servicio bueno, las habitaciones no tienen ducha para personas que tienen problemas para volver a un baño muy difícil , para un 5 Estrellas no hay cocina en las habitaciones daño para la restauración un poco justo para siempre un 5estrellas. Personal muy amable y preventivo. Las toallas son un poco viejas y aborrecidas y nos resulta difícil cambiarlas. Pero volveré ahí con gusto.

Pros: Buen tamaño, que era limpio y cómodo. Porter, guardarropas y mantenimiento de casa muy amigable. Grande vista al mar. Pequeña playa privada Cons: No 1 miembro del personal habla fluido inglés. Esto significa que no puedes obtener ninguna ayuda. El hotel se ve un poco cansado. La zona de piscina muy sucia, botes de cigarrillos, botes de algodón, etc alrededor de la piscina. La mayoría de las camas solares no tienen cuchillos disponibles. Todo incluido no vale el dinero, bebidas muy limitadas. No bebo alcohol ni soda, así que tenía agua toda la semana como ningún jugo ni mezcla. Evitar pedir una vista al mar ya que estas habitaciones están todas por encima del club nocturno, que se supone que terminará a las 2pm pero todavía estaba blaring hasta 3.30am la mayoría de las mañanas. La comida es muy buena en 10 días, pero no soy un comedor de la comida, pero me he esforzado por permanecer ”excitado”. Tuvimos 6 días en los que los hoteles y las habitaciones de cena estaban superadas con los invitados que asistieron a las conferencias. No recomendaría ciertamente unas vacaciones relajadas. No recomendaría la zona Yasmine Hammamet. Voy a Sousse oigo que es genial allí ☺️

Gran hotel bien ubicado en la costa de Hammamet, los niños aprovecharon la piscina climatizada, gran entretenimiento por la noche alrededor de la piscina y también en el interior, la comida era buena, sin embargo el personal no estaba muy sonriente, no muy acogedor y no disponible, las habitaciones y ropa de cama que te dan ganas de dormir, tv del viejo milenio y el baño que no tiene Tienen la categoría de 4 * y necesitan ser renovadas.

Hotel perfecto para descansar. La piscina es el centro de todo, con su barra que funciona muy bien; lo malo es que para conseguir una buena hamaca tienes que bajar antes de las 8h y poner tu toalla. La playa está justo detrás, y con hamacas también del hotel; está menos concurrida y suele haber sitio, lo malo es que, como en todo el Mediterráneo, el agua tiene suciedad. La comida variada y además con platos autóctonos, que se agradece. Los desayunos fantásticos con preparaciones de tortilllas, churros y tortitas in situ. Además, en recepción fueron muy amables y nos permitieron hacer el check-out más tarde sin coste, un detalle. También se puede salir por el paseo de la playa sin problemas y a la ”medina” que está muy cerca. Un hotel para repetir en un destino demasiado caluroso en verano y con unas conexiones aéreas con Europa que espero mejoren.

Staying here was a great experience. The location is ideal with the private beach across the road and bars, restaurants, shops and more all within walking distance. All the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming with the exception of a couple of the reception staff who were abrupt in their approach when we needed help. For example, the air conditioning is not on throughout the hotel/bedrooms in the winter. Although we went in November and the average temperature during our stay was approximately 26 degrees, I was told at reception that it is turned off because it is cold ”for them”. This may be the case, but the guests are the ones sleeping in the very stuffy rooms and were under the impression that the aircon would be on. This was mentioned by several other guests we met. We would not have stayed if we had known the aircon would be off. This is not mentioned on their website and it should be. After 3 days of asking why the aircon was not working in our room, we got told it is turned off everywhere. They gave us a fan but for 3 days were very unhelpful and blunt in their approach. Apart from that, the rest of the reception staff were very nice, particularly M Hadheb who was always very helpful. The food was good although after a week it was a little repetitive. Large selection but sometimes could be hotter. I have to give a special mention to the Animation/Entertainment Team. They were fantastic. They work very hard, always helpful, inclusive and just lovely. They did their own fire show which was great and definitely above and beyond! A special mention has to go to Chiara, Marcello and Cousins! Just lovely individuals who are very good at what they do and it was a pleasure to meet them. There are others on the team who were leaders in the fire show and involved in the music and evening entertainment who were also a fantastic part of the team. It is worth staying here just for them! Overall, fabulous holiday and hotel! Would recommend.

I'll call this 4.5 stars rounded up. I was here for a business trip, so will also mention the aspect of having a meeting at the Russelior. ROOM: I'd give my room 4 stars. It was super comfortable. I was fortunate to have a small balcony, and sat out there almost every day after breakfast to read for a bit before needing to go to work. I requested cleaning several times (not every day), and was very happy with the job they did with that. The bathroom and WC are like what one would find outside of the US -- shower, bath and sink in one place, toilet in the other. I agree with a review I read that the WC is funk because of how the door is placed; it's challenging to close the door. Cons in the room: Lighting is very low, especially in the bathroom. I imagine this is to hide the fact that some upgrades are needed in the bathroom -- but everything worked and was clean. DINING ROOM: There are tons of options at every meal, including authentic Tunisian dishes. Staff: 500 stars. What a lovely group of individuals! Aside from preparing and serving dishes, they taught me a bit of Tunisian every day. I wasn't just greeted politely at each meal, I was treated warmly. They recognized me, and by day 3, I'd come in to breakfast and they knew which table I was making a bee-line for; they'd be ready with coffee the way I like it, etc. Great senses of humor and wonderful service. The food is seafood heavy -- and the staff remembered I have a seafood allergy, so they'd point to the dishes I could have each day. They put a range of salads out as well. RECEPTION/OTHER STAFF: Wonderful. The front desk team was very helpful throughout the week. The hotel was spotless, and we saw people cleaning at all hours of the day. BUSINESS SETUP: We had reliable WiFi the whole week. We used a smaller meeting room, and again, the staff brought everything we needed. Tech was super easy to use. They came to clean when we were on breaks. Overall really good. I didn't experience the spa or the pool -- it was too cold to be outside by the pool, and we were too busy to take advantage of the spa! But if I am able to get back to Tunisia, I think I'd stay here again. [ONE THING: This is about Tunisia, not about this hotel -- but I wasn't prepared for how many people smoke cigarettes here. The hotel rooms are non-smoking, but people smoke on their balconies, as well as outside on the pool level. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I'd recommend you tell reception that when you make a reservation so they can hopefully get you to a room that isn't over a gathering area!

Marina Palace es un hotel muy agradable, limpio y con un diseño hermoso. Ofrece un buen servicio y tiene acceso a muchas instalaciones. El hotel está ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad y los mercados. Y también comidas muy agradables.
