¡Este alojamiento es increíble! Es limpio, tranquilo y perfecto para relajarse. Pero si quieres divertirte explorando el Mercado Antiguo de Lijiang, está muy cerca, a un corto paseo del hotel. Si quieres ir a una cafetería con vistas a la montaña, puedes pedir un taxi. Incluso ofrecen un servicio de transporte desde y hacia la estación de tren de Kunming. En general, el alojamiento es excelente. El personal es muy servicial, aunque no hablamos chino; pudimos comunicarnos con herramientas de traducción. Fueron amables e incluso nos ayudaron con el equipaje. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Llegamos de noche y el hotel tenía un coche para recogernos, ¡lo cual fue muy conveniente! La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, ¡un lugar agradable! Aunque está muy cerca del aeropuerto, no es demasiado ruidoso.

Buen ambiente, buena higiene, la casa es muy antigua y da la sensación de estar envejecida. Hay un pequeño sofá dentro, me gusta mucho. Hay un sillón en el patio, que a los niños les encanta. Es muy recomendable. I had the most beautiful stay in Jianshui. The hotel was clean, bright and very comfortable.
The hospitality was fantastic, which as a solo traveller I was very grateful for. I was given tea and fruit on arrival and the laoban introduced me to all the key spots in Jianshui and sent me recommendations of food spots too. I was given a delicious breakfast with some of the best congee I've had in China! I really felt at home.
The location is fantastic, right in the old town on a beautiful side street with a peaceful quaint atmosphere.
The hotel also organised a taxi to take me onto my next destination - thank you both for a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

¡Muy bien! Primero, la ubicación es excelente, a solo una parada de metro de la estación de Kunming. Después de salir de la estación de metro, caminas unos 400 metros y llegas. Creo que es similar a cadenas como Hanting en cuanto a instalaciones, está muy limpio y la habitación tiene control inteligente, lo cual es muy conveniente. Sin embargo, la habitación en general no es muy grande. Creo que es ideal para alojarse aquí si pasas un día en Kunming. También está muy cerca de Kunming Old Street, a poco más de un kilómetro en taxi. Eso sí, el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno, pero el hotel ofrece tapones para los oídos y ¡hasta me regalaron una pulsera, qué alegría! 🥳

Instalaciones: Nuevas, fáciles de usar.
Higiene: Limpio y ordenado.
Ambiente: Excelente ubicación, piso alto, lo que permite un buen descanso por la noche. Justo al bajar está la calle comercial y la calle antigua.
Servicio: Muy bueno.
Sugerencia: Al hacer el check-in, deberían informar a los huéspedes que la calle antigua de Kunming está al norte. Como no investigué bien, ¡no me di cuenta lo cerca que estaba el primer día, jajaja!

UUsuario anónimoI recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy.
The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything.
If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

We had such a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by how helpful and friendly the hotel management/owners were. Nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble & they went above and beyond to make our stay special.
We were a group of 12 travelling from Australia and they made all of us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.
On our first night, we wanted to explore the ancient town and the owner kindly jumped on his motorbike to personally show us the way & even gave our 6 year old a ride! We weren't expecting that level of hospitality & that really stood out and made a lasting impression.
We also had a lovely afternoon tea experience at the hotel, where the owner took the time to introduce us to a variety of teas and nougat to try. It was a great experience.
The hotel rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. We stayed in Room 101, which faces the street and were pleasantly surprised that there were no issues with noise or passing traffic.
The location is also fantastic with the Ancient Town just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay & would definitely come back 😃

UUsuario invitadoEste hotel nuevo abierto en 2025 me sorprendió. El diseño del viento de Nanyan está equipado con vegetación tropical y es muy exitoso con las manos. El hardware es sincero: camas de oro, Toto defensor inteligente, Daison Storm y lavavajillas de Euchai, que pueden ser muy raros.
La más incitante es que el servicio se ha alojado y el director responde en cualquier momento, ofrece una transmisión gratuita/estación, y ha organizado una lavandería de autobús con cuidado, que es muy útil para los huéspedes que se desplazan durante muchos días. La performance de la piscina de noche también es muy atmosférica.
Francamente, más de 300 pueden vivir en esta calidad y el precio es realmente delicioso. El único pequeño recordatorio es que se está lejos de la salida, pero el servicio de transporte no tiene ningún efecto. La próxima vez que vengas a pagar, también escogerá esta casa!

