«I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.»

«I booked 2 rooms, the kind of glamping tents. Apparently the other room (room821) was rather a rundown, while the other was great. Please check this room, if it’s not fit for anyone to stay (for whatever reasons..like..well you know) better close the unit for good. Everything was nice until my friend comment on this room.»

«Parking kereta dalam kawasan dia. Jagaan sendiri tapi ada CCTV. Kolam renang dia kecil jadi kena cari masa sesuai nak mandi kalau tak nak bertembung dengan kanak2 / keluarga lain. Bilik besar jadi selesa untuk solat. Seterika tak okay sebab w/pun pasang paling slow tapi boleh hangus. Tuala berbau sedikit, bantal nipis. Aircond sejuk. Persekitaran selamat. Boleh jalan kaki lintas jalan untuk ke pantai. W/pun hari kerja book tapi full bilik. Tahniah & terima kasih.»

«Outdated and old hotel, but still the best in this location. Good facilities and easy check in process. Brought my kids for swimming, very big pools and friendly staff. Near to Mesra Mall too. If you drive an EV, the hotel doesn’t have EV Charger but u can go to Petronas Rantau with 150kW Gentari on it, just 7km from the hotel. We will come again in the future.»

«Un hotel muy funcional ubicado en Kuala Besut, ideal para quienes planean una visita a la isla Perhentian. La habitación está limpia y el baño funciona correctamente. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado también. La recepción es acogedora y ofrece servicios básicos para una estancia confortable. El desayuno, aunque sencillo, incluye platos occidentales y locales. En resumen, un buen hotel para pasar la noche en Besut.»

«Reservé la habitación el último minuto porque estaba atrapado en el tráfico y me inspeccioné en alrededor de las 10:00. Yo había pedido una habitación lejos del ascensor, pero a pesar de ello, todavía había un poco de ruido desde fuera y de las habitaciones vecinas, lo que dificultó descansar. «Newest hotel in town which truly the best location spot, walking distance to Payang, price affordable and nearby foodies areas. great ample parking slots. what surprise me the most is the room itself. super spacious for four of us, occupied with sofa and lounge at balcony some more. maybe wud be great if got in house mini fridge. the rest all lively and nice setting. the bed is super comfy tv comes with Youtube n Netflix which is a plus point for kids. their warmth receptionist also wud made u feel welcomed and happy throughout the stays. surely will come again AlVilla 🥰😘»

«Extendí ayer porque no quedé satisfecho con el arroz comercial al lado del hotel. El hotel está muy cerca del arroz comercial del peaje. A sólo un paseo del hotel. Menos de 100 metros. Es mejor bajar y llegar a la tienda de nasi dagang en el peaje antes de las 830. Como siempre son las 9 en punto, el nasi dagang se acaba.»

«If you're visiting KT for the food and shopping, you can't beat this spot. It’s within walking distance to KTCC Mall and Mayang Mall, and the Drawbridge (Jambatan Angkat) is just a short drive away. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room which was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast at the rooftop café was a highlight—not just for the local flavors, but for the stunning view of the coast. While the décor is a bit dated (the carpets have seen better days), the staff's friendliness and the high water pressure in the shower made up for it. Great value for money if you're looking for a base to explore the city»
