe and homely. It’s a great place to relax whether you’re in Ikorodu for business or leisure. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend Ai-Royal and Suite Aga to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Ikorodu.
