I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

We were not expecting the very excellent facilities but were also overwhelmed by the professionalism and the excellent service of the staff Definitely for us the best resort in Vietnam

Mixed feelings but overall, nice and good value for money. Nice and quiet location, but you will need a motobike to get to the restaurants etc. No grab operates in the area. The hotel is large, clean. The rooms are a little dated but ok, functional but dark, no chairs to sit on the balcony. Hotel does host large groups of tourists so the early morning ”towel wars” are a feature and breakfast can get quite busy. It has tennis and pickleball court but no ball or rackets to play with, we asked and we were told to use our own. The pools are nice and large, the beach faces east which makes it perfect place to watch the sunrise. Unfortunately, the hotel also has a ”petting zoo” - three small cages, one with rabbits, one with squirrels and one with birds. Sadly the animals are not care for well - when we arrived the rabbits had no water and the squirrels water has not been changed for days. We asked several times for the animals to get water - we were repeatedly told someone will do it. No-one did it, in the end we had to do it ourselves and did it for the remainder of the 4 days we were there. Despite number of the staff tending to the gardens around the cages, noone apparently had a spear second to top up the animals' water in 30+ degree heat. The animals have no enrichment either.

Очень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

В этом отеле останавливалась четвёртый раз.. Мне нравится его расположение, питание, сервис и красивая территория. Вокруг много кафешек, магазинов и туристических агентств.. Печально, что свирепый шторм разбил пляж, но администрация предпринимает все усилия, чтобы восстановить его.. Купаться в море всё равно можно.. Проблем с лежаками, как в других отелях, здесь никогда не было.

A beautiful hotel with lovely facilities, two pools, and a small stair down to the sea. We had no complaints about the service and had a wonderful time. The only thing is, we would have liked more furniture in the room; we missed having a table to sit at and a sofa.

Hotel Feedback Follow-up I reported to the duty manager regarding the reception staff’s attitude and the manner in which the matter was handled. I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Nhi for her willingness to listen to and acknowledge the guest’s feedback. She addressed the complaint with a positive attitude and made every effort to improve the situation. Over the course of the two-day stay, her efforts at least allowed the guest to recognize the hotel’s sincerity. As a five-star hotel operating under an international brand, service attitude is of paramount importance if the hotel aims to attract more international guests. Mutual respect is essential. While the property may still be considered for future stays, those expecting a true five-star standard of service are advised to moderate their expectations.

Номер был с балконом , выход на море , очень красиво , волны и шикарный закат . Рекомендуем для любителей созерцать море . Обслуживание хорошее , вежливое . Немного мешал спать кондиционер и в соседнем отеле видимо была вечеринка , гремела музыка

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
