⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Comfortable Stay and Great Location I stayed at the Holiday Inn Taunton and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is easy to access, just off the M5, which made it a convenient base for exploring Somerset or stopping over during a longer journey. The room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed — a comfy bed, a good shower, and a desk area. Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the tea/coffee station. While the decor is slightly dated in some areas, everything was well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the evening too.

El hotel juvenil está situado en la mitad de la montaña de Bus. Puede tener una vista completa de Bus. La actitud del personal de servicio es amable. La habitación es limpia, pero la cantidad de agua en el cuarto de baño es demasiado pequeña, el mayor problema no tiene Wi-Fi, ¡se recomienda mejorar!

Everything we needed, even the use of a microwave. Comfortable bed. Large screen TV. Ask reception staff about the shortcut to town and shops. Otherwise, it's a mission. Reception staff are fantastic and very helpful.

Nos quedamos 1 noche para romper un largo viaje. Excelente ubicación en el servicio de Deane Taunton. Iniciar el check-in fue rápido y fácil, la habitación era grande con cama doble y cama sola para nuestro 9 años. Fue limpio y caliente perfecto para nosotros. Será definitivamente utilizado de nuevo

Esta es mi primera reserva de hotel con Trip y debo decir que estaba escéptica al principio de si iba a pasar. Sólo necesitaba decirle al receptor su apellido y ellos podrán localizarlo en su sistema. La cama en el cuarto doble era menor de lo esperado, pero todavía era lo suficientemente buena para dos adultos. Las habitaciones no son muy sonidos, así que puedes oír los coches exteriores si estás en el lado del frente de la ciudad. El 24/7 gimnasio está bastante bien equipado para la capacidad espacial. El desayuno del hotel también fue agradable. El restaurante tenía una buena vista. En general, la estancia era realmente buena! Utilizaría Trip.com otra vez.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. The room was generally clean but the reason why I gave four for cleanliness is because the pillow was somehow a bit dusty. One thing to address was that at times the lift smelled bad and the corridor we stayed on smelled as if someone was smoking in the room. I understand tho guests’ behaviour is sometimes not necessarily under their control. Hence, it didn’t affect my ratings. I would definitely stay again because it was good value for money!

Special thanks to Manager Emilia and the team at Holiday Express for making our stay wonderful. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the price was very reasonable. It’s a great place for families – our kids loved the swimming pool – and the bar was a nice extra for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely return!
