Este hotel fue construido originalmente por el presidente Ma para casar a su hija y recibir a los huéspedes. El jardín es hermoso y grandioso, y las instalaciones y el equipamiento de la habitación son anticuados como una casa de huéspedes, pero es higiénico y no está húmedo.

A great place to stay with complimentary breakfast and access to a swimming pool. The price is affordable and suitable for a group of four. The hotel is conveniently located near SM Laoag and other establishments. However, the linens and blankets are quite thin and appear worn out. Free Wi-Fi is available, but the internet connection is slow.

Había un buen y cómodo tiempo de estar en este hotel ... personal amigable y ubicación es fácil de encontrar ...maybe I will take this hotel again for my nxt visit.. 😊

Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city! Balai Balatong is located inside a barangay and has kubo/hut theme with a touch of modern elegance. The rooms are well designed and are really clean.
We were lucky to book the place for our own on that day as it is a weekday for a very inexpensive price. We got the pool and entire place literally for our own for a day which is great! It could be priced double or triple for its current state of the rooms.
As the place is relatively new, just opened last 2024, there is no in house reception available. Works like an airbnb. No in house-resto yet. These two might be the reasons why they are holding on to pricing the rooms higher. Would have given them a perfect rating if these are available. There is a good restaurant though just in front of the place called Pha Ramen which is an aesthetically good restaurant serving good Pinoy dishes (and accepts credit cards).
Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight the next day and they were able to arrange for our transfer to the airport.
We will surely come back!

UUsuario invitadoBuen -Parque como alojamiento, amistoso para animales, muchas piscinas agradables para usar. La villa de parejas tiene una pequeña piscina rodeada de plantas para la privacidad. Aire acondicionado. Agua de ducha caliente, agua potable local proporcionada. Almacenamiento en el interior de la habitación, refresco y bañera. Entrada con guardia de la puerta. Proporcionada desayuno, las porciones son locales pero bastante llenas. Una gran cantidad de estacionamiento en el lugar (cuidado por los cocodrilos sobre el coche). Carril de golf con conductor disponible, pero la caminata es muy corta y en su mayoría plano. La rosca de dientes y las instalaciones proporcionadas. Los anzuelos y los bugs son típicos, por lo que no es un problema (spray de bugs recomendado para extranjeros). Los empleados son bienvenidos y muy responsables y bien acolchados. Servicio de habitaciones (todo el almuerzo).
Bad -la falta de menú de comida en la habitación con servicio de habitaciones ofrecido, mantenimiento llamado Butler pero no. Provided celular con carga, carga expiró inicialmente. Actualiza cada 6 horas para llamar por mensaje de texto. 80% del tiempo de mantenimiento no se pudo alcanzar. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los vendedores de la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad.
La orden de desayuno perdida el último día para comprobar, fue colocada 6PM en persona en la noche de la puerta antes. Si no hubiera sido llamado no habría sido proporcionado (desde que teníamos mascotas con nosotros, optamos por el servicio de habitaciones) luz de mantenimiento de la casa no funciona en la puerta delantera para hacer el cuarto. La expectativa de los vacacionales no en consonancia con el gestor de la margen de beneficio se está tratando de generar de cada estancia. El hotel está en una situación de exceso de pago por un nivel de servicio que no existía y que se siente en relación con la forma en que la empresa parece estar funcionando.

UUsuario invitadoIt was a nice stay. Location is fabulous, basically everything in walking distance. The room was clean, but you will only have a thin sheet to cover yourself. The weather is hot and you only need to adjust the AC temperature to your liking, so it works. Maybe they can provide more for you to cover, but I am very used to backpacking so I have things with me and didn’t bother to ask. There was only lukewarm water in my room. No hot shower but again, it’s hot and that works. Towels and all, you will have to prepare yourself. You get what you pay for with this price. If you use to backpack and want to save money, this place is great. But if you expect for a normal hotel service, then you should choose another place.
As others say, this place is mainly run by persons with disabilities, which I personally think it’s a great thing and they earn with their livelihood! They speak good English and very very accommodating! They helped me to make phone calls to enquire the bus schedule, and let me check in right away when i reached there at 5am by an overnight bus. My booking started from that night and i was thinking to leave my suitcase there first and came back in the afternoon. But they gave me the room right away, so I could also sleep a few hours before starting my day. Truly appreciated and highly recommend to experienced backpackers.

Ttamaraw10isBeachfront property with great pools and beachfront restaurant for great sunset cocktails. However the property is showing many signs of aging. In my opinion, an uplifting renovation is needed. The staff are all very attentive and requests are responded promptly. I had to request another room the next morning as the moldy smell of the ac is making me sneeze all night. Within the hour I was relocated to another room with an ocean view and overlooking the pools. Our request for a “tabo” was granted asap and I think that made our stay on the positive side. Little cons for improvement: face towel torn with holes, no smart tv with netflix, bad tv location in room, dirty smelly canal beside Coast restaurant, letting guests use pool with their street clothes on, hawkers on the beach, access road to the property is too narrow, hallways unlit, elevators not cleaned often, only 4 hangers, no microwave, outside food not allowed, tap water not potable and only 1 drinking water station each floor, no hand held shower head and a room safety deposit box that took 3 staff to get it operational.

UUsuario anónimoDecided to try Chalaroste despite the comments wherein the bathroom stinks, daming langaw, sira lock ng door, etc. and it was not a regret that we booked this resort because it was amaaaazing! we availed the standard room.
It has tv, mini ref, toiletries (towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste), water heater since may coffee and creamer provided, bottled water. lahat yan is good for 2 na. mabango rin ung cr sa loob ng room, no issues at all. May wifi rin!
Complete na rin sa common kitchen, no worries na mag aagawan since they provided lots of plates kalderos and the like, lulutuin na lang dalhin.
Mabato ung beach but the infinity pool did not disappoint! Ang ganda lalo na sa gabi. May signage na u can use the pool until 9 or 10 pm yata but the staff let us swim there until 1 am. There are tables near the pool which overlooks the beach na maganda mag chill! Pet friendly also ❤️
Overall, I loved the place! It felt like the price was too cheap for such a resort that has a complete amenities. Literal na sarili mo na lang at pagkain dalhin mo.

UUsuario invitadoHighly recommended! Staff are courteous and kind. Not too crowded resort. First thing we did upon check in is to check our room and if we need to replace it. We booked 2 rooms but need to ask replacement for one of our room due to aircon water leak on the floor. They are kind enough to replace our room. The rooms are cold and clean.
Breakfast is okay. Need some enhancement in the future.
Overall we love our stay and the kids enjoy their pool and beachfront.

UUsuario invitadoI really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

BBarrsAmazing hotel!!! It is sparkling clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast! It's not on the beach, but is convenient enough to get anywhere by trike. For those who want a ”home-away-from-home” while traveling, I highly recommend it! I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay for more days!
