El hotel es fácil de encontrar y cómodo, ya que está a solo 10 minutos a pie de la estación más cercana. También hay un servicio de alquiler de bicicletas Luup dentro del hotel, así que estuve feliz de recorrer la ciudad en bicicleta. El personal está bien, me atendieron hablándome en inglés para explicarme las comodidades, etc. En general, fue una gran experiencia, un lugar económico y cómodo para alojarse cuando estás en Kobe.

El hotel es muy agradable. Accesible a lugares por caminar. El cuarto es limpio y cómodo.
Se ofrece el cambio diario de toallas y ropa de baño (puede no ser tan ecológico).
Será bueno proporcionar unos pocos pendientes 😊

Interior vibes are fresh and modern. The aircon is good. The exhaust in the toilet is good, can dry laundry overnight. Two plastic hangers were provided in the toilet for this purpose. Both firm and soft pillow were provided in room to allow choice. The only thing I had difficulty with is that the bed is Japanese standard length which is a bit short for me.
7-11 downstairs. Walking distance to many eateries in Sannomiya.

The location is so strategic and I had a good stay. The room is pretty, bed is comfortable, and they have free water and coffee from 11:00~6:00. The amenities is a bit lacking (there’s no face lotion, hair ties and stuffs), and they have hair iron but I have to take it to the receptionist by myself (usually they deliver stuffs like this to your room). But overall, it was a good stay and worth the money I guess.

Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

Espaciosa para 3 o 4 personas, con dos camas grandes y una sala de estar. Las camas son lo suficientemente grandes para cuatro personas, por lo que no se necesita sofá cama. La ducha incluye una sala de estar, lo cual es una grata sorpresa. Incluye las comodidades habituales de los dormitorios, como onsen, refrigerios nocturnos, paletas y café.

Rooms are bigger than average Japanese hotels, basically a new hotel just a minute away from KOBE CHINA TOWN. Plenty of shops to enjoy food or shopping. Breakfast is a little simple Indian restaurant, nothing to choose much. Bicycles can been rent at the front desk for 500 JPY per use. Very convenient to get around the city.
Will absolutely stay here every-TIME visiting KOBE.

酒店面積很大，房間亦很大和舒適，窗外向着明石海峽大橋，風景非常優美。酒店餐廳有很多，有日式西式，餐廳向着海景大橋，環境很優美，價錢亦不貴。設施非常多，自己擁有教堂，可舉行大型婚禮，接待處亦很有氣派，我們查過有泳池，但是7月25號才開，浪費了我們的泳衣。但酒店附近仿如郊區很少食肆，要行路到火車站，才找到超市食店，有少許不方便。

Este hotel es genial, tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio y es fácil de encontrar. Está cerca del aeropuerto, es limpio, cómodo y tiene un onsen estupendo. El hotel es de estilo europeo y espacioso para tres personas. ¡Me alegré tanto que olvidé tomar una foto de la habitación, pero en lugar de eso tomé una de la vista desde la ventana!

神户流明酒店的地址位置特別好，在市區內，停車場也很好找。就在酒店正對面的小巷子裏，價格也合理。酒店服務很好，我們到的很遲，過了入房時間，也不會怠慢我們，馬上安排入住。早晨退房時晚了5分鐘也不會説什麼，特別温柔。房間很乾凈很温馨。隔音效果很好，適合居住。總而言之因為有了上一家的對比，這家簡直是天堂。
唯一美中不足的話，應該就是房間稍微小了一點。其他都可以接受，主要是價格便宜。