BBenxiangguangming.Este viaje coincidió con el cumpleaños de mi novia, así que me comuniqué con la dueña del B&B con anticipación y le pedí que decorara la habitación. Cuando proporcioné los materiales, el jefe me ayudó con entusiasmo a decorar la habitación de forma gratuita.
Reservamos la habitación Sunset Molten Gold. La habitación está muy bien diseñada. Tiene pavimento de piedra y guijarros. Es de muy alta gama. Hay una fragancia amaderada en la habitación y huele muy cómodo. inteligente, lo cual es muy elogiado.
A través de los grandes ventanales se puede ver el lago Erhai a lo lejos y la iluminación es muy buena. Se estima que toda la sala tiene más de 30 metros cuadrados. La experiencia de quedarnos aquí es muy buena. Vinimos aquí para tomar fotos de bodas. Este lugar también está muy cerca de Yuansheng.

RRenee C.I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out.
YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful.
First impressions were great.
As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable.
Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup.
There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby.
Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin.
The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing.
The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay.
I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

- Each and every staff member is friendly, thoughtful, polite & welcoming. They are willing to answer all of our questions and will do their utmost best to accommodate to your requests. True definition of service staff.
- We arrived way before check in time & intended to store our luggages at the reception before heading out. To our pleasant surprise, the receptionist allowed us to check in almost half a day earlier (without us asking), and even provided us free breakfast! Very thankful 🙏🏼
- The environment is peaceful & the room is clean & spacious. All the necessities needed were provided.
- Spent the entire day at the property. If you like farm animals & being in the nature, this is a good stay for you.
- Free indoor bonfire one of the nights, with traditional ******* warm beverage.
- Only thing to note is that you might have to Didi to all the attractions as this accommodation is not within walking distance. However, Didi rides to Dukezong (15 mins drive) & train station is not far (9 mins drive). Not a problem for us.
- Overall, highly recommend & will definitely return should we go back to Shangri-la! ☺️☺️

UUsuario invitadoAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

UUsuario invitado從普洱市區要開一個半小時的山路才能到，轉彎下坡路多，記得要早點出發，不然晚了沒有光非常危險。
位置雖然很偏，但是夜晚的星空，日出時的雲海都會讓你覺得不枉此行。特別要冬季來看雲海，仙境一般的感覺。
山景房和泳池房在接待中心這邊，雖然設施有點舊，但是看得出用料很講究，洗手間和房間都是實木的桌子，夜晚可以在陽台看到一片星空，下次可以住星空木屋離天空更近。
設施方面也沒有什麼好挑剔的，畢竟是在深山裡麪，廁所稍微有點反味，其他都很好。
餐廳的牛肉和早早餐的玉米和餈粑都很好吃！
前台小姐姐給充了很多種咖啡，還在咖啡基因庫瞭解了關於咖啡的知識，非常有意思的地方，下次還會再來！

__WeChat274194****Ambiente: Tranquilo y apartado del bullicio, con una estética china diferente. Toda la habitación estaba impregnada de incienso aromático, lo que me hizo sentir renovado. Me encantó el aceite esencial de citronela; comprar más de 1000 yuanes con un 30% de descuento fue bastante económico.
Instalaciones: Gran jacuzzi privado al aire libre con temperatura constante. La habitación tenía vistas directas a la montaña iluminada por el sol naciente.
Servicio: La mayordoma Luna brindó un excelente servicio. Ayudó a reservar con antelación las fotos de viaje y organizó la habitación, incluyendo la limpieza por parte de la señora, la resolución de dudas, la reserva del traslado al aeropuerto, las tortuguitas y el agua mineral. ¡Un 10! El servicio de cobertura fue muy especial: la primera noche fue un baño de pies con leche de rosas en un cuenco de cobre, y la segunda noche fue con sal gruesa en un cuenco de cobre. El desayuno estuvo bien y también ofrecía vistas.
Servicio de recogida o traslado unidireccional entre el hotel y el aeropuerto de Lijiang Sanyi: El traslado al aeropuerto fue bueno.
Servicio de fotografía con trajes étnicos en el hotel una vez (requiere reserva con al menos 1 día de antelación): Los días anteriores ya había usado trajes tibetanos y Yi, así que esta vez me puse un traje Miao. Fue una experiencia de estilo étnico, y no añadí ninguna foto extra a las 5 que venían incluidas.
Fruta de temporada de bienvenida: Hubo cestas de fruta diferentes los dos días, y por la noche nos dejaban zumos frescos y pequeños pasteles. Zumo de pitahaya roja y de naranja, ¡y había un pastel grande en la nevera!
