The breakfast is really good with generous portion. The coffee machine offers many choices of coffee. The pancake machine makes fresh pancakes, taste is very good as well. The service of the waitresses are good. Once the food is finished. The waitress will refill it quickly.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again

Location is great but is expensive. They have tried to automate things but means a hit on service. Did not tell us about registering the car numberplate in a computer as part of check in. We then got stuck at a barrier just popping out to see the area. Then had to pay the barrier as no humans. Then had to make a claim. Then still waiting for the claim. Computers reduce headcount but reduce service. The hotel itself is fine but was not value for money.

Stayed here while visiting family in Warwick, perfect location for us and whilst it’s not 5 star it certainly offered everything we needed, expected. Additional £5 per night parking is something introduced this year which obviously not a fan of but hey ho. Will be staying again. £20 per dog per stay charge if anyone is wanting to know the fee

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena en un campo de golf en las afueras, muy cerca de la autopista pero hay que conducir. La única queja es que el desayuno es realmente malo y todo lo demás es bastante bueno.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, a unos diez minutos a pie, y en el centro de la ciudad, con tiendas y restaurantes en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente. La habitación y el baño son muy grandes y silenciosos, y la cama es muy cómoda.

La habitación era muy agradable, y las habitaciones estaban sin lugar a duchas, con maquinaria de café, ropa de baño, pantalones de baño, secador de pelo. El menú de la cena en la habitación está muy bien precio, pero no es todo el día, por lo que compruebe con la recepción. Hay mucho que hacer alrededor de la propiedad y hay también un amplio aparcamiento disponible. La piscina interior está calentada y puede utilizarse hasta 8PM. El desayuno es de 7-10AM y es una hermosa diseminación.
