«Un hotel atractivo en un antiguo complejo imperial (una biblioteca o algo similar) que ofrece habitaciones amplias y limpias. Está en la ladera de una colina, pero se pueden tomar taxis o vehículos compartidos hasta la puerta. Además, está muy cerca del centro y a un corto trayecto de los templos de interés de Chengde. Ofrecen un desayuno decente en el restaurante del hotel y un servicio de cena con platos locales que se supone que son similares a los que podría haber comido un emperador. Así que puedes cenar como un emperador, pagando una tarifa. Los grandes ciervos que deambulan por los jardines te miran con sus grandes ojos tristes, obviamente buscando limosna, pero no te dejes engañar, ya que hay mucha hierba. Había obras en marcha; parece que los edificios están en reformas, pero no afectaron nuestra estancia. Hay letreros en inglés y personal de recepción que habla inglés.»

«La habitación era muy espaciosa, la ropa de cama cómoda y las almohadas increíblemente suaves. Lo mejor fueron las lavadoras y secadoras; la amable recepcionista me ayudó a encenderlas e incluso me subió la ropa seca a la habitación. ¡Un detalle muy considerado! ¡Eso merece puntos extra! El restaurante del desayuno no era muy grande y la variedad no era tan amplia como esperaba. No tenían los panecillos de burro ni la leche de almendras que ofrece el Hilton Chengde South Station.»

«We come from Malaysia, stayed for 2 nights, thumbs up to our guide 小宇 for her exellent service and knowledge when we joined the 9.9 trip to Chengde resort. Hotel is modern and clean, staffs are very helpful. Location is good as it is near to shopping mall and some restaurant. 我们来自马来西亚，住宿2晚，参加了9.9元的避暑山庄讲解，导游小宇知识渊博，讲解的非常到位，还帮我们照相，非常感谢。酒店装修风格新颖别致，干净整洁 ，员工非常热心，酒店旁边有商场，吃饭很方便。»

«Stayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.»

Supuestamente llegar al hotel a las 6:00 por tren de alta velocidad. Ticket totalmente vendido. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.»

«特別感謝辦理入住的前台沈小姐，得知我們一家親子遊玩還經過協調免費送了一份早餐，還有21層的客房服務大姐，各方面的服務都很貼心，如果為了遊玩選擇萬達還是不錯的，雖然距離景點有點偏遠，但是承德不大，20分鐘基本都可以到達避暑山莊，普寧寺。»

«The river view room is very spacious, we absolutely love it. The breakfast is good as well, got a mixture of local cuisine and western food, both my husband and I quite enjoyed it. The only downside is that we found some bugs on our curtains for the last night stay:( the reception people are quite helpful for arranging a room switch. Overall, we quite enjoyed our time staying at this hotel.»
