La habitación era más grande que esperado y tenía una buena vista al sol desde la habitación de vista al mar. Hay una piscina infinita con una gran vista al mar. El personal es amigable y el mantenimiento de la casa es diligente con toallas. La ubicación es buena, ya que es sólo una 10min de camino de los buenos alimentos/cafés en Kuantán a través del puente. Vi algunas opiniones sobre el aire acondicionado. El aire acondicionado tardó un tiempo en refrigerar la habitación, pero la temperatura estaba justo después de que se interrumpió. Una de nuestras habitaciones tenía problemas con una fuga en el baño y una cabeza de ducha desalojada, pero el personal envió a un agente para abordarlos de inmediato. Reservaremos este hotel la próxima vez que visito Kuantan.

Overall, everything was very good and satisfying, except for the pizza I had by the beach, which had a hair in it. Someone did come and replace it with a new pizza, but the time taken to prepare the replacement was very long, to the point that I had already lost my mood to enjoy the pizza. The first time I ordered, the food arrived very quickly, but when they replaced it, I had to wait for quite a long time. This was very disappointing.

The room was reasonably clean but could be improved, especially in certain areas that felt a bit overlooked. Excellent location—very convenient and close to key attractions and facilities around Kuantan. Staff were friendly and helpful overall, providing a good level of service during the stay. Facilities were quite limited and did not fully meet expectations. Some amenities need upgrading or better maintenance.

Excelente servicio del amable equipo del hotel. ¡Fueron muy amables y serviciales! La habitación con vista al mar era agradable y estaba limpia. Hay una gran variedad de cocinas para desayunar, y me encanta que incluyeran una variedad de kuihs malasios, ¡lo cual me trae un toque de nostalgia! El servicio de habitaciones es un poco caro, pero vale la pena. La playa y la piscina también están limpias. En general, una estancia muy agradable y relajante.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself looked pleasant, and the room was in good condition upon arrival. We also requested extra towels, which were delivered promptly without any issues. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The toilet appeared to have a leakage issue, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough despite the temperature being set low. During breakfast, food items were not replenished quickly, and tables were not cleaned promptly, making it difficult to find a clean table. Guests also had to look for their own cutlery, including spoons, forks, and tissues. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although the food served was tasty. On a positive note, the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to East Mall Kuantan. As a hotel rated 5 stars, I expected a higher level of maintenance and service, especially in terms of room facilities and breakfast operations. While the stay was comfortable overall, there is definitely room for improvement to meet 5-star expectations.

This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

Hotel location was very strategic..the beach is at the back of the hotel and only 3 minutes by walk...will repeat again...hope the hotel management can improve the cleanliness in the room..got dust on the cabinet est.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, en el centro de Kuantan, fácil acceso a varios lugares. Hay muchos cafés cerca y está a pie. Estacionamiento está disponible en la propiedad. La habitación familiar es muy espaciosa para tres pasos.

Loveeeeee love this hotel! Though it’s a bit high rise and need to be there at least before night time, for me i’m very happy to be surrounded by nature, the services are top notch then they upgrade us for a better room due to early check in and based on availability. The breakfast are pretty decent but the pastries options are very nice!
