This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

We had an absolute blast at Swiss-Garden Kuantan! If you’re looking for a family getaway that keeps the kids entertained, this is the spot.
The Highlights:
Kid-Approved: The pool area with the slide was a massive hit—my kids (3, 9, & 11) couldn't get enough of it.
Beachside Bliss: The location is perfect, with easy access to a beautiful, clean beach that we really enjoyed.
Nightly Entertainment: The fire show for hotel guests was a fantastic surprise and a great way to end the day.

The hotel was prompt in responding and very kindly taking note and made special arrangements for our occasion of our child's birthday and wedding anniversary celebration. We had a lovely surprise and birthday song played when we checked in to our room. Amazing scenic views of mountain and KL city night lights, and comfortable bedding that gives us good sleep. Comfortable space to spend good family time. We enjoyed very much and would love to return or recommend to our friends and relatives!
Only 2 suggestions to make: 1) the fan in our master bedroom (room 2008) makes some noise quite often during the night, good to have it checked and fixed to not affect guests' experience, and 2) if only the shower area in the bathrooms have a door to avoid water splashing out to the toilet area.

Además, había monos en todas partes, así como aves - el mono y el pájaro pueden venir libremente en la zona de desayuno que es inhigiénico y que tenía que ser caceado por el personal

JJO PKFThe hotel was previously known as Shazan Inn but has since been taken over by the Wyndham brand. The hotel and rooms have undergone refurbishment — exterior roof tiles and walls have been replaced and repainted, while the furniture and fittings are also relatively new.
One downside is the limited parking space. If you drive out, you may have to compete for a spot when you return. On the plus side, the location is excellent — just around the corner from the iconic clock tower, main eateries, and shops, all within walking distance.
Our stay included breakfast and I have nothing much to complain about. The spread was decent, with an egg station as a plus point. During the two mornings we had breakfast, different dishes were served.
The staff and housekeeping team were kind, courteous, diligent, and helpful. Whenever we requested additional items, they attended to us quickly. Good job and keep it up!
We stayed for 3 nights in the Temenggong Suite, which comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The downside is that there is only 1 bathroom. Looking back, booking connecting rooms might have been cheaper and more practical. However, the hotel is divided into two wings, and surprisingly, the wing with connecting rooms does not have air-conditioning. While Fraser’s Hill is cooler than most places, it is still not as cold as Genting Highlands or Cameron Highlands, so this was unexpected.
The suite was spacious and came with a smart TV in the living room, giving access to Netflix, YouTube, etc., which was useful to keep the kids entertained. There is also a kitchen suitable for simple cooking. However, there was no telephone in the room, meaning requests had to be made by going down to reception. Likewise, the hotel could only contact me through my mobile phone, which was not practical due to poor mobile reception inside the room.
Basic amenities were provided, but the water pressure was really low. With only one bathroom and weak water pressure, expect a longer wait if staying with family or a larger group.
Another thing to note is that our suite still used a traditional door knob instead of a smart card system, and we were only given one key. I felt slightly uncomfortable as there is always a chance of forgetting to lock the door. Housekeeping also does not have a spare key, so you either leave the door unlocked for cleaning or leave your key with housekeeping/reception. This was not explained during check-in — fortunately, the housekeeping staff informed us.
The suite does come with air-conditioning, but it appears to have been modified so the remote control cannot fully operate it. Even when switched off using the remote, the AC continues running with only the vent closed. The only way to turn it off completely is via the wall switch, and adjusting the fan speed or temperature was not possible.
Despite the points mentioned above, this hotel does not deserve a poor rating. My family and I genuinely enjoyed our stay. The only things that disappointed me were 1.) the air-conditioning filter, which looked like it had not been cleaned for some time, and 2.) some towels that were old with yellow stains. The suite also felt like it could have been better maintained, as there was noticeable dust and dirt in certain corners. However, these issues were not severe enough to ruin the overall experience.
At the end of the day, Wyndham is currently the only international hotel brand in Fraser’s Hill. Most other options are either decades-old apartments, Airbnb units, inns, or motels. I genuinely hope Wyndham continues to maintain and improve its rooms and services despite having very little competition in the area.
Overall, it was still a pleasant family stay with a great location, friendly staff, and good potential. With better upkeep and attention to small details, this hotel can easily become the clear standout choice in Fraser’s Hill.

