Beach front location, clean and spacious room, free car park, helpful and polite staff. Meal are good in quality and taste. Thanks the manager and restaurant staff prepare gift and photo taking for my daughter birthday. Onsen has open bath and seaview.

We were given a room that smelled strongly of smoke. We spent a lot of time explaining to the front desk that the room was not acceptable and had to request a room change. It seemed obvious that someone had smoked in the room before, and it needed a deep cleaning, but the hotel had not done that. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk did not remind us about the included breakfast, so we ended up going out to get breakfast on our own on that day.

The hotel is a Japanese traditional onsen ryokan. We were happy to stay here because our room has 2 twin beds as well as tatami beds provided. It has a very pleasant balcony overlooking the Japanese garden. Although the onsen is small, it is clean and well nanaged. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastyczny hotel z SPA bogatym w wody termalne. Obsługa traktuje Cię z należytym szacunkiem i uprzejmościa. Dołożą wszelkich starań aby pobyt był idealny. Pokój w stylu japońskim, wszystko bez uwag. Bardzo polecam na wypoczynek w Misasa.

Great location and super spacious room. We picked the option inclusive of breakfast and dinner & truly enjoyed it. Walking distance to JR station with lots of good food around. 10/10 would recommend. The onsen comes with private or public bath which is great for people who don’t want to be in the public with strangers but still want to enjoy onsen

버스에서 내리면 5분도 걸리지 않아요 위치너무 좋고 룸에서 보는 바다 너무 멋집니다 아침에 해안길따라 산책이나 런닝하기 너무 좋아요 온천은 해수온천이고, 아침조식에 홍게가 무한리필.. 다음에 또 방문하고싶어요^^

정말 친절함 그자체! 카운터에 계신 젊은 남자분은 엄청 유쾌하신듯한 스타일에 친절히 안내해주셨다. 방도 넓고 가격도 저렴하고 전체적으로 만족한다. 목욕탕, 대욕장은 2곳으로 저녁 아침으로 남성과 여성이 바뀐다. 아쉬운 점이라면 티비와 리모콘위에는 먼지가 좀 쌓여있었는데 나도 티비를 보진 않으니 딱히...? 그리고 조식을 먹는 위치에 대해선 살짝 아쉬웠다. 다이센뭐시기 한자가 적힌걸 보고 방에 있던 안내문 지도로 찾아갔는데 조식을 먹는 곳은 방이 2개로 그저 식사장소라고만 적혀있어 이 방이 맞는지 테이블에 방번호 적힌걸 찾아다녔다. 그래도 가격대비 너무나 만족스럽고 재방문 의사있음. 다만 체크인은 17시. 방이 일찍 준비되면 먼저 들어갈순있어서 나는 16시 40분에 숙소에 도착해 방으로 들어갈 수 있었다. 짐도 맡겨주신다.

Hotel is quite old style and not enough electric plug for charging. Breakfast is quite good and parking is available. The most unpleasant feeling is warm room setting fixed in the air-con and thus very hot in the room even at night time. The temperature in Yonago in April is 27 degree.

酒店附近都是温泉酒店，不過遊月應該是裝修和風格都比較新式的。入住時也有會中文的接待人員。它的位置也離海岸線最近，晚上可以在海邊走走。因為帶了娃，所以預訂了陽台有小浴池的房間，入住感受和私湯還是有比較大差距的，池子不大，露天的，可以邊泡邊感受海岸線日落的美景，不過我去的時候下雨，天陰乎乎的也沒啥景。酒店預訂還買了兩份早餐，是自助餐形式，還是很豐盛的。但是，我朋友因為遊月沒房定了旁邊的傳統日式温泉，居然早晚飯都包在房費中，還是非常有性價比的。這點讓我小羨慕。

地理位置方便 就在車站斜對面 走路大概3-5分鐘，附近有很多餐廳，、超市、百貨公司，飯店附設的停車位比較少一點，停車費¥600/夜。 大廳有點歷史感，很寬敞明亮，還有會員專屬休息區。 電梯只有看到兩個，但通常不太需要等待太久。房間有點小、雖然有改裝過但還是感覺有點老舊，床鋪軟硬適中、枕頭也還不錯，床頭櫃可以調整燈光、廣播和冷氣，廁所乾淨稍微老舊。房間最大的缺點可能是隔音不太好，容易聽到走廊的聲音，還有風吹過窗戶縫隙造成的聲音，晚上睡覺以為是颱風天的風聲，但其實天氣很好，早上也會聽到風的聲音，可能會因此提早起床，建議一定要改善風吹窗戶的聲音。 樓層公共空間有提供冰塊🧊也有自動販賣機，沒有提供瓶裝水。 一樓大廳還有紀念品店，但沒有大浴場，有提供另外付費的早餐。
