UUsuario invitadoDas Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen.
Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig.
Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen.
Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

Nice and quiet location, but you will need a motobike to get to the restaurants etc. No grab operates in the area.
The hotel is large, clean. The rooms are a little dated but ok, functional but dark, no chairs to sit on the balcony. Hotel does host large groups of tourists so the early morning ”towel wars” are a feature and breakfast can get quite busy.
It has tennis and pickleball court but no ball or rackets to play with, we asked and we were told to use our own.
The pools are nice and large, the beach faces east which makes it perfect place to watch the sunrise.
Unfortunately, the hotel also has a ”petting zoo” - three small cages, one with rabbits, one with squirrels and one with birds. Sadly the animals are not care for well - when we arrived the rabbits had no water and the squirrels water has not been changed for days. We asked several times for the animals to get water - we were repeatedly told someone will do it. No-one did it, in the end we had to do it ourselves and did it for the remainder of the 4 days we were there. Despite number of the staff tending to the gardens around the cages, noone apparently had a spear second to top up the animals' water in 30+ degree heat. The animals have no enrichment either.

WWinky NguyenLa habitación era muy limpia, pero en el escritorio me encontraba un poco de ancho. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. Personalmente, no era un fan del diseño del resort; los árboles sobrecrecidos lo hizo sentir un poco engañoso, y parecía que había muchos insectos y mosquitos alrededor.
La piscina era grande y caliente, lo que lo hizo agradable para nadar, y la playa estaba bien mantenida. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. Además, el personal no parecía muy atento durante este tiempo; tuve que recordarles que limpiar mi pila de placas para poder seguir comiendo. Además, el servicio era generalmente bastante bueno. Puede que considere volver si visito a Mui Ne otra vez.

MMadHelgaОчень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят.
Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом)))
Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно.
Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти.
В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :(
Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.

LlynnelovestravelReally great location right on the beach with loungers and nice showers if you like to dip in the ocean, a sheltered infinity pool deck for windier days and a terrace with loungers on every floor to enjoy ocean views and sunsets even if you book a budget room. Excellent food and wine with a different selection of breakfast choices every day. Rooms are comfy and clean with super soft beds, reliable wifi and great bathrooms. And the service was outstanding. Really sweet attentive staff, from check-in to bell boys to the restaurant. Hoghly recommended!

CCallmelinhhhEl hotel está situado en Mui Ne, en la calle principal que el autobús de Ho Chi Minh puede pasar para bajar. El personal es amigable, la habitación es limpia. TV, AC, secador de pelo y hierro están disponibles en la habitación.
La piscina y el mar son sin duda nuestros favoritos.
Volverá la próxima vez si tenemos la oportunidad.

Bueno, ahora el minus - limpieza!!! Y el caso no es ni siquiera como una calidad. El sistema no está claro en 20 días de descanso , entonces a las 11am , luego a las 14am , luego a las 16am , incluso a las 18 ven, usted mira el carro bajo la puerta- reunido, vino después de 2 horas - el caballo no cayó, las toallas cambian cómo - como limpia, Doblado y se fue. La playa también cambia la habitación si estás en el mar o en la piscina con tu, sin cambios, luego corre por el personal.La matriz es muy dura, todavía puede sobrevivir, pero las galletas son costosas, nunca se usan.Balcones son sucios, Las ventanas son limpias al menos una vez por semana.
En el fin de semana hay muchos locales, por supuesto, se hace muy ruido, en la semana más relajación.
Y en general, Vietnam es hermoso, Muyne no ama a pesar de su mar desconfortable, la comida es deliciosa y barata, gracias al viento no hay calor sufocante,
