«La insonorización de la habitación no es buena. Hay que dormir con el aire acondicionado encendido para no molestarnos con los sonidos del exterior. El ambiente es muy antiguo y la relación precio-rendimiento es normal. He tenido pesadillas desde que me despertó el fuerte sonido de la puerta al abrirse alrededor de las 5 de la mañana. Pensé que alguien iba a entrar. Fue una experiencia aterradora en la recepción. Todavía muy bien. Después de despertarme, llamé a la recepción y respondieron rápidamente. Después de revisar el sistema de vigilancia, me dieron su opinión, pero no me atreví a ir allí en el futuro.»

«Llegamos por la noche. Las indicaciones para llegar al hotel desde la terminal 4 del aeropuerto de Melbourne eran claras. Optamos por ir andando, lo cual fue un paseo corto y sin contratiempos. La habitación estaba limpia, con una cama y almohadas cómodas. Equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias, disfrutamos de una estancia corta en el Holiday Inn. El servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto nos costó 3 $ por persona.»

«Cleanliness - Okay, some dust in toilet was observed. Room - Good but some plug and the kettle were broken. The bin pedal was lost, so many dents on it, what happened to that poor bin? Breakfast - Pretty poor with limited options and taste was just okay. Pool table in the lobby looks like something from last century.»

«Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. «Very lovely and kind staff! The interior, like the e shower could be upgraded because it’s for tall people above 175cm a bit difficult to take a proper shower. The rest is from the 80s But overall the rooms are very clean. Would come again.»

«La habitación es bastante grande y cuenta con instalaciones completas, que incluyen hervidor de agua, microondas, vajilla necesaria, utensilios de cocina y lavadora. El cabezal de la ducha también es bastante potente. Lo único que no me satisface es que hay servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, pero solo es de lunes a viernes. Cuesta +$20 los sábados y domingos, y tardó mucho en recogerla en el aeropuerto. Pasó casi una hora desde que llamé para recibirlo. Algunos aprovechan la oportunidad para ayudar a llevar el equipaje y a otros no les importa en absoluto. Depende de tu suerte. Además, la insonorización de la habitación es una insonorización normal, no muy buena. Depende de si la gente de al lado hace ruido o no.»

«The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.»
