Downside was that AC temperature cannot be controlled from the room panel, you need to contact everyone/ (several) time(s) the reception for this.

La habitación - el salón tiene que ir, no hay espacio para ello y una caja de equipaje adicional sería más práctica debido a la falta de almacenamiento. No hay ropa ni pantalones. Gimnasio - el gimnasio estaba bien, sin embargo la máquina de cable se rompió, no había campanas de cañón ni bicicleta giradora. Acceso es a través del ****** y en otro ascensor. A las 8:00, nos despertaron una bobina en la sala/muerta adyacente. Si nos hubieran dicho sobre el trabajo de mantenimiento corto, no habríamos pensado, pero esperamos más de un hotel que forma parte de la Estrella. ¿Nos quedaríamos otra vez? No, no es el nivel que hemos llegado a esperar como invitados de la Estrella en Sydney.

Good location in the city, bed was average - would be better if they resolved the water pressure in the showers, stayed at 13th level and had a hard time washing up. Staff could be more attentive and not disregard notes or requests left in trip.com. There was a laundry room hidden in the gym, which was a plus. The indoor pool looks pretty, and there was a sauna and steam room too. Nobody told us all these great facilities and we had to figure out ourselves.

Well maintained. It looks more like just renovated. Water pressure could have been stronger for the shower. Would be better also if k6ing size bedroom has ensuite bathroom, instead of the 2 single beds.

Recommend if you are looking for a clean and quality place to stay and are a budget traveller. This yha has a very high standard compared to others. It is more like a youth hotel with bunk beds rather than a backpackers place. You also meet travellers of all ages, families and youth groups around the place. The rooms are super tidy and serviced daily, spacious luggage lockers that fit a large suitcase (fantastic!) and are light filled with aircon or windows to be opened. The kitchen is very big, nice rooftop terrace with city views and pool area. Tv lounge and soon it’s own co working hub which I think is a great addition to the concept. Free luggage storage for guests and friendly and helpful staff.

Booked a one bedroom ocean spa apartment for 6 nights in Mid Oct 2024. Stayed on 38 floor. First impression when entering that apartment was ”great view”. Apartment is spacious and very clean, kitchen facility has stocked with many pot & pan and utensils, can make regular meals with no issue. Also has washer & dryer too. There is a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom that is a bonus! We brought food from Coles supermarket (walking distance from Q1) and made breakfast and dinner. To get to Q1 resort from Gold Coast airtport, We brought a public transport card ”GO” from shop in airport arrival hall, took the airport bus #777 from airport (30 minutes ride) to Broadbeach, transfer to the local tram, get off at Surfers Paradise stop. Q1 resort is right across the street. The whole ride is last than 45 minutes, cost only 50 cents AUD., great deal!! BTW, all bus & tram ride within Gold Coast area is 50 cents. So get a GO card. Just make sure you tap on and off with each ride.

Nos hemos evitado caminar del Motel durante 20 minutos con lluvia y viento pesado antes de la entrada, y tuvimos un sueño muy tranquilo en una cama amplia y cómoda. No hay ruido de aeropuerto en absoluto! Desea que tuviéramos reservado aquí por primera vez! El restaurante tiene unas opciones de cena un poco limitadas ..

Rooms were little old and not cleaned properly. But the staff was very amazing they helped us through everything. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family

The room was clean and quiet. It also had a nice view where you could see the sea and the rainforest.Service was good , and it was easy to call a taxi ,you just need to press a taxi bottom in the lobby and taxi would come to the hotel within 5 to 15 minutes .This was really cool!

The night view was really beautiful beyond imagination!!! The location was also very good, tourist attractions, restaurants, and large shopping malls can be reached within ten minutes on foot! I would like to give full marks except that the staff forgot to lock the door connecting to the next room.

Nunca más.

Apartamento bien equipado en una ubicación excelente cerca del centro cultural del banco sur. También hay buenos restaurantes y bares cerca. Estacionamiento disponible en el sitio (por un suplemento) que se podía ampliar después de la salida. Nos quedaríamos otra vez.

Exceeded my expectations. A fantastic resort that was walking distance to Heritage Stadium, where we went to see an AFL game. We had a King Spa room, it was spectacular. The Japanese restaurant at the resort was brilliant. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and the staff at the resort were friendly and welcoming. What a wonderful experience and weekend away!! I could not more highly recommend a stay at this resort. A perfect weekend away!

For a relaxing holiday with no fuss consider this accommodation. It was perfect from the room, views, facilities and location. Rooms as you expect for the price. Views that you don't get sick of. Facilities of laundry, bbq, spas, pool and games/gym area were great. Location location I didn't have a hire car nor did I need one walked to Capri boat hire and the skypoint observation building and all the shops (bws across road and coles 2 blocks away) Right in the heart of Surfers! As for the bad reviews they want everything for nothing. The $3.00 beach towel hire was for the whole 5 day stay not each day. The staff were helpful and friendly. A/c and fan worked a charm. No room service while here 5 days but that's how they keep the prices down. Couldn't hear noise of road much as the surf is loud. I will definitely be back. Thanks again.

This was my second time staying with Hilton in Surfers Paradise, I chose the Ocean view so I was able to see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had great food at Ms Margot's Bar & Eats.

Had an upgrade from an Executive Suite to Family Suite giving more room space with views of the beach and daily room services kept our Suite fresh and clean. The Breakfast menu was always our go to and got us ready for our busy day. Thank you Novotel Surfers Paradise for always making our stay feeling like home.

