Precioso hotel muy céntrico en Fira. Nos alojamos en el lado del hotel de Antonia y nos encantó la decoración de la habitación. Apreciamos que tuvieran contraventanas afuera para ayudar a mantener el ruido y la luz de la habitación. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada con muchas luces y disfrutamos de la decoración. La cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas y apreciamos que hubiera una estación de café/té y una mini nevera en la habitación. La habitación era lo suficientemente grande para nosotros dos y había un pequeño balcón exterior con una mesa pequeña y dos sillas. La ducha del baño tenía mucha presión y mucha agua caliente. La cama solo tenía una sábana, pero había un edredón y la temperatura era fácil de controlar. Había zapatillas disponibles en la habitación que eran buenas para el piso frío del baño. Las habitaciones del hotel tienen televisores inteligentes a los que es fácil conectarse para Disney+ o Netflix, pero debes instalar una aplicación si deseas hacer screencast. El hotel cuenta con algunas áreas comunes agradables para pasar el rato, incluidas dos áreas de piscina y un espacio junto a la recepción. Las piscinas estaban cerradas cuando llegamos en marzo, pero también hacía un poco de frío, así que no nos importó. Deberían estar limpios y listos para el verano. Realmente disfrutamos el espacio junto a la recepción, donde hay muchos asientos y bancos para sentarse y pasar el rato con otros huéspedes o, en nuestro caso, con el resto de nuestra familia. Cada vez que esté en el área común, el personal le ofrecerá prepararle un café o té, lo cual fue muy amable de su parte. El personal es sincero y acogedor. Una vez que nos registramos, nos preguntaron si teníamos algo de tiempo o si queríamos ir directamente a nuestras habitaciones. Dijimos que tendríamos tiempo y sacaron un mapa de Santorini y marcaron los lugares que podíamos visitar durante nuestra estancia. El hotel también ofrece un buen recorrido por la isla por 40 euros por persona que incluye 7 paradas, entre ellas Oia, una playa de arena roja, una playa de arena negra y el monasterio. Teníamos 5 personas en nuestro grupo e hicimos nuestro propio recorrido utilizando una empresa de alquiler de automóviles cercana, pero consideraríamos el recorrido del hotel si fuéramos solo una pareja. El personal del hotel fue servicial y receptivo incluso antes de que llegáramos: nos ayudaron con un error de reserva que había cometido y lo resolvimos rápidamente por teléfono y mediante un breve correo electrónico. El transporte desde/hacia el hotel desde el aeropuerto es fácil porque hay una estación de autobuses cerca y cuesta 2 euros por persona y la estación de autobuses está a unos 5 minutos a pie desde el hotel. El autobús no circulaba con demasiada frecuencia durante nuestra estancia en Santorini y, si ese es el caso durante su estancia, puede reservar el servicio de transporte del hotel: tienen una furgoneta grande y cómoda y cobran 7 euros por persona. La alternativa es un taxi y usted está a voluntad del conductor durante el viaje de aproximadamente 10 minutos y, según lo que escuchamos, se le podría cobrar entre 40 y 50. El hotel no ofrece desayuno ni servicio de habitaciones, pero hay muchos buenos restaurantes cerca. El hotel recomendó algunos que estaban a cinco minutos a pie del hotel y el que probamos era encantador. Hay una tienda de comestibles a unos 100 m del hotel que tiene prácticamente de todo y hay una panadería cerca de la plaza principal de Fira. También se pueden comprar souvenirs en la plaza principal de Fira y probablemente tengan los mejores precios que vimos en Santorini para souvenirs. En general, fue una estancia estupenda y como nos alojamos en marzo obtuvimos un precio increíble. La habitación que teníamos era bonita, tranquila y cómoda durante nuestra estancia.

