La habitación era como esperaba todo lo que necesito para mi estancia, mencioné limpieza en su revisión. Mi habitación era grande, y el hotel en general era bueno, pero el ascensor tenía envolturas dulces en la primera noche y estaba todavía allí cuando me dejé, pequeño detalle que no me dejará recomendar el hotel pero usted lo preguntó y eso fue el único poco que podía informarle,

Really good value for money in a lovely location. The pub was closed because I stayed on a Monday but looked great so I would try it if I visit again. Very clean room with everything you would need, good shower and a mini fridge which was handy. Recieved a very warm welcome also despite the host being on a day off and me making a last minute booking.

This Ibis is in the perfect location for exploring Nottingham. The Staff are very friendly & helpful. Mega comfy bed too!. I only gave it 4 out of 5 as the carpet in our room was a bit smelly & didn't look like it had been hoovered plus there were a couple of curly hairs (not ours!) in the shower.

The location was convenient and the facilities were quite complete. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our original room was next to the elevator and was quite noisy, but they helped us change to another room quickly, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found a very large spider in the room, which was unpleasant. The hotel also provides luggage storage service, but there was no dedicated storage area, so it did not feel very secure. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.

Evening staff were great. Bed was a small double or extended single for two and a little short so for couple a little tight and short and heat was not circulating from radiator the best but blanket offered and overall good.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no se puede encontrar una mejor ubicación, por desgracia, por el tamaño de la habitación (la habitación estaba bien), pero el dormitorio era muy estrecha. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no podíamos conseguir que funcionara, ya que el sueño era una mercancía muy escasa durante nuestra estancia. Si hubiéramos reservado más de una noche, no habría dormido en esa habitación otra vez si no habíamos trabajado con el aire.

The entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.
