Buen hotel, ubicación estratégica.  El aire acondicionado y el refrigerador son un poco ruidoso. La habitación y el baño están limpios, la toalla necesita cambiar para el nuevo.

It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.

The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

Had an amazing stay at Anara! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was perfect for relaxation before next flight. The location was convenient, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Nos quedamos en Medan como trámite y elegimos este hotel porque apareció una buena oferta, recibimos un trato de 5 estrellas por un precio más que competente. Es un hotel familiar donde se celebran eventos continuamente o por lo menos la experiencia que tuvimos el tiempo que pasamos ahí. No es el tipo de establecimiento que íbamos buscando pero dejarse mimar de vez en cuando es necesario. Llovió muchísimo los dos días que estuvimos así que tanto el bufet cómo su cercanía al centro comercial y la disponibilidad de transporte nos vino muy bien. Estas son las vistas increíbles desde la habitación donde disfrutamos de la lluvia bien secos y calentitos

Location is super nice (near Selat Panjang and Jalan Semarang, culinary areas). But unfortunately they didn’t maintain the room and gym very well. Room was clean, but one of our windows leaked rainwater (the seal isn’t good anymore).

My recent stay at the Grand Cityhall Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a warm, welcoming, and elegant atmosphere. This was evident in every corner of the hotel, from the exquisite interior design, a blend of classic and modern touches, to the thoughtful details within the rooms. However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was the quality of service. The team at Grand Cityhall exemplified 5-Star hospitality standards. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt truly valued as a guest.

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado

The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location was convenient and easy to access, which made the stay stress-free. Amenities were adequate for a short stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. While nothing felt overly luxurious, everything was functional and met expectations. For the price and purpose of the stay, it was a solid experience and I would stay here again if traveling through the area.