Estamos muy satisfechos con este hotel. Estaba dormido una noche y otra noche después. La vista es muy buena, el mejor lugar para ver el atardecer, la escena de la vista para ver el atardecer es muy buena. La habitación es grande, muy cómoda, el precio es modesto, la higiene también está bien. El desayuno es muy bueno, especialmente bueno. Heavenly! Although only stayed for one night whilst visiting the island it was the tranquil peace of calm I needed on my first visit to Mykonos. Although location seems on a map at first seemed to be remote, especially for a solo traveller for less than 24h / it was an absolute blessing and ideal location. I booked a shared transfer from the airport with Hoppa.com - for under ten euros in advance - I was the only passenger booked on my flight with them so they upgraded me and gave me a private limo chauffeur no extra - literally 15 mins and a stunning drive to the hotel - which is located on a hill above Ornos a beautiful place. The hotel is no exception. Sat on the hillside beautiful location above the village which is a total contrast to Mykonos Town and just an absolute treat - with a lovely taverna and a fantastic bakery open late into the night - you must try it! Quiet location lovely pool area and courtyard and room across a few levels - small and intimate place I’m not sure I even saw another guest during my stay, very relaxing! The room allocated was lovely - lots of really useful amenities, lovely toiletries and complimentary bits all high quality , thoughtful items in the room - toothpaste etc. Powerful ac which was well used as it was really hot, super comfy bed, safe, fridge, tastefully decorated and modern style - I just loved the bathroom the style was really cool, cave-like and with a powerful shower - always a winner! The staff, particular the gentleman that checked me in was extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful in helping me book transport and giving me hints and tips on the best way to maximise my short time in the island. Breakfast was included but I only had time for a coffee but it looked lovely. Didn’t need to worry at all about getting around Mykonos is so small and there are ways 24-7 to get anywhere on the island, particularly into Mykonos town and the airport and seaport. There are regular local buses direct to Mykonos town main bus station the bus stops literally outside the front door - the bus station you can change to the buses to the airport and new ferry port - same bus service. This cost around €2 and were running every hour. I took the very first bus I think was 8am which took around 15 mins to the port - and plenty of time for the first Seajets service to Santorini. Taxis were extortionate and you were looking at around €60 for the incredibly short walkable distances - I took one and instantly regretted it - driver was late and rude to me - which given the price tag compared to the rest of taxis in Greece - made me even more bitter about the price tag - there are other ways to get around. Reception can help you with all of this - they are great - I would 100% recommend - and absolutely love to go back if I ever visited Mykonos again

酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

Este hotel es especial. Recomiendo con gran interés la habitación con balcón exclusivo. La vista es maravillosa, sólo puede ver vista panorámica con su compañía. El desayuno en la habitación también es muy bueno. El personal es tan amable, la instalación es perfecta.

Este hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Oia. Hay un sendero para burros frente al hotel, que huele un poco a excremento de burro todos los días. Sin embargo, el ambiente interior es agradable. Se puede ver la puesta de sol desde el balcón privado de la habitación. La distribución y las instalaciones de la habitación son satisfactorias. Cualquier hotel de Oia está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses. Sin embargo, el servicio de este hotel no está a la altura de su precio de gama alta. Mi peor calificación es para el servicio del hotel. Ante situaciones especiales, el personal de atención al cliente no tiene la autoridad para atender los problemas de los clientes con la mayor rapidez posible, lo que supone una larga espera y un gasto de energía para los clientes. El servicio del hotel es muy deficiente. Cuando el botones llevó mi maleta a la habitación, como la levantaron y la pusieron al hombro, la palanca de la maleta no se bajó ni se levantó. La palanca se movió recta, lo que provocó que la maleta quedara torcida. Como mi maleta es tamaño queen, el peso se transfiere a la parte superior de la palanca. Hay una gran distancia desde el lugar donde se lleva la maleta hasta el hotel. Como el hotel está en un acantilado, es necesario subir y bajar escaleras constantemente. La palanca de la maleta después de llegar a la habitación no se puede bajar normalmente. Cuando me enteré, lo reporté a la recepción del hotel lo antes posible, pero el hotel no se ocupó del asunto, diciendo que el gerente vendría a verlo al día siguiente. Después de que el gerente vino a verlo al día siguiente, no hubo seguimiento. Más tarde, supe que el gerente del hotel informó a la oficina central del hotel, pero la oficina central del hotel no estaba dispuesta a compensar. Al hacer el check out, el hotel nos eximió de tres días de desayuno por 60 euros. Más tarde, cuando estábamos a punto de llegar al puerto, la plataforma dijo que el hotel quería que volviéramos. Si no volvíamos al hotel, no nos compensarían por una maleta normal. ¿No es esto intencional? Sabían que teníamos mucho que hacer y que no podíamos regresar, pero nos dijeron que nos compensarían con una maleta de decenas de euros que se vendía en una tienda normal y corriente, sin ninguna marca. Sin embargo, ya habíamos reservado billetes de barco y hoteles a otras partes de Grecia, así que no podíamos renunciar a nuestro próximo viaje por una maleta. Gastamos cientos de dólares en comprar nuestra propia maleta, y tuvimos que asumir que fue mala suerte que el asa estuviera dañada. Si no hay ninguna necesidad especial, sigue siendo una buena idea alojarse en este hotel. Si hay alguna necesidad especial, no esperen un servicio de alta calidad ni una alta eficiencia en la gestión de problemas.

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!
