She also carried my Baggage to My Room 2303 at Level 3 as there is no Lift Facility here. I thanked here very much as I would have problems carrying my Baggage as I am over 77 years of age. This Ancient City is truly a wonderful place, and the hotel environment is quite pleasant as well. There are lots of variety of local food and snacks. The Hotel also assisted to book a Group Tour to visit Nanjing Toulou and a Private to Fujian Toulou. Also arranged for my private transport by Car to my Hotel in Xiamen.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. It truly felt like one of the best hotels we've ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We experienced an issue with water leaking in our bathtub, but the staff's response was exceptional. As soon as we mentioned the problem, they quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room in the middle of the night. Their prompt attentiveness and willingness to accommodate us made a significant difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. This level of care truly reflects the high standards of the hotel, and we left feeling valued as guests. The amenities were fantastic, and our room was both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat!

The front desk service was excellent — the staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly. They really made our stay more pleasant and assisted us whenever we needed help. However, the facilities need improvement. There was some smoke smell, and water leakage from the ceiling, so we had to place a bucket in the room. Despite these issues, the overall experience was good mainly because of the outstanding service from the front desk team.
