El día del check-in, llegué muy tarde y dije que quería una habitación tranquila, así que me enviaron al rincón más recóndito. Cuando entré por la puerta, las cortinas no estaban apretadas y sentí que era aún peor. Pedí un cambio de habitación. Afortunadamente, cambiar la habitación fue bastante rápido, pero la habitación de la planta baja se cambió porque había un bloque en el balcón del segundo piso, por lo que la iluminación no era buena en absoluto. Las tres comidas que tomé no tuvieron un día porque el desayuno terminaba a las 10 en punto. El almuerzo y la cena fueron similares y no hubo nada para comer. No vi ningún marisco excepto pescado a la parrilla. Las fotos eran engañosas. Hay bastantes lugares para jugar, pero el agua en otra piscina con tobogán está fría, por lo que solo se puede mostrar.

Vuelvo a la reseña. Olvidé tomar fotos, así que solo tomé una del vestíbulo. Instalaciones: ¡El precio fue sorprendentemente bueno! Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes, e incluso la cama individual de nuestra habitación triple era normal, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa: no era nada pequeña, mucho mejor que las literas metálicas de otros hoteles. Casi todas las habitaciones tenían balcón privado. El hotel también cuenta con muchas piscinas al aire libre, pero no pudimos disfrutarlas en invierno. También hay un gimnasio grande con buen equipamiento. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, con tortitas de huevo y té de menta. Y lo más importante, incluso te sirvieron zumo; es raro encontrar un servicio tan bueno a este precio en un desayuno buffet. Limpieza: Era relativamente normal, considerando que el hotel no es nuevo. Las alfombras del baño eran un poco oscuras y las sábanas de la cama individual no estaban muy limpias, pero está bien por el precio. Por cierto, este hotel es muy grande. Nos alojamos en la zona del Sol, y había que caminar bastante desde el vestíbulo. Además, los ascensores son viejos y inestables.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. El servicio es muy bueno, puede hacer spa y caliente, el servicio es muy bueno, los empleados hablan básicamente inglés

Este Riad está situado a las afueras de la Medina, cerca de una de las carreteras principales, lo que hace que coger un taxi sea muy fácil. Al estar fuera de las murallas, tiene altos muros que rodean el patio, y se necesita una llave para entrar, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo. El desayuno preparado por los anfitriones fue delicioso y ellos fueron muy amables.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Un hotel perfecto, con un salón común y una azotea cuidadosamente decorados, y un personal atento que respondió rápidamente a nuestras necesidades. Nos recibieron con té de menta. Las instalaciones de la habitación estaban limpias, y el agua tenía buena presión. En resumen, una casa de huéspedes cuidada y sincera.

Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero en general el servicio es bueno, aunque no hay nadie en la recepción, por lo que le dan sus propias llaves de la entrada principal y de su habitación. Como sugerencia, se necesita un signo “Riad Nouhal”, pero si sigue la ubicación en Google Maps, estará en.

Habíamos comunicado nuestra hora de llegada por chat. Sin embargo, no había nadie, pero tuvimos suerte de que otros huéspedes nos abrieran la puerta. Intentamos contactarlos por teléfono y chatear, y finalmente elegimos una habitación. El final de la historia es triste, pero esta experiencia no se compara con el resto de nuestra estancia. El riad está muy bien ubicado, el personal es amable y una señora encantadora prepara un desayuno delicioso con pan y pasteles caseros por la mañana. Creemos que la mala experiencia fue más bien cuestión de mala suerte, en parte porque llegamos justo cuando terminaba el Ramadán. Un consejo: que el riad compre un timbre que puedan conectar a su teléfono. Las comodidades son básicas pero buenas. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Está limpio, y con una cama cómoda y un desayuno delicioso, no se necesita nada más. Y fueron muy amables al organizarnos un taxi para volver al aeropuerto.
