酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel en Katmandú. El personal fue increíblemente amable, acogedor y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con todo lo que necesitaba. Se nota que se preocupan por sus huéspedes. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. El servicio de limpieza fue constante y minucioso; siempre volvía a una habitación limpia y ordenada. La ubicación también es perfecta: cerca de todo, pero con la tranquilidad suficiente por la noche para descansar bien. Está a un corto paseo de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y muchos lugares de interés cultural. En general, un servicio increíble, gente encantadora y un lugar al que volvería con gusto. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

The staff is very accommodating. They even change our room because my hair dryer doesn’t work with the outlet. So they moved us to the higher floor that have a built in hair dryer. The service is good the food also is good. And the place is infront the airport very accessible to everything. It is not the standard type of cleanliness of the room but it is reasonable with the price. I think the price is very cheap.

Lakhey Hotel: Truly the Best Stay in 50+ Countries! (Kathmandu) After traveling to over 50 countries, I can confidently say that my stay at the Lakhey Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu, stands out as the absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had. WThe facilities are excellent: the rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. However, the true magic lies in the service and the people. The owner and every staff member are genuinely amazing. They don't just offer friendly service; they treat you like family. This is authentic, personal care, not the ”fake friendly” experience you sometimes get elsewhere. They Solve Everything: All my questions were answered, and every requirement was met. Critically, when I encountered major problems with my jeep transport and my flight to Lukla, the owner personally stepped in and resolved everything efficiently. He is resourceful, incredibly knowledgeable about all the local hikes and travel in Nepal, and his Chinese language skills are remarkable. The location is perfect—it's right in Thamel but located on a very quiet side street, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. The food is also outstanding, with a different, amazing breakfast served every single day. I am now heading off on my hike, but I am already looking forward to my return stay. Thank you for taking such exceptionally good care of me!

I recently stayed at Basera Boutique Hotel, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! This charming new hotel really captures the essence of Nepal with its lovely vibe. It’s super clean and conveniently located near all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the pool—it was pristine and perfect for a refreshing dip. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from, plus their coffee and beer on tap were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book taxis and even arranged airport pickups and drop-offs for our flights from Kathmandu. They also offered great recommendations for tours and places to explore. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return to Basera Boutique Hotel on my next trip!

Stayed on 17-19 Sep 2025. Friendly staff, nice service, foods good, excellent location and very clean rooms. Rooftop eating area added pleasant stay.

Everything was great apart from a little bit of construction noise in the early days. Great location in Tamel, on a quiet street away from the noise of the city. The staff were as friendly and friendly as possible and responded to any request. Free airport transfer is a convenient addition to stay at this hotel. Breakfasts are not very diverse, but satisfying, however, I did not have enough vegetables. Hotel manager Sachin arranged for us the mountain flight at a cost lower than the travel agencies and even the airline itself offered, with transfers from the hotel and back after flight. Great place for this cost. Thanks!

之前都是跟團住星級酒店，這次是自己出行，去帕平那麪禪修，所以上山之前就在攜程搜到這家店，然後提前去看了一下，接待我的是一位美女前台，笑容很治癒，雖然語音不通，我們用了翻譯軟件也能説明白😄下山後直接打車到了這家店，應該稱民宿吧，氛圍輕鬆，温馨，愉快。我預訂的是花園房，去辦理入住時，剛好客人還沒離開，所以前台的帥哥就給我升級了四樓的公寓房，房間很大，還有廚房可以用，還有陽台👍院子裏有各種不知名字的花花草草，還有一衹可愛的喵，可惜那天喵喝水的時候，我偷拍它，把它嚇到了，真是內疚，抱歉了啊咪咪🙏這家店屬於鬧市中的靜地，距離大佛塔很近，穿過小巷大概三五分鐘就可以到，但酒店的招牌不明顯，還是白色的，我導航到那個位置還沒發現，直到問了拐角處一家好像物流公司的小哥才發現😓8月份準備還去尼泊爾，如果住大佛塔那裡的話就還到這家民宿酒店。希望到時候可以住到圖5的這個公寓房😊

Very impressed with everything about this hotel. Big gym for exercise. Clean rooms and pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good! Location is good .. walking distance 10mins to the nearest shopping mall. Will surely come back to stay here!