UUsuario anónimoBuena estancia. Cerca de un restaurante musulmán, una tienda de conveniencia, etc. Se tardan entre 20 y 30 minutos en llegar a la cima de Genting. Hay que registrarse en Maple y luego dirigirse al aparcamiento designado en la parte trasera. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la habitación directamente desde el aparcamiento, sin necesidad de cambiar de ascensor. Instalaciones limpias y completas. Es como una casa de dos habitaciones con cocina, microondas y nevera. La piscina es grande, pero hace un frío glacial. Hay un parque infantil. Reservamos una habitación con tres desayunos y estaba escrito a mano en nuestro cupón de desayuno. Desafortunadamente, el gerente de la cafetería dijo que estaba diseñado solo para dos personas, pero no nos permitió el desayuno para tres, ya que estaba escrito para tres en el cupón. El menú no es variado; solo hay nasi lemak, maggi frito, salchicha, nuggets y popia vegetariana. Pero está bien para un desayuno rápido. El nasi lemak y el sambal están deliciosos.
En general, una buena estancia.

However, the stay was disappointing overall. The room was quite small, and the bedsheets did not appear clean. The toilet flush had very weak water pressure and stopped working properly several times during our stay. The dining area was also very small and could get crowded. In addition, there was an electrical breakdown during our visit, which caused inconvenience.
While the location is great, the hotel’s facilities and maintenance need significant improvement to provide a more comfortable guest experience.

AAaqilTuvimos una buena estancia en Tunamaya. Esta es una reseña larga pero le dirá todo lo que necesita saber sobre Tumamaya, especialmente si viaja en familia con niños pequeños. Intentaré cubrir todo lo que pueda.
El servicio que recibimos fue excelente. El personal fue muy servicial y atendió todas nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estancia. La recepcionista tuvo la amabilidad de permitirnos llevar su barco al embarcadero de Genting de forma gratuita para que pudiéramos explorar esa parte de la isla. Desde la recepción hasta el servicio de limpieza, el personal nos brindó un servicio de primer nivel.
Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas. Nos alojamos en una villa semi playera y teníamos vistas tanto de la selva tropical en un extremo como de la playa en el otro. Solo asegúrate de barrer la habitación en busca de bichos e insectos. Hay monos en el área, así que asegúrese de mantener puertas y ventanas cerradas. El único problema menor que tuvimos fue que la habitación no tenía té ni crema normales. Sólo se proporcionó café, azúcar y té verde. Tuvimos que solicitarlo en recepción. Aunque finalmente recibimos té, no tenían cremas. Sin embargo, el personal del restaurante tuvo la amabilidad de darnos un poco de leche. Me gustaría solicitar al hotel que proporcione té y cremas normales, que deberían ser estándar en todos los hoteles. Para futuros huéspedes, recomendaría llevar té y leche o estar preparados para comprar leche y té en el hotel.
La playa estaba bien. Esta no era la mejor playa para nadar ya que hay muchas rocas, pero encontrará algunos lugares despejados para nadar, que se parecen más a pozas de marea. Mi consejo sería llevar zapatos para arena o agua para usar mientras nadas. ¡¡Es un requisito!! A pesar de eso, tuvimos buen tiempo y las secciones sin rocas eran agradables para relajarse. Sin embargo, si esperas una bonita playa de arena sin rocas para nadar, esta no es la playa para ti.
Aparte de la piscina y la ruta de senderismo, no hay mucho que hacer en el complejo. Hay una pequeña sala de actividades con canicas, libros para colorear y un par de juegos de mesa para los niños. Las actividades ofrecidas, como snorkel y paseos en barco, tienen un precio excesivo: 200 RM/250 RM por persona. Siento que el hotel debería ofrecer algunas actividades complementarias como yoga matutino, clases de zumba, aeróbic acuático y voleibol, que atraerán a más huéspedes. También bajar los precios de los paseos en barco podría generar más reservas. Nos ocupamos haciendo buen uso de la playa y la piscina todos los días. Entonces, aunque Tunamaya es un resort muy tranquilo y relajante para hospedarse con impresionantes vistas de la playa y la selva tropical, sugeriría una estadía máxima de 3 noches para familias o de lo contrario se aburriría.
Por último, la comida. El desayuno estaba incluido y era muy bueno. Hay muchas opciones disponibles y cuando los niños no comieron, el restaurante empacó la comida para que la lleváramos. Sólo hay un restaurante en el complejo y el menú tiene algo para todos los gustos. Su pescado crujiente, patatas fritas y arroces estaban muy sabrosos y nos sirvieron una ración decente. Los precios de las comidas oscilaban entre 25 y 40 RM. Sin embargo, la pizza por RM 35 fue decepcionante ya que estaba hecha con una base ultradelgada. Los niños lo disfrutaron pero no valió la pena el precio. En general, el desayuno es bueno y suficiente, algunos elementos del menú estaban bien. Pero también llevábamos nuestra propia comida, que el personal nos calentaba cuando la necesitábamos. Esto se recomienda si no está dispuesto a pagar esos precios por la comida o si es quisquilloso con la comida.
En general, fue un buen viaje y tuvimos una estancia agradable y relajante en Tunamaya.

