Hoteles con Wifi en Zhejiang, China

Para mi viaje al Lago del Oeste, elegí este hotel a ciegas y no me arrepiento. Los sofás del vestíbulo son de cuero auténtico, muy cómodos y con un tacto de calidad. La ropa de cama de la habitación es de algodón puro, se cambia con cada huésped, es agradable para la piel y transpirable, así que dormí de maravilla. La ducha del baño tiene un caudal de agua uniforme. Además, el hotel ofrece servicio gratuito de consigna de equipaje, lo que me permitió salir a disfrutar del Lago del Oeste después del check-out sin tener que cargar con mis maletas. Las instalaciones y el servicio son excelentes.

Instalaciones: La habitación tiene un Xiaodu (altavoz inteligente) que permite controlar el televisor, el aire acondicionado, etc., lo cual es muy conveniente. En el vestíbulo hay un robot que puede entregar pedidos a domicilio. Higiene: La limpieza es aceptable, incluso ampliamos nuestra estancia un día más. Ambiente: El ambiente es muy bueno, hay una estación de metro cerca y muchos lugares para visitar alrededor del Lago del Oeste. Servicio: El servicio es atento y el hotel es acogedor.

Las chicas de la recepción maravillosas, el hotel perfectamente ubicado y un trato genial. Recomendable 100%!!

Muy buen servicio. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Un ambiente muy local. Mucha gente charlando en el vestíbulo tomando té. En el centro. La habitación es bastante estándar. Limpia y sin mucho carácter.

We are a family of three and booked this room 50, which does not face the waterfront. The location is in the middle of town, but this is not an issue thanks to the well connected buggy service. Please note that this is a heritage building, so there is no lift, you have to carry your luggages up. Cleanliness was acceptable, and overall the room was good, though do not expect hotel-quality bedding — the pillow was quite thin. The décor is dated, the lighting can feel dark, and cold drafts may seep in during winter. The room includes breakfast and a check-in dessert, so make sure to come with some stomach space for it. Our hosts were friendly, which made our stay pleasant — we would recommend staying here. :)

Es un hotel cómodo, elegante, muy limpio y confortable (con alguna mejora pequeña en la habitación). Las personas de recepción son muy amables y siempre disponibles y dispuestas a ayudarte. Da gusto entrar al hall, es amplio y la gente de recepción te recibe amigablemente. La habitación es luminosa, tranquila y espaciosa, con todo lo necesario! Además el desayuno es muy variado, sano y completo! El hotel está muy cerca del lago, la zona antigua y una estación de metro. Alquilamos una bicicleta y nos ayudaron a reservarla. Veníamos para una noche y nos quedamos dos. Repetiríamos si volviéramos a Hangzhou! Gracias!

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Hotel donde nos alojamos solo una noche, el hotel en si es lindo y bien decorado. Al llegar, el personal solo hablaba chino, por lo que se hace muy dificil comunicarse con turistas extranjeros. La habitación estaba bien, buenas instalaciones, aunque tuvimos la mala experiencia de que la ducha no funcionaba bien, y al finalizar el baño se había inundado media habitacion. Entiendo que pudo haber sido un problema puntual. El desayuno tambien era solo para chinos, nada de comida occidental, ni siquiera habia cuchillos y tenedores, solo palillos.

Solía ​​​​alojarme en All Seasons, y este es igual que All Seasons, pero también tiene un altavoz Bluetooth automático en la habitación, por lo que puedes escuchar música tan pronto como ingresas a la habitación, y el servicio es muy bueno. Lo he revisado muchas veces y el servicio es excelente. El precio es barato, realmente lo recomiendo.

Recibes lo que pagas. Excelente ubicación y personal de limpieza muy atento. El alojamiento era exactamente como se describe: nada del otro mundo, pero con una excelente relación calidad-precio. La ubicación es increíblemente conveniente, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y transporte público, lo que facilitó mucho el desplazamiento. El personal de limpieza fue amable y atento, manteniendo el alojamiento impecable durante toda nuestra estancia. Se proporcionaron servicios básicos y el registro de entrada y salida fue muy sencillo. Si buscas una estancia económica en una zona céntrica, esta es una opción excelente. Simplemente gestiona tus expectativas y quedarás satisfecho.
