Finalmente, el problema se resolvió a través de la plataforma de reservas, pero la experiencia fue estresante y no era algo que esperaba en mi viaje. Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic. All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

Very clean comfy room, and well located within the Thamel area. As for the service, 5 for the hostel staff Rupak, who was extremely helpful and responsible (with all measures making sure I was the owner of my luggage before returning it to me when I lost the luggage tag); that said, I’m not fond of the person-in-charge at the travel agency under the same company, who turned rude upon knowing I’m not gonna use his service on the last day.

I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. Creo que lo mejor de este hotel es el servicio, que fue perfecto. Fueron muy amables y acogedores. Me reservaron un traslado temprano al aeropuerto a un precio razonable y me prepararon el desayuno para el vuelo (que, por cierto, está incluido en el precio de la habitación). La habitación cuenta con champú, cepillo y pasta de dientes, agua suficiente, café y té, y un hervidor de agua. Solo necesitaba una noche y para eso estuvo bien, ¡pero! 🙏 Si buscas una habitación limpia, ese es el punto débil del lugar. La habitación no estaba limpia; había manchas y pelos en la cama (no míos). Además, la moqueta de pared a pared estaba vieja y sucia. Así que tengo sentimientos encontrados al escribir esta reseña. En general, lo recomiendo para estancias cortas.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. La única cosa que era el agua no se drenaba rápidamente mientras duchas. Sólo una habitación básica y usted tendrá una buena vista del jardín mientras tiene desayuno y una buena bienvenida refrescante toalla y bebida. Gracias por tenernos.
