El hotel está en buenas condiciones. Hay una estación de MRT en la planta baja. Sin embargo, la ciudad es muy pequeña. Puedes caminar por la ciudad en básicamente tres horas.

Really happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Parking amplio. Sheffield es un poco engañoso es una conducción de 30 minutos. Es un viaje a la orilla sur, pero sólo un viaje corto para volver a la orilla norte. Recepción útil y amigable 24h. Parking gratuito, habitaciones limpias y camas confortables. Ducha y baño funcionan bien. Un lugar decente para un estadío nocturno.

Super convenient for the university. Clean and comfortable for a solo traveler. Noise can be a issue given close proximity to student halls

La habitación es tan llena y húmeda, así que tengo que abrir las ventanas por todas partes. Mi hija ama el baño de bolas pero no pudo hacerlo porque el bañera de tubo está fuera. El hotel es consciente, pero optó por no reparar. La larga cuerda de ducha está roto. El desayuno es tan básico, no hay variedad de menús. Y el parque de autos de 18 libras es tan ridículo...Goshhh. The location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly. I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Das Hotel ist nicht wie ein übliches Ibis Hotel. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer mit großer Dusche sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Obwohl das Hotel in den acht Tagen ausgebucht war waren keinerlei Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern zu hören. Es ist zudem an einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. Die Lage zum Bahnhof, zur Innenstadt und zur Tramstation ist hervorragend. Das typisch englische Frühstück ist prima, das Buffet wird stets schnell aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist mäßig freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen, auch wegen der absolut guten Preissituation.

I made a mistake with my booking and the manager that was on shift (wish I had got his name) was brilliant. Very helpful, best customer service I’ve had in a long time. This was around 5.30 in the afternoon. For the actual hotel, it was all fine just not 100% clean in the room. There were a few hairs I saw around the hotel room and the bathroom was dated. The shower also kept changing temp all the time.

Love this hotel ❤️ 2nd stay here this year Came for a birthday treat and Antonia on the desk treated us to a late checkout and 2 free drinks at the bar! Great customer service. The beds are the most comphy beds I've slept in....would have took it home if I could! Great location for the train Station and lots of near by car parks if you drive. The bar has a good vibe sells a mice range of beer including Camden Pale Ale. Good ciffeea too at reasonable prices. The bar staff are very friendly. The all you can eat and drink breakfast is 10/10 and is on until 11amnat the weekend...perfect after a big night out Would definitely recommend 👌
