Hoteles con Wifi en Asuán, Egipto

Our stay at Benben was a bit of a mixed one. If you are someone who has a lot of time on your hands and you want to take photos for instagram and do not care about water supply/shower issue, this may be the right place for you. On the other hand, if you have travel schedule planned and not too flexible with time (e.g., Abu Simbel day trip) and care about sleep quality, this is not the place for you. We stayed here for 2 nights, on our first day, we arrived around 3pm with sweats and heat exhaustion from our Philae temple visit. After being sent to our room, we realised the water wasn’t working. Hotel told us to wait as they had some water supply issue, after waiting for 5 hours, we called again and were told they are still fixing it and could not tell us an ETA on the fix. With frustration and massive migraine from heat exhaustion and no clear ETA, I figured I had to sleep with sweats and anger. The 2nd issue we encountered was the ferry to the dock. The hotel is on and island which means every time we want to go in and out, we would need to contact the hotel to arrange for the boat for transfer). On the day we need to leave, we were waiting on the boat with a Danish couple but we could not depart after waiting for 20 mins (post the initial agreed departure time). Even though the other couple made a complaint to the hotel staff, they did not care or give a clear answer on when we can leave. Another 20 mins later, we we realised we were waiting for another couple to come onboard (and confirmed with them that they were 20 mins late to their original appointment). At this point, we were already very late to meet our own driver and start our 8 hours trip to Luxor. Most hotel staff could not speak English, the only ones we can communicate to was Nirvana (from front counter) and the restaurant manager. The rest of the staff were not well trained to do basic communication. So… If you have time, ok to deal with the above potential issues (oh…and lots of stairs!), go ahead and you will enjoy the amazing views from the hotel.

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

Aquí es relativamente remoto y las condiciones sanitarias del pueblo son normales. Quizás mejoren en el futuro. Sin embargo, cuando me registré, el ambiente circundante no era satisfactorio. Quizás sus habitaciones estén desinfectadas antes. Me registré, pero cuando sentí que el olor de la habitación preparada para mí era demasiado fuerte, la cambié a una habitación sin olor y descubrí que había al menos docenas de mosquitos. Maté a 20 de ellos. Las bobinas traídas por el personal de servicio no funcionaron. En resumen, sería más conveniente si solo tuviera una estadía corta desde el aeropuerto. Si viene aquí desde la ciudad, no es una buena opción. Cálido y amigable. La cotización de transporte del jefe al Templo de Abu Simbel coincide con mi comprensión real.

El hotel está bien ubicado, en el centro de Aswan y al lado del Nilo, lo único que las instalaciones ya están un poco viejas con manchas de mucho uso y muebles viejos, el desayuno buffet muy básico y con poca variedad, fuera de eso, es un buen hotel

Este hotel está en lo más alto de la ciudad de Asuán, en lo alto de una colina empinada. No hay lugares para comer alrededor. El más cercano es el restaurante 1902 en Lao Falls, fuimos a disfrutarlo por la noche y los tres gastamos más de 2.500 libras, lo cual es un lujo poco común. El hotel en sí no está mal y las habitaciones están bien. Pero ahora se está renovando parte y el pasillo está un poco gris. Si no tienes coche y quieres pasear por Asuán, te recomendamos buscar un hotel en la ciudad, que te resultará más conveniente. Se recomienda alquilar un coche para ver la presa de Asuán. Después de todo, ha sido un producto de nuestros libros de historia durante muchos años. Además, es muy importante: no se recomienda seguir a la multitud hasta el templo de Abu Simbel temprano en la mañana. Es demasiado difícil, pero en ese momento sigues siendo un ser humano. Alquilamos un coche y salimos a las 7:30. Cuando llegamos alrededor de las 11:00, había mucha menos gente y la experiencia turística fue mucho mejor. Llegamos al aeropuerto de Asuán alrededor de las 4:00 de la tarde. A menos que vayas a hacer un crucero, no es necesario salir temprano por la mañana para ir a los templos de Abu Simbel.

The best surprise of my trip to Aswan was choosing this hotel. I honestly can’t recommend it enough! The room was covered in beautiful, locally inspired murals, and I loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into every detail, from the natural lighting to the decorations and everyday items in the room. Everything works together beautifully, and it feels completely different from a generic chain hotel. It has such a relaxed, welcoming, home-away-from-home feel. The owner is incredibly kind, reliable, and helpful, and he helped arrange everything from meals to transportation. During my trip to Abu Simbel, whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, he responded very quickly through the app and always offered practical solutions, which made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. The food at the hotel was also delicious and really suited my taste. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. I felt comfortable, well looked after, and completely at ease. If you’re visiting Aswan, you really can’t go wrong with this place!

¡Un hotel nuevo y genial! ¡Todo es nuevo, fresco, bonito y cómodo! La habitación resultó ser una suite de dos habitaciones. ¡El personal es increíble y profesional! ¡Los desayunos y las cenas son excelentes! El ambiente es relajante. ¡Tengo muchas ganas de volver!

Ubicado en el centro de Asuán, goza de una ubicación privilegiada junto a un pequeño centro comercial frecuentado por los lugareños. La habitación quizás sea algo antigua, pero estaba muy limpia y el aire acondicionado era bastante confortable. El personal del vestíbulo fuma en el interior. El río Nilo está justo enfrente, por lo que se puede dar un paseo por la orilla. El inconveniente es que por la tarde, muchos vendedores ambulantes intentan venderte cosas y es difícil quitárselos de encima. Está cerca de la estación de tren de Asuán y de la comisaría de policía, a unos 7 minutos a pie.

Excelente hotel en Aswan! Las personas son muy agradables y la comida es buena aquí. Amar la vibe tranquila y disfrutar del río Nilo. Hay una granja aquí y las verduras se le envían directamente a la mesa. Alimentos frescos jamás. Amar el concepto de este hotel!

Many celebrities have stayed at this hotel, where I enjoyed the view worth seeing from anywhere while staying in a fabulous room. Especially the view of the Nile from the rooms is breathtakingly beautiful. I can't help feeling how much effort goes into maintaining the hotel's facilities, including the garden. Moreover, as an attention to detail, towels in the room are embroidered with the hotel logo, and the cotton package containing the hair dryer is also embroidered with ”Wonderful hair begins with a little wind” . I would like to express my respect to all the people who have continued to put such attention to detail into their work! I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to visiting again in the near future!