We only spent a night there but it was a magical location. Beautiful views of the canals. Glorious sunrise. Excellent attention. If we ever need to stay in the Gold Coast then this hotel will be in the list.

One of group who recently travelled to Gold coast went fantastic and would like to thank you for pushing in order getting 100% visa done before departure.... Would like to share group experience about Boatshed Bar & Grill at Sea World Resort....before Australia Tourism get into providing marketing space to such product few important points to be well placed Location - Great Ambience - Good Approach to the venue - Good Food - Good in taste. Supervisor to the event - Ms. Kate @ Useless & hopeless GM - Sanjay Bhatia a man good for nothing...handling such a product but giving an excuse shortage of kitchen manpower and not flexible to change in menu provided 2-3 days time...don't have guts to take call at night 0930 PM & till date he didn't call back...so, in short he is a hopeless & useless fellow. How to Spoil a venue one should learn from Sanjay Bhatia... Music - We got DJ booked for 3 hours but volume got lowered 8 PM onwards, to which DJ guy was helpless as control was from back office...so, 100% waste of money Smoking - Its an open area but non smoking zone....so, no point in having a Gala night with drinks at this venue..security personnel don't allow smoking....Beverage premium brand stock not available despite giving 2-3 days time...there staff was running pillar to post to arrange premium brand but helpless. The Boatshed Bar & Grill is part of Sea World Resort so, guest at resort r given priority to there comfort so, venue is not recommended for such Gala Event....there intend to get the event over by 9 PM.... The Boatshed Bar & Grill, Gold Coast is totally waste of money..& sorry for Aneesha Chopra she is marketing a wrong product to Indian clients as her profile get effected... Please suggest venue at Gold Coast as we have multiple groups lined up where such type of Gala Event be pitched....

I was one of the attendees for FurDU 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Gold Coast (11 - 15 May 2023), and I was very pleasantly surprised about my time at the hotel itself. Once I got to the hotel, I went to reception, took a little while to check in, the staff were very friendly and quite helpful. They explained to me some of the key features of the hotel itself, also the fact that I was one of their club members or something, and that I had free internet throughout my stay - which was a bonus - hardly ever used it though. As I walked back to the lift I checked my room number - which had a bit of significance with myself (give you a clue: the angelic number). To get to your floor, just simply tap the card on the scanner, then press the floor, only took a matter of seconds before I reached mine, and not long before I had finally let myself into my room. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, as I placed my bags down I took a quick tour of the room to see what amenities I had. The bathroom was quite spacious, a rather large shower and plenty of towels etc (which came in handy). As I'd spent a long trip getting up to the hotel I was a bit on the sweaty side, so I got a quick change of clothes, had a quick shower (make sure the door clicks all the way in - otherwise you'll end up flooding the bathroom floor which is what I ALMOST did). (There's so much positive stuff to write about the hotel - so I'll keep it short) The bed itself, quite spacious, the pillows themselves were plenty enough, I found that I got a good night's sleep, and in the morning went down had some breakfast - a great selection to choose from, be it from hot food, to pastries, cereal and even fruit and yoghurt. Relish (the restaurant) takes care of breakfast in the morning, plenty of space to sit, have as much as you want to eat for breakfast and get out again. Dinners were absolutely amazing, same spot, the staff were quite friendly, very quick to take my order (had the chicken parmi one night, the burger the next), and a beer or two to drink. The next night I went to the restaurant - I pretty much got the same spot where I sat last time, the wait staff even remembered what kind of beer I had from the night before ... now THAT'S impressive, also one aspect about service that I really enjoyed. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, so much so I honestly cannot wait to return next year to experience it all over again .. In all honesty there's nothing at all I can fault the hotel for .. a full 5 * review from all aspects of the hotel, the staff, the food and beverage and everything they've got to offer. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, be it for a short trip away, or a longer vacation, depends on what you're doing, be it visiting the theme parks or the local attractions, I would, without hesitation, highly recommend your stay at the Crowne Plaza Surfer's Paradise, try and get a room with a high floor facing the beach as the views

Creo que fui allí alrededor de las 11 p.m., me registré y salí alrededor de las 5:15 a.m. El personal era amable, la ubicación era buena y el transporte era bueno. No hay oferta de un descuento de $50- nada. $1000 para 2 noches de alojamiento con una noche sin dormir ....

This hotel offers good value and is conveniently located near Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers Paradise. While the room felt a bit dated, it was still clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the balcony with a lovely river view was a nice bonus.

Our kids were fascinated with the 4 cartoon characters they have at the resort. We were told that they pay a visit during breakfast hours. Having missed them on two occasions, we wanted to ensure our little ones got to meet them. We were told yesterday that if you come at 8am they will be here in between till 8 30am. We woke up early beside being tired from all Dreamworld activities and made it for breakfast at 8am. Our little girls were so eager to meet them, then the staff made up lies began, they are on their way, they are at the kids club, it's busy today should be here at 9am, we kept waiting till 9 20 still nothing. Then staff at front desk advised they may not come today, hopefully tomorrow. A bunch of non caring staff just going about doing their job not caring the impact of their actions. You made my little ones Cry, Their words 'this is the worst day at a holiday over' so here you go guys wear these disappointed as a badge. This is beside the bed that we got in the room waking up with a backache each morning as it sinks like a tub overnight, it's been gulping neurofen with breakfast each morning Room 3221, yes we are still here - last day but not impressed.
