El hotel está en buenas condiciones. Hay una estación de MRT en la planta baja. Sin embargo, la ciudad es muy pequeña. Puedes caminar por la ciudad en básicamente tres horas.

Really happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Parking amplio. Sheffield es un poco engañoso es una conducción de 30 minutos. Es un viaje a la orilla sur, pero sólo un viaje corto para volver a la orilla norte. Recepción útil y amigable 24h. Parking gratuito, habitaciones limpias y camas confortables. Ducha y baño funcionan bien. Un lugar decente para un estadío nocturno.

Apartamento de estilo estudiante con decoración divertida, juegos de estilo chic y habitaciones de juegos. Cocina útil, pasteles de bonificación y café por la mañana.

Hotel is in a good location. The common areas were clean and the staff we met was really friendly. The rooms are a little tired and would benefit from a refurb. It was good to have a fridge in the room. Comfy bed's but the shower was really cold in the morning unfortunately. The pool and steam room was a nice way to start the day. Overall we thought it was good value for money.

The location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly. I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Estaba a la noche para una conferencia. Sala limpia, baño con esparcimiento, desayuno muy bueno y en general muy satisfecho. Check-in y check-out fácil y el taxista no encontró ningún problema.

I made a mistake with my booking and the manager that was on shift (wish I had got his name) was brilliant. Very helpful, best customer service I’ve had in a long time. This was around 5.30 in the afternoon. For the actual hotel, it was all fine just not 100% clean in the room. There were a few hairs I saw around the hotel room and the bathroom was dated. The shower also kept changing temp all the time.

Hotel maravilloso. Situación excelente para nuestras necesidades - fútbol y gig en el Emporium Arundel. Muy bueno también.
