La peor noche que he tenido en un hotel durante años es que casi toda la noche se aplasta a personas constantemente ruidosas, obviamente no trabajan.

The hotel is in centre and no parking even for dropping off. That can be a problem Went there on the hottest day of year and air conditioning did not work. Unit rumbles like atractor in the room with little air conditioning .

Location is great , but service can be improved. I put do not disturb and when came back to my room realised that it was serviced even though the was a tag on the door.

Hotel is very good, clean, services good, people are nice. Surrounding has some restaurants, supermarket.

非常乾淨，非常温馨房東老太太一直等我們到很晚，還擔心下雨，我們路上會不會方便。整個房間有暖氣有冰箱，可以從開關面板看出是新裝修的。關鍵是暖氣片都是乾乾淨淨的！！可以看得出房東的用心！！早餐的食物也好吃，熱騰騰的，比前面幾天在英國別的酒店的都好吃，是他們自己煮的！強烈推薦這家温馨的餐廳！！ The place is very clean and cozy. The elderly landlady waited for us until very late and was concerned about the rain, worrying if we would have any trouble on the way. The entire room has heating and a refrigerator, and you can tell from the switch panels that it has been recently renovated. The key point is that the radiators are spotlessly clean!! You can really see the care the landlady has put into it!! The breakfast was also delicious, served hot, and better than what we had at other hotels in the UK in the previous days. It was homemade! I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place!!

Car park, quite room, comfortable bed, good shower and excellent breakfast. I had read a few neutral reviews but my stay exceeded expectations. I had everything I needed and wanted. I had a room overlooking the carpark which was very quiet. I will stay here again. Walking distance (19mins) to central West Bridgford, easy walk to trams and bus stop outside hotel.

Mi habitación era grande, y el hotel en general era bueno, pero el ascensor tenía envolturas dulces en la primera noche y estaba todavía allí cuando me dejé, pequeño detalle que no me dejará recomendar el hotel pero usted lo preguntó y eso fue el único poco que podía informarle,

El hotel estaba bien mantenido y tenía un ambiente agradable.
