«I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.»

«La habitación es grande y hermosa. Hay una piscina y una ubicación estratégica. Pero las ventanas en el baño no están ticketadas y hay riesgo de ser cuidados durante el duche. En el mejor de los casos, las toallas son olorosas, tuve que limpiarla con mis ropas sucias después de tomar una ducha. Puede ser fijada para estas dos cosas. Otras son las mejores.»

«Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average.»

«First of all the location is very strategic.My view is pantai.sangat cantik.. i book 2 deluxe room, for my small family and parents. Bilik parents takde tuala ,even remote tv takde. I call reception ＞5 times,they do answered finally and send to towel. Lambat sikit but still okay.. but but but When i went into my room,the amenties cukup..when i tried to lay down on bed.. ada blood stained😭. I called again receptionist ＞10 times yer..tak angkat. So turun bawah complained within 30 min, tukar bedsheet. Sy tak boleh brain mcm mana boleh ada blood stained.parking itself takde ,ada basement and floor 1-2 shj utk park,memang park jelah merata. Other than that,mknn bnyk cuma tawar sikit haha,tp kenyang dan variety.love it, toilet bersih,aircond mantul,tv semua channel lancar.. sekian my review. Would i repeat again? Hmmmmm»

«Durante mi reciente estadía en el Paya Bunga Hotel, me impresionó mucho su ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de la ciudad, que ofrece comodidad y accesibilidad a las atracciones locales, como la plaza PB y el famoso Nasi Dagang Atas Tol (sucursal KT), sin olvidar el Pasar Payang, al que se llega en menos de 10 minutos. Lo que hizo que esta estadía fuera diferente fue el restaurante del hotel, ubicado en el piso 11. El ambiente del comedor y la comida en sí eran simplemente excelentes. Este hotel es una joya para aquellos que buscan sumergirse en la cultura y la gastronomía locales, todo mientras disfrutan de las comodidades de una hospitalidad refinada.»

«We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.»

«Newest hotel in town which truly the best location spot, walking distance to Payang, price affordable and nearby foodies areas. great ample parking slots. what surprise me the most is the room itself. super spacious for four of us, occupied with sofa and lounge at balcony some more. maybe wud be great if got in house mini fridge. the rest all lively and nice setting. the bed is super comfy tv comes with Youtube n Netflix which is a plus point for kids. their warmth receptionist also wud made u feel welcomed and happy throughout the stays. surely will come again AlVilla 🥰😘»

«Un hotel muy funcional ubicado en Kuala Besut, ideal para quienes planean una visita a la isla Perhentian. La habitación está limpia y el baño funciona correctamente. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado también. La recepción es acogedora y ofrece servicios básicos para una estancia confortable. El desayuno, aunque sencillo, incluye platos occidentales y locales. En resumen, un buen hotel para pasar la noche en Besut.»
