Al llegar en coche, el excelente servicio se hizo evidente nada más entrar en el aparcamiento. El Sr. Wang, el encargado del aparcamiento, nos guió con el coche e incluso nos ayudó con el equipaje. ¡Muchísimas gracias! El servicio en el centro de atención al cliente de la octava planta también fue increíblemente atento. Fuimos a pedir prestado un microondas y, al saber que viajábamos con un niño, nos ofrecieron fruta extra con mucha amabilidad. El servicio en el Hotel Chengde fue igualmente encomiable. Todo el personal demostró no solo entusiasmo y pasión por su trabajo, sino también confianza y seguridad en sí mismos. Las numerosas y amables visitas que recibimos durante nuestra estancia hicieron que nuestro viaje a Chengde fuera no solo satisfactorio, sino también entrañable. ¡El Hotel Chengde representa no solo la cultura de un hotel, sino también la cultura de la ciudad! ¡Hotel Chengde, muy recomendable!

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only con is that is very far from the city center and there are no stores nearby.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas y la estancia es muy cómoda. El entorno es bueno, hay un hermoso río al lado y es conveniente para comer e ir de compras. A su lado hay grandes centros comerciales, supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia y cafeterías. Introducción del hotel: El personal de recepción es muy amable, especialmente Xiao Luo, quien fue muy considerado y me dio una colcha. Vale la pena recomendarlo 👍👍

Location is good as it is near to the main attractions. Service is fantastic as the staff went out of his way to attend to our concerns. Would come back again.

前兩天終於打卡了收藏已久的豐寧贊丹莊園，體驗感真的遠超預期，來給大家分享體驗！ 首先，店主有一貓一狗，都是黑色的，一個叫黑子，一個叫警長，超級可愛，左抱貓又摟狗，天倫之樂啊！ 1. 環境絕佳： 整個莊園佔地面積非常大有600畝，有樹林、草甸還有小溪。早上是被鳥叫聲喚醒的，推開窗就是滿眼的綠色，含氧量爆表。莊園裡就有天然小小溪，看看遠處悠閑吃草的牛羊，瞬間卸下了所有疲憊。晚上有點涼，記得多穿些衣服。 2. 騎馬體驗滿分： 來草原怎麼能不騎馬？莊園自帶騎馬項目，而且馬匹狀態都很好。在教練的帶領下在草原上小跑，陽光、草原、叢林、小溪、牛兒、馬兒、羊兒，體驗感太好了，那種歡騰的感覺真的無法用語言形容！新手也完全不用擔心，有專業的牽馬服務，比北京可便宜太多了，就是騎久了還是挺累的。除了騎馬，還有很多別的活動，篝火晚會，煙花晚會，草原越野等等。 3. 食宿不踩雷： 我們住的木屋別墅很有特色，收拾得乾乾淨淨，洗漱用品也很全。晚上在莊園裡吃了烤羊排，外焦裏嫩特別香，餐廳很大，氛圍很好，服務周到熱情，老闆是山東人，好客山東果然名不虛傳。 特別提醒： 莊園對寵物非常友好，看到好多狗狗在草地上瘋跑，簡直是小可愛的天堂。這次時間太短沒玩夠，下次一定要帶上家人多住幾天！五星推薦！🌟

Really nice and quiet place. The staffmember, JingJing, was also really welcoming when we arrived and really helpful during our stay. Good beds and size if the room.

Esta experiencia de esta estancia realmente supera las expectativas, en general muy satisfactoria. La ubicación del hotel es buena, es conveniente viajar y el equipo alrededor está completo. Es el edificio de apartamentos. El edificio es de tres pisos alto. La habitación es grande. Un cama doble grande. Un solo cama. Un sofá. También hay una cocina (no puede ser). El primer piso de la vivienda tiene un jardín, pero la puerta está cerrada y no está abierta. La temperatura en la habitación es baja, es demasiado fría, más que usar 😂. Las atracciones alrededor son más cercanas. Sentimiento personal, comer en la ciudad de Beach, comer en el hotel es muy barato, sabor normal del hotel, y la cantidad es mayor. Comer en la ciudad es demasiado grasa, el nivel de cocinero no es bueno 🤭
