Everything we needed, even the use of a microwave. Comfortable bed. Large screen TV. Ask reception staff about the shortcut to town and shops. Otherwise, it's a mission. Reception staff are fantastic and very helpful.

Me gustó que el hotel estuviera a solo unos minutos de la estación de autobuses; además, está cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas de Bath. El servicio fue excelente, sobre todo en lo referente a mi solicitud de guardar el equipaje antes del check-in. El desayuno era abundante... ¡MUY RECOMENDABLE!

No está mal, el ambiente es mejor, también es muy tranquilo, la ubicación está un poco desviada, mucho tiempo en la carretera de montaña, la sensación general es bastante buena, muy buena, con ganas de quedarme de nuevo.

I love Charlton house, it was really quirky. The way it has been styled is really unusual. It makes you feel like you're in a bit of a fantasy world with the little corridors and quirky little nooks and crannies. For me it fit the bill, it did the job that I needed but I understand for those people that do not get it on an offer and pay a lot of money to stay there I understand how they might say that it's a bit dirty a bit tired a bit grubby and needs a bit of TLC. There seemed to be one very sweet man that was running around doing pretty much everything and the rest of the staff were hidden behind doors or just not there. I'm not sure. There were staff present in the spa and they were lovely and helpful and kind. My little room was gorgeous and cute and cozy, and clean enough although tatty in places. For me I really had a nice day and I would definitely come back. The breakfast was extremely basic but I didn't have extremely high expectations, and I'm not really a breakfast person, so again it may not make the tick box for others but it did the job for me. La habitación es un estilo clásico en inglés, me gusta mucho. Y el personal del hotel es muy amable y entusiasta. Ofrece mucha ayuda. Mi amigo se lastimó los pies cuando viajó en el autobús, el personal del hotel envió bolsas de hielo y nos llamó un taxi al hospital. El restaurante también es genial. Me gusta el nivel de miles de personas. Es lo mejor que siento.

Friendly service; clean room and bathroom. Nothing wrong with it really except that I was expecting a HOTEL based on the pictures and certainly the price! The location is great but be aware that this an INN with rooms attached at the back. Breakfast not included (costs £15 extra). Location great right in front of the cathedral but no parking. A good, comfortable stay but overpriced fro what it was and the time of year (mid-October).

The location is not very convenient and not sure why but the buses that stop in front of the hostel do not show on either google map or apple map so I only found out there there were direct buses after arriving the hostel. However, instead of taking buses, I highly recommend walking to the city centre as you will walk through an amazing field of grassland. The room is very spacious, cozy, and quiet. Highly recommended!

La habitación es muy confortable y está muy bien equipada.

Sumptuous would be the word to describe this hotel. From the lobby to the room to the free snacks pantry, everything is sumptuous. The room we booked is absolutely huge with high ceilings and large windows. The bed and bedding is super super comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom is nice with a big tub. Location is also excellent, minutes from downtown, the bridge and Roman baths. Looking forward to staying here again.
