I booked the Loft Room and it was great especially the bath tub and the service was great, everyone was friendly. Our experience was great overall but there were some little things we noticed that could have made the experience excellent. 1. The ref was so small, since we had left overs we could not even place a regular plate inside, we had to transfer them to another plate and removed the dividers to make it fit in. 2. The windows in the loft room was one of the reasons we booked it aside from the bath tub but it was dirty or scratched up outside so we did not get a nice picture like we planned. 3. The slippers should be changed to ones were it has a bit of grip because we almost slipped a few times going down the stairs. 4. The TV was a big let down it only had regular cable channels unlike the Cabana room were it had a smart TV. It also had weird lights in the screen so we didn't really use it. 5. The 1st hot spring (the one you see first going up) felt kind of dirty when we tried it, didn't see it but it felt like we were stepping on most so we mostly used the 2nd one.

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

The place needs maintenance and upgrades of the facility. The AC and hot shower are bery good but The room was not cleaned well. Checked in here because of the proximity to the place that i need to visit or else I will not booking here. No special amenities but the price is expensive. You can find better hotels in Manila with their price. I am not sure if it was because of the holiday season but def not worth the price. The good side is the service of the staff. They are very accomodating, kind and warm.

Pool is cloudy. Other stores have better longganisang Lucban. Old scratched wooden floors and peeling wall paint. The dumplings at the Chinese restaurant was the best. They didn't charge corkage for the cake delivered through Food Panda. No Grab Car, need to take a bus or 2 jeepney rides to SM. Overall, good place to stay.

We had a great stay at Monaco Hotel Taytay. The staff were very accommodating and polite, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and well-sanitized, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The amenities were well-maintained, the pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves during our visit, which was a nice bonus. The gym is okay, though it only has minimal equipment (just one treadmill, for example). Breakfast selection is limited but everything tasted good and was freshly prepared. Overall, excellent value for money, especially considering the affordable rate we got. Would definitely recommend this for a short and comfortable stay in Taytay.

El personal es amigable y profesional. Pero hay que desinfectar las habitaciones. Nuestra primera habitación tiene muchos pequeños cachorros. La segunda habitación, después de pedir su sustitución, es mejor. Aún hemos notado un cachorro pequeño en el baño...

We had a wonderful stay at The Bayleaf Cavite! The staff were genuinely kind and thoughtful. they even surprised my husband with a free birthday cake and drinks! 🎉 Such a sweet touch that made our stay extra special. The room was clean and cozy, the pool was relaxing, and everyone was so accommodating. La habitación era espaciosa y dispone de todas las instalaciones básicas necesarias. Había algunas cuestiones de mantenimiento de la casa, pero el personal se dirigió a ella. El desayuno fue incluido y fue suficiente.

El desayuno era bueno aunque la selección era limitada, y el desayuno recepcionista podría ser más agradable. El gestor del escritorio principal fue atento y acomodado, incluso ofreciendo un check-out gratuito tarde. En general, Hotel Casiana es un lugar maravilloso para una estancia familiar relajada y segura definitivamente vale la pena volver a! 👨👩👧👦✨

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend escape, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and a quick check-in. Our room was stunning – elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and with a balcony offering breathtaking views of sunset/mountains. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and made it feel truly special. Will definitely recommend this to my friends!
