UUsuario invitadoI had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

UUsuario invitadoDas Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen. Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig. Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen. Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

UUsuario invitadoMixed feelings but overall, nice and good value for money. Nice and quiet location, but you will need a motobike to get to the restaurants etc. No grab operates in the area. The hotel is large, clean. The rooms are a little dated but ok, functional but dark, no chairs to sit on the balcony. Hotel does host large groups of tourists so the early morning ”towel wars” are a feature and breakfast can get quite busy. It has tennis and pickleball court but no ball or rackets to play with, we asked and we were told to use our own. The pools are nice and large, the beach faces east which makes it perfect place to watch the sunrise. Unfortunately, the hotel also has a ”petting zoo” - three small cages, one with rabbits, one with squirrels and one with birds. Sadly the animals are not care for well - when we arrived the rabbits had no water and the squirrels water has not been changed for days. We asked several times for the animals to get water - we were repeatedly told someone will do it. No-one did it, in the end we had to do it ourselves and did it for the remainder of the 4 days we were there. Despite number of the staff tending to the gardens around the cages, noone apparently had a spear second to top up the animals' water in 30+ degree heat. The animals have no enrichment either.

MMadHelgaОчень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

UUsuario invitadoВ этом отеле останавливалась четвёртый раз.. Мне нравится его расположение, питание, сервис и красивая территория. Вокруг много кафешек, магазинов и туристических агентств.. Печально, что свирепый шторм разбил пляж, но администрация предпринимает все усилия, чтобы восстановить его.. Купаться в море всё равно можно.. Проблем с лежаками, как в других отелях, здесь никогда не было.

This is by far one of the hotels with the best amenities we’ve experienced in Vietnam. Things We Loved: Excellent resort amenities – two swimming pools, direct beach access, and free breakfast. Beachfront relaxation – sunbeds are available for guests to relax and chill by the beach. Great location – walking distance to convenience stores and nearby restaurants. Spotless housekeeping – rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed without needing to request or remind staff. Very helpful reception staff – the receptionist assisted us in booking our sleeper bus to Đà Lạt, which made our trip so much easier. Friendly and attentive staff – everyone was welcoming, polite, and professional. Well-maintained resort – amenities, pools, and common areas are consistently clean and well taken care of throughout the entire resort
