Fue una estancia excelente, la recomiendo. El personal estaba muy bien capacitado y atendió a numerosos viajeros que reservaron al mismo tiempo.
Por el precio ofrecido, este hotel tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio considerando su ubicación en relación con el centro de Cairns, lo que significa que a solo 5 minutos en coche tenía acceso a todo lo que el centro ofrece.

위치는 캥거루 포인트 바로 뒷편이라 강변공원 가기도 편하고 울룽가바 버스역도 있어서 써니뱅크&에잇마일 가는 버스도 있음.
유명 관광지들 (사우스뱅크, 포티튜드밸리,시티) 중간쯤에 위치해서 전부 도보로 걸어서 갈수 있다.
Very nice room with good layout and spacious enough. Near pool and restaurant, I'm glad it was a quiet Monday night and not a weekend otherwise noise could have been an issue. Good service and tasty food. The place had a nice atmosphere, great to meet friends or family and enjoy the ambience.
Como viajero solitario, recomiendo a Magnum como un proveedor de alojamiento seguro, bien situado y de valor para el dinero. La casa de la ciudad de Woolworths, la cocina y el café de la ciudad, se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad.

Had a wonderful stay at Pacific Hotel Cairns. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to the Esplanade, night markets, and fun attractions like the Ferris wheel. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring Cairns so easy and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Evenings around the area are lively, with great food options nearby street food vibes, and a beautiful atmosphere.
Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, convenience, and to truly enjoy the Cairns experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Was nervous due to past reviews, but found the reception staff friendly and helpful & the facilities really good. The room was basic but location was walkable and, whilst a little noisy at night sometimes, the other guests were kind and considerate. Would stay again!
We absolutely adored our stay here! Amazing location - right by the train station and the ferry port and southbank is such a great spot with the bars, restaurants and beach by the river. The hotel was stunning with beautiful rooftop pool and decor throughout our room and main areas. We were just sad it was only 1 night! We didn’t want to leave. All the staff were amazing and food and drinks were delicious!
We stayed at Chinchilla Motor Inn as a family and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a family stopover. A special mention to the lovely lady at reception who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or staying in Chinchilla!

Me gustó mucho el ambiente, pero el desayuno estuvo bien, pero realmente desearía que tuviera panqueques y jarabe de arce o waffles 🧇 😩 😁 aparte de eso, fue genial, oh, excepto que desearía que mi habitación estuviera más insonorizada, podía escuchar autos toda la noche y un hombre borracho afuera en la calle a las 4 am, me desperté el sábado, sé que es fin de semana, pero y luego pude escuchar a un bebé llorar toda la noche del viernes también, así que esa primera noche ni siquiera pude dormir, pero de todos modos, aparte de la habitación no insonorizada, fue muy agradable, además no tenían Biblias 🥺😖 ¿Qué hotel no tiene una Biblia? Dios ayude a este mundo

PPippa-louisePlace is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard .
But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

UUsuario invitadoHad to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.
El personal fue increíblemente amable y servicial, y me registraron temprano para mi vuelo de la mañana. También me organizaron un taxi para mi vuelo de salida a las 6 de la mañana. La habitación era espaciosa, pero parecía un apartamento. El gimnasio era funcional y la cancha de baloncesto era divertida, aunque estaba llena de arena. La ubicación del hotel estaba lo suficientemente cerca del bullicio playero como para no sentirte siempre en el caos vacacional de tiendas para turistas y demás.
UUsuario invitadoLa fiesta de Navidad es una suerte para elegir a este hotel en Brisbane, con dos grandes camas de suite, una máquina de lavar la cocina, dos baños, secco separado, con piscina supermejor, la ubicación es buena, hay un autobús, pero el tren necesita caminar por doce minutos a pie y a pie.
Habíamos reservado una habitación con baño compartido y nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratuito a una con baño privado. La habitación es muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda, la piscina del hotel, aunque no es enorme, es suficiente, dispone de zona para comer exterior. El desayuno que ofrece el alojamiento por 10$ es abundante y bueno. Nosotros lo cogimos una de las mañanas con el extra de bacon y huevos y solo con el extra ya nos hubiera sido suficiente gracias a sus generosas porciones. Para los precios de Australia es muy recomendable desayunar aquí

La ubicación es lo mejor del lugar. No te dejan utilizar las instalaciones hasta la hora del check in, por lo general puedes esperar en el lounge. Las áreas comunes son espaciosas y cómodas. La habitación que me tocó de 8 personas era un caos de cosas, me imagino que se hospedaba gente por long term. Estaría bueno que dividan a los long term de los viajeros casuales.
