«I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.»

«Resort ni sesuai untuk staycation with family/solo. Ada swimming pool for adults and kids dan betul2 sebelah dengan pantai. Tepi pantai tu pun ada beach lounger chair so that you can sit and enjoy the sea view. Bilik pun sangat aesthetic, ada tempat untuk lepak. Really love the ambience and the view sangat sesuai untuk tenangkan jiwa! Sini ada provide breakfast lunch and dinner. Untuk makanan saya rasa level biasa2 je. Maybe can improve the taste of the food and the varieties of it and maybe can promote terengganu dish also macam nasi kerabu nasi dagang and keropok lekor. Cleanliness pun average je sebab boleh nampak stain2 dekat pintu and cermin bilik air and utilities pun macam kinda old tapi ok je la. Anyway i think this stay with their price is still reasonable.»

«Kali ke 2 repeat. Dapat bilik B03, selimut sangat tipis banding bilik B02. Aircond ambik masa lama untuk sejuk. TV sangat okey. Pukul 12 tengahari akan ada staff ketuk pintu banyak kali kalau tak check out lagi. Parking depan rumah, FOC. Kolam air okey. Ada tempat bilas. Air mesin cuckoo. Jalan kaki ke pantai. Harga murah.»

«Outdated and old hotel, but still the best in this location. Good facilities and easy check in process. Brought my kids for swimming, very big pools and friendly staff. Near to Mesra Mall too. If you drive an EV, the hotel doesn’t have EV Charger but u can go to Petronas Rantau with 150kW Gentari on it, just 7km from the hotel. We will come again in the future.»

«Un hotel muy funcional ubicado en Kuala Besut, ideal para quienes planean una visita a la isla Perhentian. La habitación está limpia y el baño funciona correctamente. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado también. La recepción es acogedora y ofrece servicios básicos para una estancia confortable. El desayuno, aunque sencillo, incluye platos occidentales y locales. En resumen, un buen hotel para pasar la noche en Besut.»

«Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time. They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague.»

«Newest hotel in town which truly the best location spot, walking distance to Payang, price affordable and nearby foodies areas. great ample parking slots. what surprise me the most is the room itself. super spacious for four of us, occupied with sofa and lounge at balcony some more. maybe wud be great if got in house mini fridge. the rest all lively and nice setting. the bed is super comfy tv comes with Youtube n Netflix which is a plus point for kids. their warmth receptionist also wud made u feel welcomed and happy throughout the stays. surely will come again AlVilla 🥰😘»

«Durante mi reciente estadía en el Paya Bunga Hotel, me impresionó mucho su ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de la ciudad, que ofrece comodidad y accesibilidad a las atracciones locales, como la plaza PB y el famoso Nasi Dagang Atas Tol (sucursal KT), sin olvidar el Pasar Payang, al que se llega en menos de 10 minutos. Lo que hizo que esta estadía fuera diferente fue el restaurante del hotel, ubicado en el piso 11. El ambiente del comedor y la comida en sí eran simplemente excelentes. «If you're visiting KT for the food and shopping, you can't beat this spot. It’s within walking distance to KTCC Mall and Mayang Mall, and the Drawbridge (Jambatan Angkat) is just a short drive away. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room which was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast at the rooftop café was a highlight—not just for the local flavors, but for the stunning view of the coast. While the décor is a bit dated (the carpets have seen better days), the staff's friendliness and the high water pressure in the shower made up for it.
