The location is great, just a ten min walk from the beach, or a five min walk to get a ten min bus to Boscombe or Bournemouth (although these only go every half hour, seem to always be late and stop running by 6.30pm so plan carefully, or take a stress free taxi ride instead - just £6 to Boscombe).  The hotel is clean and tidy, but the reception staff I met were sullen and unhappy to help, the beds we had were awful (feel every spring, I padded it with two quilts to be able to sleep, luckily it was very hot so we didn’t need them) and unfortunately our window was broken so I couldn’t shut the noise of people entering/leaving the hotel directly below the window out. However, the man sent to try to fix the window was extremely polite and helpful, and respectful of my request to be really quiet and softly spoken around my autistic son who was trying to get to sleep. And he fixed the window.  Luckily we were only staying for one night, so despite the painful bed, I would come back for another cheap, brief stay.

I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite! The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night. I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic. However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!

Acceso desde el aparcamiento al nivel -2 con escaleras o ascensor hasta la recepción en el nivel 0; (Acceso directo a la calle mediante unos escalones en el nivel 0 también); El registro fue muy rápido, con un breve formulario para firmar y añadir la matrícula del coche si se utilizaba el aparcamiento del hotel; Desafortunadamente, un ascensor estuvo fuera de servicio durante toda nuestra estancia, pero en contadas ocasiones vimos que el otro ya estaba en uso; Desde aquí tuvimos que recorrer todo el hotel hasta nuestra habitación, subiendo y bajando escaleras, para encontrar nuestra habitación con ventana con vistas a la zona de entrega de la lavandería, aunque aún se podía ver algo del cielo; Según admitió el personal, el hotel necesita una reforma urgente y todo el lugar tiene un aspecto descuidado y desgastado, aunque se indicó que estaba limpio; Sin embargo, la cabina de ducha de la habitación era bastante amplia y el espejo con luz sobre el lavabo era práctico. El grifo mezclador del lavabo parece estar conectado a la izquierda/derecha, en sentido contrario a las marcas del grifo. La habitación contaba con numerosos enchufes, algunos con puertos USB. Un punto a favor fue el desayuno, abundante y servido con eficiencia. La oferta incluía desayuno caliente estándar, cereales, fruta, zumos y bebidas calientes. No se sirvió cena, pero el hotel está cerca de varios establecimientos, a tan solo 10-15 minutos a pie del centro. El centro comercial BIC también está muy cerca, y el muelle/paseo marítimo se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos a pie. La piscina, el gimnasio y la sauna no son muy grandes, pero cumplen su función. Si bien el jacuzzi estaba caliente con chorros potentes, la sauna estaba bastante fría durante nuestra visita. En resumen, un lugar agradable para pasar un par de noches, tranquilo y relajante, con un personal atento.

Este es el mejor hotel para ir a Bonmouth. Espero que sea un poco remodulado. Pero soy Hilton, así que a veces me voy. La ubicación es cómoda y está bien.

Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.

Doble cuarto de mar con balcón. Habitaciones espaciales con zona de asiento agradable. Limpias y en buenas condiciones decorativas. Cambio cómodo, ropa de calidad. Maravillosa, ventana original de metal y puerta francesa abierto a gran balcón. La vista del mar se aparentemente a la izquierda del final del balcón y no del dormitorio. El baño está bien equipado, toallas agradables y toallas de calidad Elemis, pero se beneficiaría de una limpieza profunda y una líquense de pintura. The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was left down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the next day's breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated de la misma cocina.

La ubicación y el servicio... tan agradable ver este hotel crecer constantemente, y ofrecer más a medida que los años pasan.  El personal es tan útil y se va a dejar de hacer su estancia agradable. La única gripe que tengo sería la comida en el restaurante y en el bar. Es bastante limitado y sería agradable ver una gama más amplia de comidas de mordedura para el almuerzo. La falta de camas solares también fue un poco decepcionante.

Location was excellent, hotel room, lobby and pool were very clean and comfortable, room was spacious, bright, with comfortable beds, Bathroom was good . POOL was very good and nice to have this in hotel. Breakfast was excellent with vast variety of different options, we enjoyed this .
