La señora fue increíblemente amable; estábamos teniendo problemas con el equipaje y, al oírnos, bajó rápidamente a ayudarnos. Éramos tres personas en una habitación doble que resultó ser un poco pequeña. Al ver la cantidad de equipaje que teníamos y que no cabía, la señora nos hizo un upgrade gratuito. Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente. La vista es increíble Yangtze con montañas. Está cerca de Wanda Shopping CTr. Me he actualizado a una habitación excelente para tener vista al río. Es limpio, nuevo y moderno. Tene todo lo que necesito . Estaba sorprendente que me quedara 4 noches extra en Yichang después de la visita. El joven en la mesa delantera fue útil para actualizarme con un costo razonable. Yichang es una ciudad de transferencia para mi viaje en Shennongjia. Pero es mucho mejor que Shennongjia. Disfrute de la vista del valle a Shennongjia.

Located about 400 meters from Renhe metro station exit D. As you exit turn left.
The room is in an apartment building (#3). The office is a couple of doors further from the entrance, in fact the guard of the building took me to the office.
You need to have WeChat since the instructions including the access code is sent.
Room was comfortable and simple, everyday towels were changed and water bottles were left.
Around the building there were restaurants and grocery stores.
Wifi was good.

二刷出行，雙泉酒店無論是環境，設施還是服務衞生都甩襄陽奇趣酒店好幾條街，真的感受完全不一樣，各方面服務都很貼心，而且這個酒店很漂亮，各種在每個地方都充滿苔蘚景觀，各種綠植，創意滿滿。在酒店大廳用餐的時候，前台小姐姐還送來礦泉水！！小細節做的都很到位！！比我在襄陽那個酒店舒服多了，上次出行很後悔，這個酒店我還是想三刷四刷的那種！！但是有一些小建議，庭院泡池房能不能再加個小床，後加的小床真的睡的太難受，一點不舒適，睡覺最重要了，應該改進下，還有親子雙床房也是床太小，睡一大一小真的太容易掉了，又不好合並起來，應該設定一張大一點，一張小一點，這樣合理一點！！

The room is big, it was clean and comfortable. My rate did not had breakfast. Did not use any of the hotel facilities besides the room. The staff was kind, even though they did not speak english, everything worked fine.

Amazing value for the price I paid. Very new hotel and quiet for airport location. I did have to take shuttle service between T3 and T2, it was easy to navigate.

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station.
Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked).
The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning.
In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.

Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**

Los productos de la cama son realmente muy cómodos, los pañales de viaje son muy atractivos, desaparecen en el momento bajo la cama. Los pañales de la cama de guardia son demasiado atractivos para los trabajadores, no necesitan depurar la temperatura de agua repetidamente, y lavarse cómodamente en un baño hostil. LLove ShrewsburyVaya, ¿qué puedo decir? Este hotel es magnífico. En cuanto llegas al hotel Silu Tiansi, puedes ver que va a ser una buena experiencia. Te recogen el equipaje en la puerta mientras te registras en la preciosa recepción. El personal era maravilloso, especialmente una señora que siempre estaba sonriendo y era muy servicial. Lamentablemente, no recuerdo su nombre. Nos dieron la llave de nuestra habitación y un señor muy amable nos llevó el equipaje a la habitación. Desde la zona de recepción hasta las habitaciones, este hotel es muy limpio, contemporáneo y extraordinario. La habitación también estaba muy bien decorada e incluía un minibar gratuito. La ducha es una de las más potentes que he usado. También tienen secadores de pelo Dyson, lo cual fue una novedad. Así que mi esposa estaba feliz. Nuestra habitación incluía desayuno, pero desafortunadamente, debido a nuestro vuelo temprano, no pudimos probarlo. Pero lo que no sabíamos cuando hicimos la reserva es que entre las 3 y las 5 había una zona de aperitivos estilo bufé con bebidas que también estaba incluida en el precio. Fue muy agradable después de nuestro largo viaje tener esto incluido. El comedor también estaba muy limpio y contemporáneo. Hay un restaurante en el hotel que era fantástico. Pedimos 5 platos para 2 personas pensando que serían porciones pequeñas. Eran 5 platos enormes que estaban deliciosos. Sin embargo, nos los terminamos después de una hora de comer jajaja. Después de pasar una gran noche de sueño en las sábanas inmaculadamente limpias, tuvimos que tomar nuestro vuelo a las 5 am. Este hotel también incluye traslados VIP al aeropuerto en un cómodo monovolumen Mercedes. Normalmente, esto costaría 70 yuanes en taxi.
Me he alojado en hoteles de todo el mundo. En Londres, Shanghái, Hong Kong, Macao, España y muchos otros países. Tengo que decir que este hotel es uno de los mejores en los que me he alojado en relación calidad-precio. Fueron 399 yuanes por todo lo que he dicho anteriormente, lo cual es increíble. Si necesitas un hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Wuhan, te recomiendo que pruebes este. No te decepcionará. ¡Nos vemos de nuevo en el futuro y gracias! 😀
