Reservé la habitación el último minuto porque estaba atrapado en el tráfico y me inspeccioné en alrededor de las 10:00. Yo había pedido una habitación lejos del ascensor, pero a pesar de ello, todavía había un poco de ruido desde fuera y de las habitaciones vecinas, lo que dificultó descansar. Stayed 3 days 2 nights at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre Terengganu and returned again due to its comfort and value. Rooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly, with a nice pool for kids.

Lot of facilities are not working or not available. Request to repair the jacuzzi, they came once, problem was not solved and that’s it. unuseable jacuzzi for the whole stay. Ok for a calm no activities stay, but not for families looking for varieties of activities such as ATV, jet ski etc. Fairway of the golf course was patchy, and most bunkers are not playable. Greens are ok.

Extendí ayer porque no quedé satisfecho con el arroz comercial al lado del hotel. El hotel está muy cerca del arroz comercial del peaje. A sólo un paseo del hotel. Menos de 100 metros. Es mejor bajar y llegar a la tienda de nasi dagang en el peaje antes de las 830. Como siempre son las 9 en punto, el nasi dagang se acaba.

A very good choice for budget travellers, families, or couples needing a central, clean, and convenient place to stay while exploring Kuala Terengganu. Would recommend it for a short to medium-length visit!

The room and overall environment were beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. However, during my stay, I experienced several issues with the water supply in the bathroom. The problem happened multiple times, and I had to contact the maintenance staff more than five times. There were even some misunderstandings and discussions regarding fixing the issue and changing rooms. Thankfully, the staff managed the situation professionally in the end and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again in the future, hoping for an even better experience next time!

When we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change. Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff. This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking. When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!? I am extremely angry!

Hoteles en Kuala Terengganu. Facilidad de acceso a casi la tienda. Cerca de un banco casi familiar en la ciudad. Limpia es excelente. Habitaciones con ventilador y aire acondicionado. Puede cambiar a ventilador cuando es demasiado frío. Familia adecuada con hijo. Buen trabajo.

No esperes mucho, ya que es un hotel económico... la ubicación es buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad... tiene wifi... cerca del parque infantil, aunque no hay piscina... al menos hay algo 😅

Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway.
