A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

Este lugar está muy cerca en el terminal y la ciudad que necesitamos más. Puede navegar fácilmente cerca de centros y iglesias que desea visitar. El lugar es limpio y el personal es bienvenido. Puede relajarse y pasar la noche mejor porque el lugar es tranquilo. Podemos recomendar este lugar a mis amigos que querían un lugar donde la ciudad está a pocos minutos a pie.

The hotel itself has been renovated to better ambience room is larger than the first time, the bed is firm although not too comfortable as is really a small twin bed if your tall and heavy and toss and turn not good idea, I wish they make it into at least fall size bed. Pillow are soft, wifi is good not too strong but its ok. bathroom is better renovated no more curtain now its a glass wall. water pressure is strong and good hot water , safe in the room, large tv with movies and good channel option.

Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. The best Go Hotel in the Philippines. As usual, it is beside a Robinson’s mall. It has direct access to it at the 2/F. The rooms are modern, clean and good! It’s my second time here and will keep coming back. The toilet and bath is separate and there’s a bidet. The bed is a king size, could easily fit three adults (yeah, it’s that big!).

Hotel is Good. Clean, very responsive to my needs, its just that what I booked on the hotel rooms is not air-conditioned and its my fault that I haven't read it saying that it wasnt air-conditioned. No breakfast available so it was just fair. Thanks a lot, God bless!

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

This is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.
