El hotel tiene una hermosa vista del río Kamloops y es muy tranquilo y relajante. El desayuno fue excelente por la mañana y pasamos una noche maravillosa.

I really love this hotel! It is just beside the train station where i could conveniently go to Richmond area for asian food and bubble tea. It is also very close to the designer outlet where you can do your shopping while in Vancouver. There is a casino inside where you could watch people play if you don’t gamble. The room and facilities are awesome too! The only thing I am not satisfied is with their reception service. I had a bad experience at the reception when I arrived. Though it was better the next day when it was someone else mending the reception.

Room is a bit old, had a view of their indoor swimming pool. Customer service is good.

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Este hotel Faremont está ubicado dentro del aeropuerto, en la planta de salidas, entre las terminales nacional e internacional. El baño está muy bien diseñado y equipado con bañera, ducha y WC separado. El colchón me brindó un buen soporte para la espalda y pasamos una noche muy agradable. Desde la ventana se ve la pista de aterrizaje. Podemos ver los aviones despegando y aterrizando. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este hotel.

La habitación está bastante limpia. Hay una cocina para cocinar de forma sencilla. El propietario es muy agradable. Cerca del aeropuerto y de centros comerciales y supermercados. Hay plazas de aparcamiento disponibles. Viajar es muy conveniente.

El hotel está muy bien y los trabajadores muy atentos y agradables. Lo que no me gustó es que nos dieron una habitación justo al lado del ascensor cuando pedí si podía ser lejos. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero con nada que pidas ya te hacen pagar de más. Y lo peor es que te hacen pagar un depósito que se supone devuelven a las 2 o 4 semanas. Muy peseteros. Un quiero y no puedo donde te intentan sacar el dinero por cualquier cosa cuando ya pagas un elevado coste por alojarte allí.

Great clean hotel, breakfast was great! No hooks in bathroom for towels or robe! Hot tub was out of order!

La habitación está muy limpia y la cama es bastante cómoda. Sin embargo, ¿no hay zapatillas ni cepillos de dientes en la ducha? Debe prepararlos usted mismo. El servicio es muy bueno. pero no me dieron dos botellas de agua el segundo día. Se sintió un poco extraño. Hay muchos restaurantes chinos y sushi japonés en los alrededores, así como el supermercado T&T, que es muy conveniente para ir de compras. La mayoría de la gente habla chino y hay un minibús que te lleva desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

the service was good, but there were stain on the bed sheet and hair on the floor even after house keeping, hope they can improve the cleaning a bit. and the water was not hot enough, other than that everything else is ok.
