Hoteles con spa en Chengde

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

El hotel es un estilo antiguo, y la habitación es grande, aunque un poco vieja. Envíe billetes calientes todos los días, y es más cómodo hacer un hielo de la noche. El hielo caliente es un hall de lavandería más avanzada del norte, más limpio, después de lavarse, puede descansar y divertirse. El desayuno es rico, el servicio es bueno, el criado ayudará a enviar las nuez a la silla. En general, es muy bueno.

La apariencia es buena, el estacionamiento es conveniente, la actitud del servicio de recepción es buena, la habitación es agradable y atmosférica. Cenamos en el hotel. El cordero asado salteado estaba delicioso. El pollo con abulón estaba un poco menos fragante que el pollo. La sopa de frijoles con verduras es deliciosa.

想認真的問一下是凱萊旗下的酒店嗎？ 很多旅行團住在這裏，一進大堂就是室內抽煙的煙民和如同一萬衹鴨子在叫的吵鬧，正常講話是完全聽不到的。設施比較陳舊，有些設備換一下其實就是分分鐘的事情。早餐也非常一般，品種很少，西點和水果一樣都沒有。圖一架子上的產品為自帶 請忽略

這次在北方的森林體驗感很特別，先後遇上陰天下雪與天氣放晴，兩種天氣都有不一樣的美。雪天山林雲霧繚繞，彷彿置身仙境；晴天視野開闊通透，陽光灑在林間格外治癒，隨手一拍都是大片。還幸運參與了青團手作。服務態度與品質都很不錯，需要的物品及時送到，早餐很不錯👍 管家周姐更是本次入住的一大亮點，貼心熱情，服務細緻周到，有任何需求都能及時幫忙解決，讓人住得非常安心。 美中不足的地方也有幾點：一是私湯升温速度偏慢，等待時間稍長，建議提前公示泡湯注意事項，例如泡湯的時間，酒後不宜泡湯等提示；二是紙巾質量一般，體驗感有待提升；三是民宿限定活動沒有提前告知，在園區偶遇服務人員才得知有音樂會，對於行程安排來説有些倉促。另外，民宿位於村裡，周邊沒有便利店，晚上完全無處購買所需用品與簡餐食品，建議在每層公共區域或前台增設自助商品售賣區方便客人應急。園區面積不算大，建議多增加一些互動性活動，提升遊玩趣味性。同時，目前沒有專業規範的停車場，地面硬化不足，遇到雨雪天停車和行走都不太方便，希望後續能儘快優化。整體而言，環境和服務都很加分，瑕不掩瑜，值得推薦！

No hay comida cerca de este lugar, una calle remota, el restaurante del hotel no es delicioso, el turbo está roto, así que me envié un buen ventilador, un poco grueso por la mañana, y en general no es bueno

La habitación es muy buena, hay piscina de sudor y desayuno muy bueno, es que de repente se calienta y no se concentra en el calefacción, así que la noche duerme fría. La recepción le envió un abrigo a los huéspedes, y la cama es cómoda

前台於清雨服務很好，行李接送超貼心，夜床服務暖到心坎裏。房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，特別適合家庭遊客。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯，開啟活力滿滿的一天。工作人員非常專業，解決問題迅速，十分滿意。酒店周邊景點很多，方便遊覽當地風土人情。總體來説，無論是服務還是設施都讓人非常滿意，值得推薦給大家 。
