En general, estoy muy satisfecho. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel no son nuevas, siguen estando limpias e higiénicas. Las dos recepcionistas de la puerta fueron muy entusiastas y me recomendaron muchos lugares para elegir. La vista al río desde la habitación es magnífica. Mis hijos volverán a alojarse aquí la próxima vez. El agua que proporcionan tiene en cuenta las necesidades de los huéspedes. Fue una estancia muy satisfactoria. ¡Nos vemos la próxima vez!

Great hotel located in the heart of Harbin, very close to all major attractions. Rooms where very clean and extremely comfortable. Decor was also beautiful. My only complaint was that nobody here could speak English. For an upmarket hotel some of the employees must be able to speak English otherwise it brings the value down. One thing I do appreciate is that they have cat houses outside the hotel for stray cats to find a place of warmth during the very cold winters. A hotel that cares for animals is beyond amazing in my view and that's why I give them five stars .

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, ya que el Aeropuerto Internacional Harbin Taiping está a menos de 10 minutos en coche. El hotel también ofrece servicio gratuito de transporte al aeropuerto. El personal del hotel se encargará de confirmar su solicitud de transporte con un día de antelación para reservar con antelación. La habitación es estupenda y muy cómoda.

Отель превзошел все ожидания ,местоположение,удобства ,отношение сотрудников ,все на высшем уровне ,в номере имеется все необходимое ,для комфортного проживания .В отели есть свой банный комплекс с источниками ,рядом с отелям вся инфраструктура.Однозначно рекомендую этот !

Гостиница отличная, обслуживание тоже на 100 баллов, чистая и уютная. Брали семейный номер с гостиной и две комнаты прям довольны, очень тепло и уютно. На ресепшене есть переводчик поэтому было комфортно общаться. Питание разнообразное на любителя, но лучше брать питание с оплатой в кафе, тогда может получиться меньше чем платить единую оплату 39 ю. Расположение зимой конечно не очень удобно, кто любит шопинг, а летом прям кайф, пройтись прогуляться до Хуафу, посмотреть мимо много разнообразных кафе магазинов 👍. А еще нашли напротив гостиницы магазин большой канц товаров прям зачетный. Вообщем рекомендуем. А цены на трип намного приятнее чем в самой гостинице заказывать.

Гостиница в центре, все находится в шаговой доступности, персонал вежливый, номера чистые уютные, вещи первой необходимости предоставляют (шампунь, зубная паста, зубные щетки, гель для душа, мыло). С удовольствием вернемся к вам

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, a poca distancia a pie de la Calle Central, la Catedral de Santa Sofía y la estación de metro. La habitación estaba impecable, las sábanas eran suaves y cómodas, y la insonorización era bastante buena. El personal era muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno era variado y fresco. ¡Sin duda, volveré a elegir este hotel la próxima vez que venga!
