El alojamiento fue muy agradable. Toda la estancia fue particularmente agradable y tranquilizadora. El jefe fue muy amable. Me lo recomendó un compañero/a. Está al lado de la Torre del Tambor, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para moverse, y se puede llegar a pie a las principales atracciones. Muchos extranjeros también eligen alojarse aquí. La decoración del hotel es muy peculiar, con adornos e información relacionados con la cultura de Zhaojun. La habitación que reservé era para cinco personas, ideal para viajes en familia. Los dos primeros días nos alojamos en una habitación en la planta -1 (sótano). No tenía ventanas y la distribución rectangular resultaba un poco estrecha, pero estaba muy limpia e higiénica, algo que valoro mucho. El único inconveniente de la planta -1 era que la señal [de teléfono/wifi] era bastante mala. En general, todo muy bien y mi familia lo pasó genial. Al final, extendimos nuestra estancia una noche más y nos cambiamos a una habitación en el segundo piso, que era mucho más espaciosa y luminosa. El hotel ofrece servicio de consigna de equipaje y también pueden ayudar a coordinar un transporte para visitar los puntos de interés cercanos. La variedad del desayuno no era muy amplia, pero la calidad era buena. La sopa de fideos con menudillos de cordero (yangzafen) no estaba a la vista, pero si se lo pedías al personal, la preparaban en la cocina y te la servían. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

El apartamento era nuevo pero las camas de los otros pisos eran increíblemente duras. Creo que dormir en el suelo es lo mismo que dormir en esa cama. En nuestra opinión personal, las toallas desechables son terribles para nosotros y no nos gustan en absoluto. Nos dieron muy poco papel higiénico y tuvimos que usar servilletas para ir al baño. Creemos que no repetiremos los mismos errores de no descansar bien en la cama. 首先表揚前台小姐姐免費為我升級房型、態度特別好、説話也很温柔。重點來了，房間四個枕頭有三個枕套都是破的（難道這麼大酒店這麼節省？？枕套都破洞了還給客人繼續用？！），床單也墨色印記，不知道是什麼。因為到酒店的時間比較晚，已經洗完漱換好睡衣準備睡覺了，發現了上述問題，懶得換房間了，但希望酒店注意一下床鋪衞生和客人體驗。

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel combines the convenience of modern high tech with the spiritual beauty of traditional culture. The rooms themselves are constructed around courtyards that give a sense of what life might have been like in Datong many centuries ago. In the lobby and in the rooms, murals decorate the walls with elegant designs of birds or flowers. The cabinets, bench, and floors made of wood and the countertops made of marble work together well and draw on design choices that are classicly, universally appealing. At the same time, the entire room is wired with the amenties of modernity. The toilet has a seat warmer and a light that turns on when you lift the lid so that you can find it in the middle of the night. Similarly, there seem to be motion-sensitive lights throughout the room that light up when you walk in the middle of the night so that you can find your way around. The water in the shower and the bathtub is able to get very hot (which I love!) and has high pressure. There is also a top-of-the-line hair dryer. It's the perfect blend of high tech and traditional amenities! If I have one complaint it's that the room was so hot that I had to open my window to let in the freezing air, and still the room was hot! That shows how effective the heating system is! The serivce at the hotel is also extraordinary! All the members of hotel reception are very friendly. And they send someone to your room shortly after you settle in to give you a platter of fruit, which was fresh and seasonal and artistically chosen it seems. They also have 24 hours service in case you need anything. My friend went into the lobby early in the morning shouting about coffee, and the staff came out quickly to make him a cup. The hotel is also very clean. The blankets, the pillows, and the sheets are as white as snow. The floors are free of dust and dirt and smudges. Everything in the shower and toilet room was scrubbed clean too. And the shower drains smoothly without pooling any water, showing how well it is maintained. Finally, the location is very convenient. You can see that for yourself by just looking at the map. But I would like to add that just outside the gate of the hotel, you can see the Prince's palace, which is beautifully lit at night. What's more, my favorite restaurant in downtown Datong (I think the restaurant is translated as BeiWei Family Garden or something like that) is less than 5 minutes walking from the gate. There are also multiple shops for buying vinegar or wine or shaji snacks. In less than 10 minutes, you can also walk to all the major commercial streets. I love the location of this hotel!