MMo AlmostafaNos alojamos dos noches y, si bien hubo aspectos muy positivos, un par de inconvenientes afectaron nuestra experiencia. El sistema de estacionamiento automático fue bastante frustrante y nos dio problemas en más de una ocasión, y el servicio de habitaciones no fue muy bueno; esperamos casi 90 minutos solo para que nos dijeran que los platos que habíamos pedido ya no estaban disponibles.
Como punto positivo, las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es muy conveniente, con tiendas cerca. El precio nos pareció justo para lo que ofrecían, y el desayuno fue sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes, con una buena variedad para elegir.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es espaciosa, con espacio suficiente para una cama queen y una individual. La vista también es buena, y el registro de entrada y salida fue fácil y rápido. El aparcamiento es gratuito, pero también es público, así que fue bastante difícil encontrar sitio; tuvimos que aparcar en la planta B3 la mayor parte del tiempo. La ubicación es estratégica, a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad de Brinchang (más de 10 minutos sin atascos). El mirador de Boh también está a solo 4 km.
Sin embargo, la silla, el suelo del baño y la ducha estaban bastante sucios (grabé un vídeo, pero aquí solo se permiten fotos). Solo nos dieron un champú 2 en 1 (para cabello y cuerpo), así que fuimos a comprarlo. La habitación no estaba insonorizada y se oía a niños y otras personas corriendo, caminando y hablando en el pasillo.

GGemx8Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids.
The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children.
There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible.
Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay.
If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view.
Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

CChalkgrrlWe had an amazing stay at the Tioman Dive Resort. My partner was here to be open water certified (they are PADI accredited) and the Air Batang (ABC jetty) is quite close to the resort.
Our room was exactly as pictured. Very spacious for us. Air con and fans worked well. They provided coffee & tea daily. Cleaning was also daily, with towels changed but no sheets being changed (completely fine for us). The resort has free water (cold and hot) stations all around, very convenient. WiFi in the room was very spotty but super strong at the dive center.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. We hired local transport from Tekek to ABC through them since we couldn’t get ferry tickets to the ABC jetty when we arrived and they also helped us buy tickets back to Mersing because we did not have a Malay bank account.
They don’t have a restaurant on site but they do have a same cafe that made roti in the morning and evening and a bar that serves various drinks. Fortunately there are many restaurants all around them.
We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

UUsuario invitadoThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below.
1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable.
2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it.
3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.
