I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

Al mirar las imágenes, pensé que sería similar al albergue juvenil en el que me alojé antes, pero las imágenes del producto son diferentes de las imágenes reales. Los baños públicos y los baños están bastante limpios y la actitud del servicio es normal (no puedo No puedo decir que sea bueno, ni puedo decir que sea malo). La administración es desordenada y la disposición de las camas no está de acuerdo con las reglas. La ubicación de la tarjeta de la habitación, en cuál está realmente disponible para quedarse, no hay agua mineral. Se proporciona y está relativamente cerca de la calle Central, todo depende del presupuesto y las necesidades personales, después de toda la experiencia, personalmente no lo recomiendo, así que déjelo así.

Durante mi estancia en este hotel, disfruté de un servicio impecable y una estancia confortable. Las habitaciones eran amplias y luminosas, con instalaciones completas, y la comodidad de las camas era especialmente impresionante. Además, el hotel goza de una excelente ubicación con fácil acceso al transporte público; está a un largo paseo de la estación de tren de Harbin (aunque se accede por calles secundarias). En general, fue una estancia muy satisfactoria, con una excelente relación calidad-precio, y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque un alojamiento de calidad.

La estancia superó con creces mis expectativas. La habitación era amplia y luminosa, y el servicio profesional y atento. La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable y servicial. Ofrece una fantástica relación calidad-precio y el aparcamiento es cómodo. Definitivamente volvería a elegir este hotel.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

¡Un hotel maravilloso! Está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Harbin, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera súper cómodo. Las habitaciones son modernas, muy limpias y espaciosas, con camas cómodas, una ducha estupenda y un aseo independiente. Agradecimos mucho el servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto, la amabilidad del conductor y del personal, e incluso el ascensor a las plantas superiores. El desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: un buffet libre asequible por solo 20 RMB. También se pueden pedir dumplings o wontons a la carta. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección, el aire del campo era fresco y había restaurantes a un corto paseo. Nos gustó tanto que nos alojamos aquí dos veces durante nuestro viaje. ¡Lo recomendamos sin duda!

Está cerca de la Avenida Central. Es un hotel recién inaugurado, lo cual es muy conveniente para viajar. También está muy cerca de la estación de metro. La habitación es limpia e higiénica. Como traje a mis hijos, la recepcionista de apellido Sun les regaló imanes para el refrigerador y piruletas, lo cual es muy considerado. Se lo he recomendado a mis amigos y sin duda me alojaré aquí la próxima vez.

Una magnífica experiencia de cinco estrellas con vistas al río, ¡la elección perfecta para tus vacaciones! ¡Tu hotel me impresionó por completo! La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Desde tu ventana, puedes disfrutar de la magnífica vista del río Songhua, disfrutando del brillo de las olas y las luces día y noche, lo que hace que viajar sea increíblemente cómodo. La habitación era espaciosa y lujosa, con ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas al río. La ropa de cama era suave como una nube, y los baños, separados (con ducha y seco), estaban equipados con artículos de aseo de alta gama. El difusor de aromaterapia fue un detalle encantador. El desayuno fue abundante, el entorno precioso y las comodidades, completas. La salchicha roja local, los pasteles rusos y los fideos recién hechos estaban exquisitamente presentados, y los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Air, nuestro camarero, que fue muy amable e incluso nos preparó yogur impreso en 3D. El ambiente era elegante y tranquilo, el vestíbulo olía a perfume y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente cuidadas. Desde la amable y eficiente recepción hasta el atento servicio de habitaciones, cada detalle rezumaba calidad cinco estrellas. Muy recomendable para viajeros que aprecian la calidad: ¡este hotel sin duda hará que su viaje a Harbin sea inolvidable!