UUsuario invitadoInvestigué lo suficiente antes de venir aquí y vi este B&B. Llamé para consulta alrededor de las 10 de la noche y fui muy paciente al explicarme. Después de llegar, a los dos niños les encantó. Cierra la puerta con llave para que los niños puedan jugar libremente en el patio. Cuando estábamos a punto de llegar, le dijimos la hora. La tía encendió el aire acondicionado con anticipación y preparó té de frutas, que fue muy reconfortante. El desayuno también fue extremadamente rico todos los días y fue muy acogedor para toda la familia. siéntate en el patio y come. Este B&B está justo al lado de la calle comercial. Puedes ir de compras cuando sales, pero no puedes oír el ruido cuando estás en el patio. Está muy cerca de Zini y Longjutang. UUsuario invitadoWe took a 23-day trip through China, staying in 9 different hotels. Without hesitation, I can say that our stay at Floral stood out in many ways. First, the hotel's structure is very beautiful and has been renovated while staying true to the traditional style of the region. The hotel room itself was probably the most beautiful we had seen on our entire trip: spacious, with windows that actually opened, good air conditioning, and modern decor and furniture without being over the top. Second, the hotel's location is within the boundaries of the city wall and is part of the old town, so beautiful to walk around and see the traditional houses - many of them renovated according to the traditional style. And third and most importantly, the kindness of the people who work at the hotel. I have never felt so welcome anywhere on holiday as at this place. Unfortunately, I arrived with health problems and needed antibiotics - equivalents of the ones I had brought from Europe. I asked the reception where I could find the closest pharmacy, but rather than guiding me there, Xiao Liu, the lady at the reception, figured out for me which antibiotic would be the right one and got it for me. The same when we needed a suitcase, rather than sending me to the shop she inquired about our desired suitcase and in one hour it was there. Drinks are complementary at any time of the day, and the breakfast (Chinese and international - sandwiches) was generous and unlimited. When we were running late coming back from the grottoes and needed to catch a train, Xiao Liu helped us out by bringing us all our suitcases directly to the train station. We will never forget all these acts of kindness and we are still grateful to her and the entire hotel staff for making us feel so much at home. Datong will stay in our minds and hearts forever thanks to the people of the Floral hotel. Datong is special enough for all the incredible cultural sights you can visit - but our stay there will never be forgotten thanks to the beauty of the Floral Hotel and its amazing people. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

HHannah WyeLocation: near LinFenXi High Speed Rail Station 临汾西站(10mins drive/ 20mins by local public transport to LuoGuQiaoTou 锣鼓桥头站). Best is that they provide pick-up and drop-off at HSR station, just make a call 3 hours in advance. I dont have local number, so I email them in advance before my trip, they replied my email and provide me their WeChat number so I can make reservation for the pick-up service at the station. Many local tours have pick-up and drop-off service near the hotel (junction outside the hotel), easy and convenient. Services: warm and welcoming services. Tea and drinks in the lobby, luggage storage as well. Room: clean big room, big screen TV, mini bar fridge, bathrobe and comfy king bed. Lavender shower shampoo, hand soap and body lotion, make me feel so so much relax. Laundry: laundry machine are free of charge (washer and dryer). Laundry room provide ironing equipment, books, drink as well. Definitely not get bored. Otherwise, can use phone connect their website to make a reminder while the laundry have done (so convenient). Gym Room: just opposite and same level of laundry room. Treadmill are so new. Breakfast: varieties of choice. Before that I already crave for coffee since it is not so common to find espresso in the local breakfast restaurant. Salad bar, local meatball soup, noodles, dumplings, wantons, boiled egg, fried egg, fried tomato with egg and local cooked food. So many choice and so satisfying. However they dont have egg omelette, it is fine for me. I found that even though not staying at LinFen city centre, it is still fine to stay here as the traffic here is convenient. And here is more quiet and more relax👍 The only thing I dont like is, some customer smoking in the lift and hotel lobby (even though there is a sign in the lift to advice not to smoke), definitely affecting those unlike smoking smell and sick of cigarette smell like me.

UUsuario invitadoUnfortunately, the overall stay was not great. When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, which is essential for us because of health issues. After double confirming with the hotel that they have non-smoking rooms (based on the website, all rooms are non smoking), we paid for our booking. However, shortly after, they informed us that smoking in hotel rooms is common and unavoidable in Taiyuan. We felt deceived into making the payment and realized we were stuck with this accommodation for our 7-day stay. Upon checking in, we had to request a room change due to a strong smoke smell in the original room. The second room was better and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide an air purifier. Throughout our entire stay, people were smoking in the elevator, lobby, and even at the dinner table. If we had known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered staying here. For a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we paid far too much for this experience. The only highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and did their very best to serve the guests, which made our trip a bit more enjoyable. We thank them for their excellent service.

LLUZ ALEGREEl hotel está muy bien situado. La señora que lo regenta te intenta ayudar en todo. La comunicación con ella por wechat, con el traductor fenomenal. Nos ayudo a contratar un taxi para todo el día y poder ir al templo colgante y las cuevas de Yungang. Nos han guardado las maletas hoy todo el día. Muy amables. Hay al lado zonas para comer. Las camas muy cómodas. La relación calidad precio muy buena. Las cosas que ver de la ciudad antigua están cerca incluso caminando. Somos una familia de tres miembros. Recomendable.
