Lovely clean and welcoming hotel with great facilities. There is a spa and pool at the hotel and a restaurant. We ate in the bar area and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

La habitación era muy confortable, el personal era muy amable y la comida era maravillosa (mejor pescado y chips que habían tenido durante mucho tiempo). Ambos tenían un gran tiempo y serían definitivamente recomendables.

Estaba en Sheffield por 2 noches. V cama confortable. Ducha y baño independiente. El problema con el baño era vergonzoso, ya que el flush casi no existía, pero se resuelve fácilmente. Situación en una fantástica zona de la ciudad y la estación de tren, y un jardín exótico en una estructura fantástica. La piscina, la sauna y el vapor son grandes. ¡No me gustaba el hielo! La habitación es muy buena, pero no tiene nada que ver con el hotel. El trabajo que se estaba haciendo tomando una gran parte de la recepción, que fue una vergüenza, pero realmente no afectaba mi estancia en absoluto. No comí/bebí en el hotel, por lo que no puedo comentar sobre esos lugares.

This is the 2ed time staying here for 2 nights the price is ok the room is clean you get free tea and coffee in your room the breakfast is good value for money I believe it’s 15 pounds per person there is lots of fresh fruit cereal, a cooked breakfast as much tea and coffee as you like we didn’t go into the park this time as I have been in the wildlife Park before with my daughter this time we were visiting family the wildlife Park is amazing the staff at the Hex Hotel are super friendly . And professional. The only thing I would say negative about the hotel is checking after 4 pm. And you have to be out of the room by 10 am. I think check-in should be from 2 pm then that gives you a little bit longer in the room and maybe check out 11 am but apart from that I can’t fault this place but if you want to do an earlier check-in, they charge you £30. And if you want to upgrade your room, they charge you £15 per night to upgrade. . The shower is absolutely amazing. You have a rain shower and a smaller shower. You get two massive bath towels, two hand towels also shower gel body cream soap. That are individually. I will definitely be coming back and staying again. A short taxi ride into Doncaster town Centre where there is lots of bars that play music if you’re into that there’s also a designer outlet not far from the hex hotel. .

El DobleTree de Hilton Sheffield City fue exactamente lo que necesito durante mi viaje de negocios. Desde el momento en que llegué, el check-in fue suave y bienvenido, y esa primera cookie caliente se sentía como un pequeño pero auténtico gesto de cuidado después de un largo viaje. La ubicación es conveniente, cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero tranquila para descansar. La habitación era moderna, limpia y tranquila. La cama era cómoda, la iluminación era suave y todo funcionó perfectamente. No era sobre el lujo, sino sobre el confort pensable que le ayuda a recargar. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el restaurante tiene un ambiente tranquilo que hace que las mañanas se sienten fáciles. La mejor parte de la estancia fue la coherencia. Gracias DoubleTree de Hilton Sheffield City por crear un espacio que se siente equilibrado, tranquilo y realmente cómodo.

La habitación era agradable para el precio, buena presión de agua y caliente. ¡Habrías querido una caldera, y el permiso de estacionamiento que ofrecen es un pedazo de papel que por mi posición de nique como motociclista me dijeron, no te preocupes si te multas, te lo cancelarás, que nunca es divertido! También toman tarjetas para depósito de daños que no es realmente un problema, pero no se notifica en la reserva como casi todos los demás que hacen lo mismo que es un poco subversivo.

I check the reviews before deciding to stay here. It’s a budget hotel, but parking is easy ( additional cost)  and there’s an EV charger available, which was very convenient. It’s only a 10 mins walk to the cinema and there’s are plenty restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

La habitación era perfecta para un viajero solo, y me ofrecía una base cómoda después de un día de exploración de la ciudad antes de asistir a un espectáculo el día siguiente. Quiet and well connected location. Good views from the bedroom overlooking the well tendered fields of the nearby facility. Easy access to nearby major motorways. Adequate free parking (need to self-register at check-in). Tired decor but fairly maintained in most part. Safe provided for your valuables. Old style flat screen TV. Shower over bath provides good experience. Massive comfortable bed supporting good sleep experience every night. Bedroom access card was a huge problem at check-in and in-between my stay - I had to return back to reception three times as the card didn't work at check-in! Ended up insisting that the staff seek help as I was not ready to keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. I got back another evening and card had stopped working again but staff at reception this time was quite responsive - after one unsuccessful attempt to reactivate the card he immediately went up with me to use a staff card to allow me access back to my bedroom with plan for resolving the card issue thereafter. I am appreciative of his reassuring approach.

From check in to check.out served by warm, friendly professional staff, a pleasure to stay in this old hotel. Special thanks to Miranda and Carol, the housekeeping ladies for providing us with a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Plenty of hot water, big clean towels, good size tv and were very generous replenishing our tea and coffee supplies. Enjoyed a good IPA beer on the first evening and loved listening to the live singing, 70's throwback by the excellent female singer. Would stay here again should we need to book a hotel on our next visit to Rotherham.
