staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room had several problems, the cold water tap did not work for the outside toilet, wooden doors rotten and moldy, few drawers broken and the worst was shown on the picture inside the master room drawer

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. ¡No obstante, cuidado de la mañana (alto 6:30am) casa manteniendo si quieres dormir en ~ en general, me disfruté de estar allí y divertirme mucho en Cairns!

The Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

Para comprar el día de Zi, necesitamos sentarse en la terraza para ver el sol y mirar con cuidado. En cuanto al servicio, el servicio básico excluye el check-in. Puede quedar bien como si fuera el hotel de la región de Asia-Pacífico, con un servicio de cinco estrellas En términos de precios, nada incluye a 1000 cabezas, y la verdad es que no hay opción.

Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

I checked in on Monday afternoon and went to my room. After unpacking I laid on the bed with a cup of coffee as I had been driving for five hours to get there. Within ten minutes a guy walked into my room dragging a suitcase. I was up off the bed in a flash and he took off saying sorry as he fled. You need a pass code, not a card to enter the room so obviously the receptionist gave this bloke my room code. I went straight to reception, but it was empty. There were half a dozen people waiting to check in. They were told the receptionist went to pick up a mate from work and would be back in 5 minutes. They said they had been waiting there 40 minutes. I went back down to the reception half an hour later and he said sorry and that was it. He had given someone else my room entry number and sorry was all i got. I never slept for two nights , every noise i heard sounded like my door being opened. I had a 5 hour drive back home with no sleep. The aircon barely worked and took two full days to start feeling cool and I couldn't get hot water through it. It took a couple of minutes to get it to shut off. The mixer was obviously had it. I was down on the coast to visit and help care for a n old mate of mine who doesn't have long to live. I left early morning and returned later at night so no one on reception to inform about my problems. I expect I will have several more trips down to the coast but will not stay here again. I hope this gets passed on to the Hope Harbour management.

La isla de sueños de día no es grande, pero muy agradable. Muchas clases de barcos desde Hamilton hasta el día son convenientes ～! Nuestro último barco se envía a la isla de sueños de día y nos envía a todos un collar de pequeños tiburones. El personal es entusiasta y el desayuno es rica. Los canguros y las rocas de diamantes se ven en todas partes, hay pequeños peces de arena en el lago, 𫚉 peces...En general, se siente bien!!! Evitar las cosas: si quieres jugar o volar desde Hamilton, no te quedes en una isla larga, no te quedes en una isla larga, no te quedes en el puerto de Shute, y no hay mucha frecuencia. (El tiempo que pasó para preguntar, las rutas de transporte que necesitaban para llamar son muy molestas, porque no hay espacio en Hamilton y me temo que la isla está en ruta). Estamos en avión y aterrizamos en la isla de Hamilton. Reservamos una residencia de Long Island. Volvemos al día siguiente en helicóptero para ver el corazón. La primera clase de salida de Long Island fue enviar a la ciudad de Shute a las ocho horas. Si te quedas, tendrás que esperar hasta las cinco y media pm para llegar a Hamilton ～ Me Dios mío! En ese momento, realmente me envié a la evaluación del hotel que dijo que el autobús en el agua era muy conveniente 🐶🐶🐶 Podemos ser forzados a abandonar la estancia en Long Island y reservar una estancia en la isla de sueños de día. La última tabla de horarios fue tomada por mí en el crucero de la crucera de Hamilton Island, y todos pueden hacer referencia. Personalmente, siento que Long Island está aislada, no es como una empresa de turismo desarrollada por la misma, la tarifa de alojamiento no puede ser reembolsada ～ ¡Hasta que nos ha perdido la tarifa de alojamiento de Long Island 2 noches, y la tarifa de barco entre la isla y la isla no es barata, ¡todos deben considerar entrar al reservar un hotel!
