I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and always accommodating any requests. The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day. We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

Das Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen. Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig. Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen. Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

No esperamos las instalaciones muy excelentes, sino que también nos aplaudimos por el profesionalismo y el excelente servicio del personal. Definitivamente para nosotros el mejor resort en Vietnam

Очень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

В этом отеле останавливалась четвёртый раз.. Мне нравится его расположение, питание, сервис и красивая территория. Вокруг много кафешек, магазинов и туристических агентств.. Печально, что свирепый шторм разбил пляж, но администрация предпринимает все усилия, чтобы восстановить его.. Купаться в море всё равно можно.. Проблем с лежаками, как в других отелях, здесь никогда не было.

Español La habitación está bien, limpia y ordenada, pero la ubicación es de otro nivel, lejos de los lugares donde puedes comer en un restaurante, cuesta 15 dólares por ida y vuelta, no tienes muchas opciones de comida abajo y la mini tienda de conveniencia, la playa de ahí abajo no es para nadar ni siquiera para caminar, demasiado olorosa, demasiada basura, si te vas a quedar en el hotel para relajarte, no para salir, es agradable quedarse, por cierto. Debo decir que la piscina principal, la piscina infinita requiere un boleto de piscina, la habitación no está incluida, debe pagar VD 150000 adicionales por un boleto por persona para solo uso individual, me quedé allí por 2 noches y el chico que me llevó a la habitación me dio un boleto de cortesía y me dijo que tenía que pagar mi propio boleto al día siguiente si quería volver a ir. No tiene sentido, ya no hay ningún lugar al que puedas ir, aún así tienes que pagar por la piscina

Relájese en la playa – camas solares están disponibles para los huéspedes para relajarse y refrigerarse en la playa. Muy bien situado – a pie a tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes cercanos. El hotel dispone de una habitación limpia y de una toalla. El personal de recepción muy útil – el receptor nos ayudó a reservar nuestro autobús de dormir a à L ạt, lo que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más fácil. El personal amigable y atento – Todos estaban bienvenidos, amables y profesionales. Resort bien mantenido – Las instalaciones, piscinas y áreas comunes son constantemente limpias y bien cuidados de todo el resort
