We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

Esa es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en Quality y, como siempre, son inmejorables en el hosting. Atención de excelencia, limpieza inmejorable, excelente ubicación y excelentes habitaciones. Quiero destacar mis elogios a la funcionaria ROSA, extremadamente atenta, dedicada y organizada con la limpieza, y también al subdirector Roberto (creo que es ese nombre) que nos ha recibido maravilloso bien en el desayuno. ¡Seguro que volveremos pronto! The hotel is located on main street with food access to the big bridge that connects the villa velha. Not so far away is little favela but if you go the city is a good area. The hotel is designed in 2000 year style so is not super modern but is not vintage. The wet sauna and small swimming pool is a plus. View from the 4th floor is half residents buildings and half mountain, which is the best spot for a picture in the hotel.

O hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

Solo me alojé una noche. El personal del hotel fue muy amable al registrarme. La ubicación es buena, al igual que el desayuno. La única lástima fue tener que pedir la salida a las 15:00. No fue posible porque el hotel estaba lleno. En general, estoy contento con la estancia.

Excelente atendimento tanto na recepção como no restaurante, que aliás oferece comida de muita qualidade. Quarto amplio, espaçoso, confortável e com belas vistas. Andar silencioso e com elevador muito acessível. O melhor local para uma estadia agradável na belíssima cidade de Vitória. Voltarei em breve

El servicio es bueno, vivir en este hotel cada vez que viene, limpio y limpio, el desayuno es bueno. La única insuficiencia es comer aquí es muy caro. Los demás son buenos, todos pueden elegir.

Quarto amplo, banheiro um pouco apertado, cama barulhenta. Café da manhã bem variado e bom atendimento da recepção.

Bom demais, estavam em reforma, porém me arrumaram um quarto sem nenhum problema, ótimos na soluções de problemas
