My stay at this hotel was normal overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were quite polite, though not particularly warm. The room was acceptable clean and had the basics. The bed was comfortable enough.
The location is convenient - a stretch of food alongside the street. Many attractions for city walk, which made getting around easy.
Nothing was terribly wrong, but nothing stood out as exceptional either. It’s a decent choice for a short stay if you’re not expecting anything fancy.

La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Hay Anping Plaza y Luckin Coffee cerca del hotel. La habitación es bastante grande y limpia. También hay muchas especialidades locales de Fuzhou. Comida deliciosa cerca del hotel y puedes visitarlo. El servicio brindado por Shanshan en la recepción también fue muy atento y entusiasta, y quedé muy satisfecho.
Además, nos gustaría agradecer a los dos chefs que nos recogieron y nos dejaron. El servicio fue realmente bueno.

I thought that it was quite nice for the price. It even had room slippers! My only problem was availing the free transfer from the airport to the hotel. The reception did not speak English, so I had to look for an airport staff who did to be able to ask the hotel how to be picked-up.

Upon arriving at the Xiyue Minnan Courtyard Hotel, I was greeted with great hospitality. As I was unfamiliar with the surroundings just after getting off the car, my Driver called the Hotel for assistance. The Hotel is located inside a PEDESTRIAN ZONE. Shortly after the call, Siao Dong came to my drop-off point to help me with my luggage and assisted me to check in. She also carried my Baggage to My Room 2303 at Level 3 as there is no Lift Facility here. I thanked here very much as I would have problems carrying my Baggage as I am over 77 years of age. This Ancient City is truly a wonderful place, and the hotel environment is quite pleasant as well. There are lots of variety of local food and snacks. The Hotel also assisted to book a Group Tour to visit Nanjing Toulou and a Private to Fujian Toulou.
Also arranged for my private transport by Car to my Hotel in Xiamen.

Very friendly staff and nice hotel. The hotel was located in a good location with several bus stops nearby to take you to the main sights and train stations. Will stay here again when I come back to Quanzhou!

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Es conveniente salir y tener buen transporte. El autobús del aeropuerto está justo enfrente y el autobús está justo al lado. El personal del hotel tiene una buena actitud de servicio y el ambiente también es bueno.

Buena ubicación justo al comienzo de la calle Zhongshan, pero el nombre del hotel no coincide. El nombre real del hotel es GreenTree Eastern Hotel. Es difícil de encontrar; tuvimos que preguntar varias veces. No tiene grandes instalaciones, es un hotel sencillo con habitaciones limpias. Está bien para pasar la noche.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. It truly felt like one of the best hotels we've ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We experienced an issue with water leaking in our bathtub, but the staff's response was exceptional. As soon as we mentioned the problem, they quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room in the middle of the night. Their prompt attentiveness and willingness to accommodate us made a significant difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. This level of care truly reflects the high standards of the hotel, and we left feeling valued as guests. The amenities were fantastic, and our room was both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat!

Hotel was on renovation, so guess it was not up to what they posted on the website. A lot of cleaning work need to be done.

El diseño de la habitación es único, la decoración es elegante y cálida, las instalaciones son completas y de alta calidad, los productos de cama son blandos y cómodos, y hace que la gente sea agradable toda la noche. El personal del hotel es entusiasta y invitado, el servicio es cuidadoso y intimidad, aquí se puede sentir el calor de la casa, se recomienda enérgicamente a todos, la próxima vez que elijamos esta casa!

La habitación es buena. La firmeza de la cama es agradable. Piloto demasiado suave. Pero pueden proporcionar piloto de trigo. El servicio era muy rápido. Sólo no me gustaba que el convent de aire es viejo y tiene un sonido ligero de rattling toda la noche. Tuve que poner un acoplamiento de orejas para dormir. Soy un dormitorio ligero. Pero mi marido dormió bien sin problemas. Selección de canal de televisión todos los locales y canal de noticias internacionales. Elecciones son limitadas. Hotel famoso. Feliz de quedarse de nuevo. Mención especial a Lucy de la casa que se inspeccionó con nosotros para asegurarnos de que nos sentimos cómodos.
Me pidió cambiar de habitación porque la primera habitación huele mal y ellos rápidamente cambiaron para mí.

UUsuario invitadoFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves.
That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok.
Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh.
The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean.
There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it.
The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know.
For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go.
Overall hotel is very clean.
Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms!
Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call.
The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had.

UUsuario anónimo這家酒店是鼓浪嶼上面唯一一家能夠用電動車從碼頭接人的酒店，也可以在走的時候把行李送到碼頭。
原來是一個幹部療養的度假村，有多棟南洋風格的小別墅組成。現在作為酒店開放了。設施還是比較豪華的，酒店免費給升級成了套房，套房裡邊甚至還可以蒸桑拿，這是我住過這麼多酒店所沒有過的。
酒店有個後門可以刷卡，隨時走到沙灘，這也是衹有入住酒店的客人才能私享。
酒店前台的服務非常熱情。可以説是無微不至，我們反映説床墊有點硬，酒店立即就安排人員過來，又給我們加了一個軟床墊，甚至都讓我們有點感動。
酒店位置非常好，離日光巖淑莊花園龍頭路小吃街都非常近，步行幾分鐘即可抵達，下次繼續帶家人過來會選擇入住。

UUsuario invitadoHotel cinco estrellas estilo antigua escuela. Habitación extremadamente grande y decentemente mantenida. Sin embargo, la ubicación no es la mejor para caminar. Está a un corto paseo de la calle Zhongshan y la salida 3A del metro, pero las aceras de China no son muy cómodas ni seguras para caminar debido a las bicicletas y dispositivos de movilidad a alta velocidad. Adecuado si tiene la intención de tomar un didi o un taxi a todas partes. Hay muchas opciones de comida, pero en gran parte similares.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were blessed to have chosen this hotel not only because our daughter bearing the same name as the hotel, it was also situated at a convenient location, walking distance to delicious breakfast, wholesale fruit market and major attractions.
