Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

У гостиницы прекрасное местоположение,прям на площади,рядом торговые точки супермаркет.Жили на 12 этаже с прямым видом на площадь.В номере уютно,не прокурено,чистые полотенца и белоснежное постельное.На ресепшене работают милые ,приветливые девушки. Завтраки на троечку,ресторан нуждается в реновации,не очень уютно в нем.В целом отель рекомендую.

Приезжали в Хэйхэ, чтобы отметить мой день рождения с семьёй и друзьями. Остановились в данном отеле. Что я могу сказать, отель превосходный, обслуживание на высоте, чистота в номерах. Кровати очень удобные, постель белоснежный. В душе есть всё необходимое - шампунь, гель, кондиционер, всё качественное, даже косметическое зеркало есть. Завтрак очень вкусный, большое разнообразие блюд, чай, кофе, молоко, есть всё. Бутылочки с водой и в номерах, и в столовой, и на ресепшене. В следующий раз остановимся здесь же. Тем более, всё торговые места в шаговой доступности, а вечерний рынок это вообще что-то нереальное, чего там только нет. Спасибо большое.

The hotel room was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. However, the territory surrounding the hotel was a bit lackluster, with limited greenery or outdoor spaces. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in some areas was a minor drawback

Прекрасный отель, чистота, находится на обратной стороне за рестораном Максим. Всё в шаговой доступности. Обслуживание отличное. В номере чисто, тёплые полы, ежедневно меняют полотенца, приборы гигиены, воду. В целом гостиница оставила приятные впечатления, и в суйфэньхэ мы будем останавливаться только здесь. Кроме того, хотела отметить, что по ошибке я забронировала номер без окна. Нам заменили номер без всяких доплат.

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

Este hotel está justo a orillas del río, justo enfrente del teleférico y junto al metro. Está a cinco minutos a pie del monumento de control de inundaciones y de la Avenida Central. La ubicación es perfecta y la insonorización es excelente. Es muy limpio, con servicio de limpieza diario y fruta fresca. El servicio fue excelente. La recepcionista fue cálida y atenta, y el encargado del vestíbulo, el Sr. Gong, fue muy considerado. Incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos preguntó si lo necesitábamos. Cuando supo que íbamos a tomar el metro, incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos acompañó hasta la entrada. Todos fueron muy amables. Este es un hotel fantástico.

The room was super comfortable and the attention was really dedicated. Also, the hotel is very well located near numerous malls and the walking street. Strong recommend.

Отель неплохой , хотя имеются мелкие недочеты . В двух комнатах - всего 2 розетки , и на те нужны переходники ! Чайник и одноразовые стаканчики ( даже кружек в номере нет ) . По чистоте уже писали - если не привередливые пойдет . В номере - тихо . Постельное и полотенце - чистые ! В общем если цена адекватная , для не сильно требовательно туриста , на пару ночей , отель хороший , т к расположение у него просто 10 из 10 !
