Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic. All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

En nuestra tercera estancia, descubrimos que se estaban aprovechando de nosotros. La recepcionista alta del número 9 no nos asignó la habitación de la foto. La reservé por la vista de la pagoda desde la ventana, pero nos dio una habitación en la planta baja, con vistas a la sombra. Cuando discutí con ella, dijo que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas. Estábamos demasiado cansados ​​para discutir mucho, así que nos quedamos de todos modos. Esa noche, le pedí dos veces que llamara un taxi para las 6 de la mañana siguiente, pidiendo específicamente uno más grande porque llevábamos mucho equipaje. Aceptó de inmediato y también le pidió que preparara el desayuno. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos a tiempo al día siguiente, el recepcionista dijo que nadie le había dicho que llamara un taxi y que tuvo que pedir uno en el acto, por no mencionar que solo había desayunado dos veces. Lógicamente, su servicio debería haber mejorado con el tiempo, pero fue todo lo contrario; quedamos muy decepcionados.

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.

酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a cosy bed and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was also convenient, close to shops and public transport. There were a few small areas for improvement — housekeeping could be a bit more attentive, and the breakfast options were good but not exceptional. Still, it was a great stay and I would happily return.

El hotel es nuevo, muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Habitación grande, bella, moderna y la cama muy cómoda. Encontramos muy limpia la habitación, todo perfecto. Para estadías largas es un poco incómodo que no hay closets para guardar la ropa por lo que debimos dejarla en la maleta, al igual que no hay nada donde colgar las toallas. Te las dejan limpias en una cesta, y cuando se usan  no hay donde ponerlas.  El desayuno es muy bueno, tipo buffet, y el personal muy amable. El restaurante es chino y está abierto 24 horas lo que es fantástico!! La comida deliciosa y los precios muy buenos.  Sin duda volvería a este hotel!!!

La habitación es espaciosa. El yoga matinal está incluido y el maestro de yoga masculino es fenomenal. La práctica de yoga está dentro del monasterio. La ubicación es otra ventaja. Es la distancia de caminar a la Boudha Stupa que me permite caminar allí algunas veces al día. Al mismo tiempo, está en un final tranquilo muerto. Por último, podría ser útil para algunos que desean desconectar digitalmente porque el wifi no funciona muy bien. Hay sólo un servidor situado cerca de la escalera en mi edificio. Si su habitación está lejos de ella, el señal es obviamente problemático.
