The hotel location is well, we like the view from our room window. We can see the sunset from the room. The staff are politely, only hotel restaurant area may not fit enough table as we wanted to having dinner but the staff told us we had to book, and then ask us go to bar and lodge area to have our dinner, this was quite not happy experience.

The staff were friendly, and the room had a great view. The airport shuttle service was convenient, but I wish the entrance path had been smoother to make it easier to roll luggage in and out.

Jenny was great and the place of stay was extremely clean! Even though the bathroom is a shared facility, everything worked well. Loved the fact we had access to the kitchen. The location is right downtown and can easily get access to shops and such.

Despite my inability to speak English, you patiently communicated with me using translation software! It was a very clean and pleasant place, thank you very much!!

Excelente ubicación, cerca de Walmart y un supermercado independiente. El personal fue amable y atento, las habitaciones estaban bien climatizadas y la relación calidad-precio fue excelente. Es un buen hotel y me volvería a alojar allí.

オーロラツアーの指定ホテルだったため利用しましたが、市内観光においても立地がよく室内も清潔でした。泊まるうえで問題はありませんでした。
