El hotel está situado en una ladera/pendiente. La recepción está en la parte superior donde te dejan. Si tiene problemas de movilidad, es fundamental solicitar habitación en el nivel del vestíbulo. Nos asignaron una habitación que daba al lago, en la sección más baja. Su hermosa vista del amanecer y el agua están a pocos pasos debajo de nuestra habitación. El problema es que cuando necesitábamos algo (estaba muy enfermo), no hay teléfono ni intercomunicador en la habitación (o en el nivel del piso, no vimos nada). Así que uno de nosotros tuvo que caminar bajo la lluvia para ir a la recepción. El personal era amable y servicial. La habitación es sencilla pero con aire acondicionado y ducha de agua caliente. Quizás la gerencia considere quitar la lámpara colgante blanca y reemplazarla con algo más suave para los ojos cuando uno está en la cama. Por lo demás, la habitación es cómoda.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near major tourist attractions, which made exploring the city very easy. The rooms are large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hotel also has a spa and a well-equipped gym for guests. However, the women’s spa could use some improvements compared to the men’s spa. The staff provided incredible service throughout our stay, and they even offered us a late check-out. Highly recommended!

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado

El hotel está situado en una zona decente con camas confortables y aire acondicionado. Pero el problema es que el bombón no se montaba correctamente y está agitando como una máquina de zumo de caña. Hay una bebida bienvenida, para decir que debería ir a un salón en el segundo piso. Cuando llegas ahí, te presentan un menú y te piden que elige una bebida, sólo después de que ordenes la bebida de su menú, realmente traen la bebida de bienvenida diciendo que la bebida que ordenaste también está en su camino. Creo sinceramente que es un gimmick o un engaño. Muy decepcionado.

El Hotel Karibia está situado cerca de la zona de Kesawan (la antigua ciudad de Medan), lo que facilita la exploración de las atracciones cercanas a pie. If you're here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minutes walk from the hotel. After entering the lobby, you're greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. La cocina de la ciudad es muy buena, con la cocina indonesiana, pero el único problema es que no hay TV inteligente. Así que si está planeando un estadío y prefiere simplemente permanecer en el hotel, puede que no sea ideal ya que no hay mucho que hacer; no hay piscina ni TV inteligente.
