The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

Si tienes un vuelo temprano y necesitas un lugar cerca para descansar, ¡te recomiendo este hotel! Está ubicado en la segunda planta del aeropuerto, lo cual es muy práctico. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda, y las comodidades eran excelentes. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno, con muchas opciones para elegir. El personal fue muy amable y servicial; nos ayudaron a subir las maletas y siempre estuvieron ahí cuando necesitábamos algo. En general, todo estuvo genial. Si vuelvo a Medan, ¡sin duda me alojaré aquí!

Acompañé a un cliente a alojarse en el mismo lugar. En general, está bien, aunque un poco deteriorado. Podría mejorar si renovaran sus artículos de aseo, pero solo me quedo una noche. Seguiré optando por este alojamiento en Medan.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

La primera vez quedó aquí, todo estaba fuera de límite. El servicio era muy agradable especialmente Deya, ella está siendo tan profesional me maneja mientras se echa un vistazo. Y todo el resto del personal es increíble. El desayuno también es bueno aunque era bastante ocupado. A pesar de eso, realmente tuve una agradable estancia.

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado

I had a wonderful trip to Medan with my dearest friend. The hotel is located in the town area, making it very easy for us to take Grab and move around the city of Medan. The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Agus for allowing us to extend our check-out time by one hour. It really helped us to pack our luggage comfortably and perform our solat before checking out. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay at Kama Hotel. We will definitely come back again and again ❤️