ZZhezidashu非常滿意的一趟淡路島之旅因為有了咱們酒店更加出彩。一切都是最好的安排，從京都過來中間轉了巴士，通過攜程平台確認了接站，到了時間因為還早大戰車奉上旅遊劵讓我們坐上免費穿梭巴直接去消費（行李拉回酒店），咱們用消費券在HelloKitty補上了午餐及冰淇淋。入住時男侍從都是跪式服務，確認下來晚餐及次日外出訊息，入住的房間獨棟圓屋像蒙古包帶着觀景陽台與木質浴池，房間細微之處都是當地特色（梳粧盒，免費mini吧/甜品，洗臉盆都是木化石）居中屋頂透明留空還能觀星象，在這裏的5天我們享受了美食，尤其是晚餐不重複滴換着各種風格，讓我驚訝的是女服務員可以在晚餐表演薩克斯及長笛，而且島上有一處像舞台一樣的餐廳也可以享受到服務員的音樂素養表演，5天給的20000消費券足夠你中午外出免費各種吃，我們還在大蘋果那裡給孩子用券買了HelloKitty專賣禮物，這段淡路島之旅比京都之旅還更加難忘，而且民風淳樸人人都在為帶動淡路島旅遊在努力，值得稱讚下次我還會帶孩子來玩

Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude.
Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in.
When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all.
I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy.
There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup.
Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special.
Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.

I recently stayed at The Royal Park Canvas Kobe and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Kobe Chinatown is close by, and iconic spots like the “Be Kobe” monument and Kobe Tower are within a pleasant 25-minute walk. The Kitano Ijikan district is also easily reachable on foot.
The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out through machines, with front desk staff standing by if assistance is needed. My room had a relatively large bathroom, which added to the comfort. The buffet breakfast was not bad, and a fun highlight was the free ice cream available from 8pm to 10pm.
A thoughtful touch is the presence of two donation bins where travellers can drop off unwanted clothing—an environmentally friendly and community-minded initiative.
Overall, The Royal Park Canvas Kobe is a well-located, comfortable stay with nice little touches that enhance the experience.

OOnly do review whn I get boredIt was great location and facilities as well as the staffs are amazing!
The hotel location is perfect, I will go back again in future.
Except that the room we were staying on a second booking it's 19th floor opposite elevator area and at night had some noises, loud bang, continuously and the staff informed us that it was a sound from heater system on the upper floor.
The noise was loud enough to woke us up from a deep sleep.
Staff on the night shift solved the issue by giving us new room just to sleep, few doors away. It was quite enough for us to fall asleep and walked back to our original room to shower and check out.
and then in the morning we checked out, the staff was just making a straight face saying sorry about that.
I do understand that the morning staff can't do anything else excavations saying sorry but that wasn't a Japanese service mind action I used to experience.
Thank you to clerk. Watanabe for assisting me through the double booking and giving us a request we asked on the first day. Kobe port view was amazing, we loved it so much.

UUsuario invitadoAmazing hotel!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Large room, incredibly comfortable beds, good temperature control. Very nice shower room. One downside was there was only a small table (there we two of us). There was a shared kitchen and lounge area, which were very nice. The coffee was excellent. I would love to stay there again. Very close to the bus stop and whirlpool tour. But public transport on the island is very limited so it is difficult to get to other attractions if you don't have a car. There is local bike hire, but they were out of/didn't have e bikes, and the hills are very steep.

독독락당El Unizo Inn fue uno de los mejores lugares que he estado en Japón. Además, tienen un distribuidor de agua situado justo fuera del ascensor en el camino que conduce a la habitación para cualquiera que pueda necesitar hidratación. En el otro lado del distribuidor de agua se ha instalado una máquina de entrada VOD para todos los huéspedes interesados en ver la selección de películas del hotel. Aunque no me he aprovechado de este servicio, estoy seguro de que hay algunos viajeros que serían más satisfechos de tener algo para entretenerlos incluso en su habitación. Aunque no decidí incluir el desayuno con mi habitación durante mi estancia, la zona en la que se encuentra el hotel lo hace una ubicación privilegiada para adquirir el desayuno, ya sea un Matsuya justo por debajo del hotel o, preferiría, El hotel está situado en la zona de Sannomiya, a poca distancia de Yoshinoya, pero en la ubicación del hotel está muy cerca de la estación de Sannomiya, lo que facilita el acceso a otras regiones de Kobe.
