The room and overall environment were beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. However, during my stay, I experienced several issues with the water supply in the bathroom. The problem happened multiple times, and I had to contact the maintenance staff more than five times. There were even some misunderstandings and discussions regarding fixing the issue and changing rooms. Thankfully, the staff managed the situation professionally in the end and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again in the future, hoping for an even better experience next time!

Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway.

Parking kereta dalam kawasan dia. Jagaan sendiri tapi ada CCTV. Kolam renang dia kecil jadi kena cari masa sesuai nak mandi kalau tak nak bertembung dengan kanak2 / keluarga lain. Bilik besar jadi selesa untuk solat. Seterika tak okay sebab w/pun pasang paling slow tapi boleh hangus. Tuala berbau sedikit, bantal nipis. Aircond sejuk. Persekitaran selamat. Boleh jalan kaki lintas jalan untuk ke pantai. W/pun hari kerja book tapi full bilik. Tahniah & terima kasih.

Lot of facilities are not working or not available. Request to repair the jacuzzi, they came once, problem was not solved and that’s it. unuseable jacuzzi for the whole stay. Ok for a calm no activities stay, but not for families looking for varieties of activities such as ATV, jet ski etc. Fairway of the golf course was patchy, and most bunkers are not playable. Greens are ok.

It’s clean, safe, and beautifully designed — perfect for keeping little ones entertained while parents can relax. The location is also a big plus — situated in Chinatown, it’s very convenient with easy access to food, shops, and attractions. The common areas are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and I also appreciated the small local touches like the handmade items on display, which add a unique charm to the stay. Overall, a cozy, stylish, and family-friendly place. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend! 😊

Un hotel muy funcional ubicado en Kuala Besut, ideal para quienes planean una visita a la isla Perhentian. La habitación está limpia y el baño funciona correctamente. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado también. La recepción es acogedora y ofrece servicios básicos para una estancia confortable. El desayuno, aunque sencillo, incluye platos occidentales y locales. En resumen, un buen hotel para pasar la noche en Besut.

Reservé la habitación el último minuto porque estaba atrapado en el tráfico y me inspeccioné en alrededor de las 10:00. Yo había pedido una habitación lejos del ascensor, pero a pesar de ello, todavía había un poco de ruido desde fuera y de las habitaciones vecinas, lo que dificultó descansar. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad.

basic hotel at the town, near to restaurant & shops. the best thing is the receptionist was so helpful with the guest request the price was slightly higher compare to the nearby hotels

Stayed 3 days 2 nights at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre Terengganu and returned again due to its comfort and value. Rooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly, with a nice pool for kids.

Extendí ayer porque no quedé satisfecho con el arroz comercial al lado del hotel. El hotel está muy cerca del arroz comercial del peaje. A sólo un paseo del hotel. Menos de 100 metros. Es mejor bajar y llegar a la tienda de nasi dagang en el peaje antes de las 830. Como siempre son las 9 en punto, el nasi dagang se acaba.
