This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.

En Ereván este lugar no está mal. La habitación es muy amplia y el baño es bastante grande, pero el agua no fluye con fluidez. Reservé una habitación doble, pero le di una habitación en el cuarto piso sin balcón. Veo en la introducción del hotel que la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen balcón, porque no importa si te quedas solo una noche. Las instalaciones de la habitación son similares a las instalaciones nacionales de tres estrellas. La recepción es bastante satisfactoria, solo hay un ascensor del hotel y el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo. El desayuno se sirve en el piso 12, que se adapta al estómago chino y puede estar lleno. Hay un supermercado enfrente, lo cual es muy conveniente. La ubicación geográfica está bien, de todos modos, toda la ciudad no es grande y caminar está bien. Creo que otras habitaciones deberían ser más grandes que esta habitación económica.

Así, haber leído las opiniones sobre este recurso reservado este hotel. Así por orden: 1. Cuando la maleta llegó nadie ayudó, bien, sí, de alguna manera. La habitación está equipada con muebles baratos que ya está agitando y cracking en las setas. Muy sucio!!! El telón de fondo de la escalera se convirtió en gris oscuro. Las maternas horribles, las primaveras están borrachas en la espalda. Bueno, sería insalubre! Después de todo, la gente viene primero al hotel para descansar de la carretera. 8. Rosetta 2, uno en el baño, uno detrás de los muebles. Cómo cargar el teléfono no está claro. 9. La vista desde la ventana hasta la plaza una vez buena en la que se rodan los ascensores y los neumáticos de coche. 10. El ascensor funciona sólo uno. En la hora de pico cuando todo va a la desayuno esperando es inútil. 11. Si no eres un amador para levantarse temprano, no vale la pena contar con el desayuno. En primer lugar, porque no encuentras una mesa limpia, limpiarlos no están en prisa. En segundo lugar, todo ya estará frío. La comida no parece apetito, la gama es muy escasa. No encontrará el desayuno europeo aquí. Incomprensible salada y salsa con tu ... Como así. Tazas de té del tamaño de un pinch. Cuando pedí una taza grande, se demostró que no tenían otras. ¡Y todo no sería nada si, por ejemplo, hubiera dos estrellas! Pero en la pared de los ascensores vemos orgullosos cuatro. Señores, elevar el nivel del hotel, quitar una estrella y hacer al menos honesto tres! Así que es sólo un divorcio! ¡Personalmente no soy más un pie!

First of all, we were told to pay for the entrance of a 10 months old baby to the pool, although everywhere, even in very high-class places, the entrance of children under 3 years old is free. After I showed my own inflatable little pool, where my baby was supposed to swim, the hotel administrator did us a ”favor”, saying that if the child does not take a place in the common pool with his own inflatable ring, then we can skip pay for him THIS TIME. As for the pool itself. I can’t say that this place is worth the money for the entrance, as it looks not very nice and clear. The sun loungers under the roof were all in use by the time we arrived, and we had to move the other sun loungers under the roof and sit on the edge of the seating area, from where, if we sat down carelessly, we could fall down the stairs. And finally a cafe. The food here is completely tasteless. The pizza seems to be cooked on Armenian bread “matnakash” with impossibly hot pepper. French fries are limp and bend like spaghetti. So also in the end they counted more than we ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place’s pool.

Great hotel, we were a group of 7 and stayed for a week, buffet breakfast with a lot of verities, the staff were very friendly and communicative, they even helped us change rooms to get a higher floor with a city view even though they were almost fully booked, highly recommended for its value if you are planning to stay in yerevan, the only downside which is a personal thing was that the garden in the park would open at 1000 am until 1100 pm and sometimes I would prefer to have a cup of coffee outside in the morning and that was not possible

La ubicación está en el callejón, no en la intersección. Si quieres navegar, tienes que entrar desde el callejón. La ubicación es muy buena, puedes ir al centro e ir a donde quieras. Si reserva un apartamento, lo trasladarán a otro lugar, no muy lejos, pero se sentirá inexplicable.

У нас был поздний заезд (около. 00:00), нас дождались, в номере всё было убрано, чисто, по два полотенца на человека, кондиционер включен. Постельное, полотенца- всё идеально чистое и выглаженное👍🏻 Кровать удобная, спалось хорошо. Хозяева приветливые и ненавязчивые. До центра добирались на такси- здесь это совсем недорого (150-209₽). Мы остались довольны

El paisaje es bueno, especialmente la noche. El entorno del hotel también puede, la estructura de los apartamentos es adecuada para un viaje de tres pasos. Sin embargo, está muy cerca de la carretera rápida, el ruido es grande y el sueño es malo. Además, el tono es demasiado alto, realmente no está cómodo.
