El hotel está en el tercer piso de un apartamento. Aunque la calle delantera parece sucia, la habitación es bastante limpia. Me encantó la manera en que los recepcionistas me trataron cuando llegué. El joven ayudó a llevar mi maleta y ofreció una actualización gratuita a una habitación más grande. Si bien no todos pueden hablar inglés, trataron de usar la aplicación de traductores para darme instrucciones detalladas.

La habitación es grande y limpia. El precio es razonable, pero el colchón era delgado y duro, lo cual no era ideal ni adecuado para dormir.
La ubicación está a poca distancia a pie de la calle Renhi, que está a dos o tres estaciones de la estación de tren de Wuhan.

二刷出行，雙泉酒店無論是環境，設施還是服務衞生都甩襄陽奇趣酒店好幾條街，真的感受完全不一樣，各方面服務都很貼心，而且這個酒店很漂亮，各種在每個地方都充滿苔蘚景觀，各種綠植，創意滿滿。在酒店大廳用餐的時候，前台小姐姐還送來礦泉水！！小細節做的都很到位！！比我在襄陽那個酒店舒服多了，上次出行很後悔，這個酒店我還是想三刷四刷的那種！！但是有一些小建議，庭院泡池房能不能再加個小床，後加的小床真的睡的太難受，一點不舒適，睡覺最重要了，應該改進下，還有親子雙床房也是床太小，睡一大一小真的太容易掉了，又不好合並起來，應該設定一張大一點，一張小一點，這樣合理一點！！

The hotel is highly recommended especially if you plan to go for a trip to the Three Gorges Dam and nearby attractions because the transport hub is right nearby. Besides, there are shopping mall, grocery stores and various eateries in surrounding areas for your selection. The room is clean with all necessary amenities for the affordable price. Definitivamente un hotel con una buena relación calidad-precio.
Instalaciones: El hotel dispone de completas instalaciones y está equipado con un aparcamiento subterráneo exclusivo con amplias plazas de aparcamiento. La habitación es grande, además de las instalaciones básicas, también cuenta con sombrillas y otros suministros. Los detalles son muy fáciles de usar.
Higiene: El estado higiénico de la habitación es muy bueno y la ropa de cama es muy cómoda.
Entorno: El hotel está ubicado en el área urbana, con un centro comercial al lado Es muy conveniente para ir de compras y comer. El aislamiento acústico es muy bueno, y no hay ruidos que afecten a tu descanso. La tienda de vinos también tiene un restaurante, con opciones de buffet tanto chinas como occidentales, y hay muchas opciones.
Servicio: El servicio es muy entusiasta. Había mucha gente en el vestíbulo al momento del check-in, pero todavía había gente saludando a los huéspedes e informándoles de la ubicación del estacionamiento.

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station.
Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked).
The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning.
In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

Sólo notó algunas cosas: el AC en la habitación no funcionaba bien, era demasiado caliente que tuvimos que transferir a una nueva habitación. Luego la nueva habitación que transferimos fue más pequeña. AC estaba bien. El problema, aunque era que las hojas tienen viejos olores y el tubo se rompió. Muy una experiencia para una suite Continental Club/VIP. Oh por cierto, no hay bidet 😆

Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings.
First impressions
- Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to.
- Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps.
Room and comfort
- The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board.
- Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking.
- Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess.

- Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient.

LLove ShrewsburyVaya, ¿qué puedo decir? Este hotel es magnífico. En cuanto llegas al hotel Silu Tiansi, puedes ver que va a ser una buena experiencia. Te recogen el equipaje en la puerta mientras te registras en la preciosa recepción. El personal era maravilloso, especialmente una señora que siempre estaba sonriendo y era muy servicial. Lamentablemente, no recuerdo su nombre. Nos dieron la llave de nuestra habitación y un señor muy amable nos llevó el equipaje a la habitación. Desde la zona de recepción hasta las habitaciones, este hotel es muy limpio, contemporáneo y extraordinario. La habitación también estaba muy bien decorada e incluía un minibar gratuito. La ducha es una de las más potentes que he usado. También tienen secadores de pelo Dyson, lo cual fue una novedad. Así que mi esposa estaba feliz. Nuestra habitación incluía desayuno, pero desafortunadamente, debido a nuestro vuelo temprano, no pudimos probarlo. Pero lo que no sabíamos cuando hicimos la reserva es que entre las 3 y las 5 había una zona de aperitivos estilo bufé con bebidas que también estaba incluida en el precio.
