Esta era la segunda vez que me hospedaba en este hotel. Hice el check-in a toda prisa en plena madrugada para tomar mi tren a las 5 de la mañana. El personal fue muy amable, pero la zona carecía de servicios, lo que dificultaba encontrar lugares para comer.

Had a great stay at Herloom! Brought our dog along, additional 300k/night for small dog. They provide bed and food for our furbaby. Highly recommended!

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym. Only negative is that there aren't many nice places to eat or have coffee on the streets close to the hotel. Coffee and restaurants in the hotel are nice but expensive compared to outside.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy valioso para el dinero, buenas opciones de desayuno, agradable piscina. No obstante, tengo una sugerencia: quería una habitación de cama real sin fumadores y todas las habitaciones deluxe estaban ocupadas, pregunté si la cama doble podía ser puesta juntos pero habría sido feliz de pagar más para la mejora a ejecutivo pero no se ofreció.

A 10 min del aeropuerto con transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. Mini gel de ducha y champú. Cepillo de dientes + pasta de dientes. Café, té. Personal agradable y servicial. Una pena que las sábanas tenían manchas, la funda de la almohada estaba rota y parecía que había chinches. A las paredes también les vendría bien un poco de pintura.

Really love the hotel stay here! Was given cookies upon check in and it taste AMAZING! There is gym and swimming pool as well! Size of the room is just nice and comfy! Pillow is a little soft but you can request for another different type of pillow!

Amazing place, we were there for 2 nights only but it was absolutely lovely and the staff was very accomodating. Amazing buffet for breakfast and food from the restaurant

Este lujoso hotel situado en cualquier zona, la playa situada en el otro lado del hotel necesitamos utilizar el transbordador que se ofrece desde el hotel a la playa y el parque de coches. Las habitaciones son limpias y confortables, el baño también con todas las comodidades. La piscina y el área de juegos para niños es muy agradable, el spa, el gimnasio y también las tiendas. El restaurante está listo para preparar nuestra orden y la comida son deliciosas, también nos quedamos para almorzar antes de salir. En general, muy agradable estancia durante nuestras vacaciones, muy contento con los alimentos y servicios.

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Esta es mi segunda estancia en el Zest Hotel para pasar una noche en Yakarta y sin duda lo volveré a elegir porque: 1. Ofrecen servicio gratuito de transporte al aeropuerto, tanto de ida como de vuelta. El hotel está a unos 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto, dependiendo de la terminal a la que llegues. 2. La habitación no es grande, pero está limpia. Sin embargo, mi segunda vez me decepcionó un poco: había una toalla en el baño con olor a cigarrillo. 3. Ofrecen cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, gel de ducha, champú, perchas, wifi gratis y agua (también tienen dispensador en el pasillo), suficiente para una estancia corta. 4. Desayuno buffet: bueno... no esperes demasiado, porque solo incluye platos indonesios y pan. Sin huevos :(( Tampoco hay muchas opciones, pero con el precio tan bajo de la habitación, ¡me parece perfecto! El burbur indonesio (gachas de arroz) está riquísimo, ¡me pedí dos tazones grandes! 5. Hay algunos restaurantes/cafeterías y un Alfamart (o Indomaret o 7-Eleven... no recuerdo) justo afuera del hotel, muy práctico. 6. El Zest Hotel está situado junto al Swiss Belhotel Airport Yakarta; pertenecen al mismo grupo hotelero, así que el autobús gratuito también incluye a los huéspedes del Swiss Belhotel. Fuimos a cenar al restaurante del vestíbulo del Swiss Belhotel; la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes. Nos ofrecieron unas patatas fritas tempe riquísimas con las bebidas :)) Solo un recordatorio: si van a la Terminal 3, el traslado al aeropuerto puede tardar un poco más, ya que primero tienen que dejar a los huéspedes en la T1 y la T2 (si es que hay alguno). En mi experiencia, tardé 30 minutos en llegar a la T3 desde que subí al autobús. De todos modos, seguiré eligiendo Zest Hotel como mi hotel de tránsito y lo recomendaré, ¡obtienes más de lo que pagas!
