I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money. The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly. The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again.

Excelente ubicación, a solo unos minutos a pie de la iglesia de Santa Sofía. El personal fue muy atento y cortés. Mención especial para la señorita Wen Wen (文文 姑娘), quien insistió en ayudarme a llevar mi equipaje a pesar de la llovizna y esperó mi taxi. Se lo agradezco mucho 👍. No había olor a cigarrillo ni mal olor en la habitación. Solo el vestíbulo y el ascensor tienen olor a cigarrillo. En general, muy recomendable.

Este hotel está justo a orillas del río, justo enfrente del teleférico y junto al metro. Está a cinco minutos a pie del monumento de control de inundaciones y de la Avenida Central. La ubicación es perfecta y la insonorización es excelente. Es muy limpio, con servicio de limpieza diario y fruta fresca. El servicio fue excelente. La recepcionista fue cálida y atenta, y el encargado del vestíbulo, el Sr. Gong, fue muy considerado. Incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos preguntó si lo necesitábamos. Cuando supo que íbamos a tomar el metro, incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos acompañó hasta la entrada. Todos fueron muy amables. Este es un hotel fantástico.

The Lizzy is a winning mixture of luxury and cosy comfort. The beautiful rooms, awesome breakfast, free soft drinks, and complimentary welcome afternoon tea only go to augment the brilliant service of Ran Ran 我的名字 and the other front of house professionals who are all efficient, considerate, and friendly. For me, the breakfast buffet was a real highlight, not only for the great food but also the lovely people who were unobtrusively standing by and ensuring all went as smoothly as the passionfruit and orange juice slipped down! Thanks for your wonderful help and sorry I did not get your names, breakfast folks!

There’s many options near airport and even this hotel one a bit higher in Price compare to other hotels I DO recommend this place! My mom stayed there one day as a layover and here is some tips to sum up: They have very amazing transfer and just be sure to write somewhere or screenshot Chinese name of the hotel so airport employees can help you call them in case if you don’t have internet It’s just 3 minutes from airport! Be sure to inform them about your flight and they very professional I would like to thanks the hotel team because my mom didn’t had internet but because of hotel staff humbleness and support she was at ease 🥹 Will definitely use again and recommend others 💗

Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

Отличный отель, большие просторные номера. Оформленны в современном стиле. Семьям с детками особенно понравятся тематические номера. Деткам дают красивые детские тапочки и интересный зубной набор. Завтраки это особенность этого отеля.!!!! Такого выбора и такого вида мы ещё в Китае нигде не видели. Большой ресторан все очень вкусно. Большой выбор блюд и супов, и даже есть роллы. В следующей поездке в Хэйхе будем останавливаться только в этом отеле!!!
