The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

El personal es amigable y útil. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas. Variedades de comida para el desayuno. Situación muy central - Menos de 10 minutos a pie del Delipark Mall y Tjong A Fie Mansion. También hay una estación de autobuses cercana, pero utilizamos la mayor parte del tiempo. Pls observa que en Indonesia no se mantienen en general pavimentos - por lo tanto, cuidado con los agujeros, las rodillas de metal, la superficie desigual, etc. Altamente recomendado.

El jacuzzi, el cuarto de vapor y la piscina están un poco ahogados, pero el gimnasio es enorme y el spa es agradable. La habitación en sí era realmente cómoda y bien mantenida. Además, el hotel es sólo a 5-minute a pie de DeliPark Mall Medan, que es un enorme centro comercial. En conjunto, me quedaría aquí de nuevo si visitara a Medan de nuevo en el futuro.

Nos quedamos en Medan como trámite y elegimos este hotel porque apareció una buena oferta, recibimos un trato de 5 estrellas por un precio más que competente. Es un hotel familiar donde se celebran eventos continuamente o por lo menos la experiencia que tuvimos el tiempo que pasamos ahí. No es el tipo de establecimiento que íbamos buscando pero dejarse mimar de vez en cuando es necesario. Llovió muchísimo los dos días que estuvimos así que tanto el bufet cómo su cercanía al centro comercial y la disponibilidad de transporte nos vino muy bien. Estas son las vistas increíbles desde la habitación donde disfrutamos de la lluvia bien secos y calentitos

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Si tienes un vuelo temprano y necesitas un lugar cerca para descansar, ¡te recomiendo este hotel! Está ubicado en la segunda planta del aeropuerto, lo cual es muy práctico. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda, y las comodidades eran excelentes. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno, con muchas opciones para elegir. El personal fue muy amable y servicial; nos ayudaron a subir las maletas y siempre estuvieron ahí cuando necesitábamos algo. En general, todo estuvo genial. Si vuelvo a Medan, ¡sin duda me alojaré aquí!

* Prime Location. It is right next to the Medan Train Station and literally side-by-side with Centre Point Mall, making shopping and transport incredibly convenient. * Outstanding Staff: The reception team was professional! I truly appreciated them granting me a late check-out until 1:00 PM. While the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and well-maintained. However I noticed the pillow sheets were quite old and had turned a dark, faded color. They definitely weren't white anymore! Housekeeping should retire these linens and ensure only fresh, bright whites are used for guests. I spotted some small ants near the desk/phone area. A quick treatment from maintenance would help keep the workspace clean.

Este hotel está bien situado cerca del Terminal Ferry. La habitación es limpia y el servicio es bueno. El desayuno tiene una variedad de opciones desde la cocina occidental, local y asiática. Esto nos da un pastel de complimentación para nuestra excursión de luna de miel. Es un servicio tan pensado y excelente.

Despite our best efforts and against our wishes the hotel refused to give us a refund given our inability to stay due to a flight change
