Este hotel está justo a orillas del río, justo enfrente del teleférico y junto al metro. Está a cinco minutos a pie del monumento de control de inundaciones y de la Avenida Central. La ubicación es perfecta y la insonorización es excelente. Es muy limpio, con servicio de limpieza diario y fruta fresca. El servicio fue excelente. La recepcionista fue cálida y atenta, y el encargado del vestíbulo, el Sr. Gong, fue muy considerado. Incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos preguntó si lo necesitábamos. Cuando supo que íbamos a tomar el metro, incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos acompañó hasta la entrada. Todos fueron muy amables. Este es un hotel fantástico.

La señora de la recepción ayudó a mejorar el tipo de habitación. Su actitud fue muy amable y tomó la iniciativa de ayudar a empujar el equipaje a la habitación. Las instalaciones del hotel están completas y la bañera está equipada con una cubierta de plástico desechable, que es muy reflexivo. El tipo de habitación reservado originalmente no tenía desayuno. Originalmente planeé visitar el mercado matutino local, pero hacía demasiado frío con mis hijos, así que elegí desayunar en el hotel. Cuesta 38 yuanes por persona. El camarero del La puerta del restaurante también ayudó a eliminar la tarifa de los niños. Aunque la tarifa no es costosa, los niños no pudieron comer mucho, pero se sintieron muy bien. Lo más importante fue que el desayuno fue rico. Debe consider**** el mejor desayuno en este viaje. La estancia en general fue estupenda. The local is awesome, right in the middle of zhong yang street, you can access anywhere easily. The decorations is fabulous is you love the galmourous European style. The only complain is the washing machine is not enough and time use is limited to only 9. Breakfast has lots of variety.
My father in law's one person bedroom is super tiny though.

Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.

Отдыхали в Муданьцзяне 3 дня. Посетили город впервые. Выбор гостиницы был по отзывам туристов и расположению.
Нам все очень и очень понравилось. Очень комфортные высокие кровати, чистый удобный санузел, много сценариев освещения в номере. Расположение отеля потрясающе удобное, буквально 10 минут неспеша до Народного парка и прям в сердце пешеходной улицы.
Посещали баню, она великолепна.
Сыну 3,5 года, он под большим впечатлением и от ”большой гостиницы” и от бани. Обязательно вернёмся еще не раз.
Спасибо за хороший прием!

Отличный отель. Действительно один из лучших, но у меня астма. Поэтому я заказывал номер для не курящих, но мне дали номер, в котором только что кто то накурил. Я попросил поменять администратора, мне дали другой номер, который к сожалению тоже куревом, но чуть меньше первого номера. Я так понял номеров для некрящих у них просто нет

Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Muy cerca de la calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía; hay un pequeño supermercado abajo, muy práctico.
El servicio es excelente; ofrecen agua embotellada y bebidas gratis.
Hay una lavandería gratuita, lo cual es un detalle muy amable.

PPaweesudaThe hotel location is located at the slopes for Ski. Inside of hotel itself have buffet & restaurants. Nearby hotel got KFC, coffee shop, and minimart located inside of the hotel. Room quite big and with a view of slopes.
Hotel offer free equipment of ski. This would be good for a ski lover. But since I have to stay in Harbin more several days so I tried to avoid any of accidents so I didn’t joined this time.
More importantly I am quite impressed with service of the staffs with a very high service mind, kindness, helpful and supportive.
I would definitely come back again next year🩵

Los miembros del personal fueron amables y serviciales y brindaron un servicio eficiente durante toda mi estadía.
Las habitaciones del hotel estaban limpias y bien mantenidas, ofreciendo un ambiente confortable para relajarse. La ropa de cama era acogedora, lo que garantizaba un buen descanso nocturno después de un día agotador explorando la ciudad.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

La administración es desordenada y la disposición de las camas no está de acuerdo con las reglas. La ubicación de la tarjeta de la habitación, en cuál está realmente disponible para quedarse, no hay agua mineral. Se proporciona y está relativamente cerca de la calle Central, todo depende del presupuesto y las necesidades personales, después de toda la experiencia, personalmente no lo recomiendo, así que déjelo así.

La puerta del hotel parece tener varios puestos de coche gratis. No lo he ocupado, no lo he visto en blanco. Los amigos que vienen deben prestar atención.
El hotel se va a la catedral, sólo unos minutos, es más conveniente, el precio es bueno.
El hotel debe abrir durante mucho tiempo, no hay habitaciones grandes, hay algo que merece elogio, es que el agua es muy fluido! La actitud del servidor del hotel es también buena.

另外機場和酒店距離很近，最後趕飛機也很方便。

La habitación es limpia e higiénica. Como traje a mis hijos, la recepcionista de apellido Sun les regaló imanes para el refrigerador y piruletas, lo cual es muy considerado. Se lo he recomendado a mis amigos y sin duda me alojaré aquí la próxima vez.

The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin.
The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat.
Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals.
City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore.
Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.
Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.
