Sesenta de nosotros llegó hace unas semanas como parte de una fiesta de bodas, el check-in fue suave, una mención muy especial a ”Grace” en recepción una persona muy amable que salió de su camino de todos modos por nosotros, siempre tenía un sonrisa para todos Mencionó que el desayuno estaba por debajo de los estándares, las placas pequeñas, etc. Las placas podrían haber sido un poco pequeñas, pero no detuvo que nadie se volviera a levantar por un segundo ayudando básicamente sí, pero mucho de comida caliente y fría, ¿No está seguro si era nosotros o qué? pero corrieron de Stella y Becks y nunca fueron rellenos para el día siguiente realmente lamentable porque no había mucho de la elección de cervezas Nuestro cuarto era básico con una cama muy cómoda con hojas frescas y un baño agradable con un buen marche en la ducha, limpiadores hacen un buen trabajo sin quejas allí General, no demasiado mal sólo básico

La recepción del hotel está en la calle peatonal, buscando desde hace mucho tiempo. Cerca de la estación de tren y del Castillo de Windsor, transporte conveniente y tiendas. El hotel está limpio, pero en realidad no hay nada excepto toallas de baño.

I stayed at the Prince Albert with my family (2 adults, 2 children) as a stop over prior to going to Legoland, given it’s close proximity. We had a ground floor family room, which had all that you would expect and was true to its rating. Though a little dated it felt comfortable enough. However for me, I found the bed far to hard for my liking (some might prefer that). The window to the room opened on to the road and even with the window closed the noise, though not unbearable was there till late. The window could also benefit from black out curtains to block out the traffic lights. The bathroom, again basic, was very clean and did the job. However, though it worked well with very good pressure the shower cubical was not in a good state. The tiles weren’t straight or level, the sealant in places was so thick it looked like it’d been applied with a trowel which was untidy and had resulted in some of it splitting and the sealant and a lot of the grout and ceiling above the shower had some mould. The light and fan for the bathroom were on an automatic sensor, and though the fan could be isolated there didn’t seem to be a way to turn the light off, which when you have children that go to the toilet through the night can be a little annoying, even with the door closed. As I said, despite what are probably minor problems, the room was comfortable enough and the staff were very friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and unfortunately this was not good experience. The staff member was attentive and friendly but after placing our order were then informed that one item had run out, this happened to another family on a different item. You would expect to be informed about missing items prior to ordering. For starters we had ordered some garlic bread and chicken wings. The garlic bread appeared to be shop bough baguette with what seemed like grated cheese from a packet on top. The wings were double so quite big, however the outer skin was quite tough but the meat inside was nice and juicy. However the BBQ sauce tasted very generic without much flavour. The mains were ribs and a chicken burger with Mac and cheese for the children. The ribs appeared to be grilled and were a little over cooked, the chips tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. Unfortunately the chicken burger was also over cooked. The mac and cheese, though for children were a good portion size. The breakfast was the opposite, despite a technical issue, it was all cooked to order, very tasty and very good portion size which I have to say defeated me. All that has been listed are fairly minor and really wouldn’t be much to change. All in all that stay was comfortable and served our purpose

He estado en muchos hoteles, este no es lo que dice que es. A 4 stars doesn't have cheap coffee in plastic bags in the room, it would have a pod machine, the room was just average and nothing special, in fact I've had better rooms at a prime in at 10x cheaper rates. the spa is a joke, El baño exterior es el tamaño de una piscina de paddling y está roto, tienen una sauna, bien es un caja exterior que se ha convertido, todo colocado en una especie de camino de aleya. El desayuno es muy pobre, el bacon es barato, tiene glóbulo blanco en él que es de usar bacon de la salsa barata no curado, que es lo que los hoteles de lujo más utilizan, y está bajo cocinado, me quejé y ellos relutantemente cocinaron algunos para mí. Tampoco utilizan salsa de fuente local y también están cocinados de forma uniforme y fuera de una gran caja barata. El hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un café filtrado, si le preguntan, harán un plato, pero sólo si lo preguntan. El limpiador me dijo que lo harían todos los días si usted le pidió la recepción, por qué no lo dijeron. No encontré al personal particularmente agradable el principal receptor, parece que Jon Kay de la BBC nunca fue agradable, en más de una ocasión caminó delante de mí a través de la puerta principal y nunca lo mantuvo abierta de modo que la puerta estaba cerca de la derecha hacia dentro El hotel de 4 estrellas está muy cerca de un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero el hotel de 4 estrellas está muy cerca de un hotel de 3 estrellas, y el hotel de 4 estrellas está muy cerca de un hotel de 3 estrellas, y el hotel de 4 estrellas está muy cerca de un hotel de 3 estrellas. Totalmente desagradable con su bajo nivel , es una triste reflexión de Windsor que se orgulla de ser una ciudad real.

El hotel está en una posición cómoda, muy cerca del castillo. El personal es amable y útil y las habitaciones están bien decoradas y muebles. Esta vez tuve más de una habitación estándar y disfruté de la máquina de café. La cama estaba cómoda y el baño estaba limpio y espacioso. La ducha de paseo fue un bono y comenzó a la hora caliente pero luego se congeló. El desayuno era abundante, pero no podía dejar aa que debía estar en el castillo temprano y esta era una mañana domingo. No he visto ningún yogur y comida caliente era caliente, más que caliente - son cosas pequeñas. Este es un hotel caro pero es Windsor y el costo es lo que el mercado se quedará. Notaba que algunas personas lo habían utilizado como un estancia de noche antes de un vuelo de Heathrow.

Stayed just the one night - two rooms - travelling with family to visit Windsor Castle. This accommodation totally met our needs. We were greeted by a friendly on site building manager /housekeeper/host/receptionist (a man of many talents!) who kindly checked us in an hour early. Both rooms were clean and extremely spacious - nice to have a dining table for takeout if required with spotless (and again large) bathrooms. It was a chilly weekend but rooms were quickly very warm and cosy once we turned on the electric heaters. Worth noting that there were also aircon units for summer use. It couldn’t be more centrally situated, tucked away on a small side street just steps from the Castle, High Street, and Royal Station shopping development. There is no on site parking but we went with the recommended King Edward V11 option about a ten minute walk out of town and reasonably priced at £10 per 24 hours. Nothing to fault beyond the fact that the other members of our party, whose room was at the end of the hotel closest to a neighbouring night, club did hear some noise but were not seriously disturbed. Two small but welcome additions to the room would be a fridge and coffee maker for which there is certainly space but this is a minor criticism. Also, just an observation - be aware this is not a traditional hotel with 24 hour reception. There is no reception as such but the friendly manager is there to admit and greet you between 9-5:30 pm (and he’ll happily look after your luggage during this period both before check-in and after checkout which is very helpful). Outside of those hours, access to the building is via key pad lock. We were initially a little nervous of this but it all worked well and was not a problem for us. In case of issues, there is an emergency out of hours phone number which is re-assuring. Self-service breakfast is available at a very reasonable price but can’t comment beyond that as didn’t take it. All in all, at the very reasonable price paid - we booked direct - this is highly recommended, excellent value accommodation for any Windsor stay and we’ll certainly be returning.
